What do you like best about the product?
Vast data, and very descriptive data def
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easily ingestable for data exports into csvs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User event tracking for user conversion
Wide set of tools and dashboards that continually increases it usability over time
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility on customizing dashboards, filters, inputs, and even the position of the links on the panels
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UX could be a little more refined to be more attractive to the user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily relate how our business core strategies are been impacted by our continuous improvements in the quality of our products by grouping and correlating analytics data.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Can get insight by clicking a couple of buttons.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot debug if the numbers are wrong. Don't know how to trust the data.

Conversion metrics. Validating if numbers are accurate

Make sure your company has the infrastructure to support it
Easy to use product analytics solution - Not perfect but still very great tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of setting up tracking for events. Additionally, Amplitude has some cool features for analyses that take a bit longer if done using Python/R. Definitely a timesaver if you want to take a quick look
What do you dislike about the product?
Their tool is mainly targeting more casual data users so there isn't as much flexibility in what statistical tests are used in your analyses. I would love to see more things built around data for experiments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude is making data analysis more accessible to business people on the team. Without Amplitude, this would require another tool or manual work from an analyst.
I'm using it to help my CX team figure out what went wrong for our users and help them order.
What do you like best about the product?
Seeing all the steps our users took when logging in or ordering.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would just make it a bit more user-friendly for regular users (not analysts).

The ability to slice and dice analyses and also the user lookup feature

If your labeling isn't organized, easy to get confused with naming taxonomy over time and create conflicts

Limited Usage, Large Impact
What do you like best about the product?
Although in my current position I don't interact with this product on a daily basis I have found the data generated to be insanely useful. The ease of use is relatively high and I appreciate the multitude of ways to represent date, found this especially useful when presenting to stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slightly harder to navigate for less seasoned employees, not being directly on the data team made my onboarding with this product slightly more difficult. Possibly make tutorials and user experience information more visible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting and generating data/results from external sources into one collective database. Not all of our platforms are synonymous with each other and this allows us to merge all the data.
Amplitude helps our business function seemlessly
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we could ut metrics in place allowing even our support team to see insights to the business and our users and to keep the day to day business moving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the search function was a little more robust. It is a little clunky to search and find older events, I am not exactly sure what the answer is, but searching by older dates is currently not too easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are served by the fact that we can have the whole team using it and able to read and decipher information without using engineering resources for simple everyday cases.
Powerful analytics with amazing segmentation capabilities and super quick
What do you like best about the product?
It's super quick and has amazing segmentation capabilities so we can quickly identify particular trends within certain groups. I love how easy it is to create funnels and see where the churn is.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very event based and is subject to having right parameters present. So it cannot be used as a source of truth for financial transactions, etc. as sometimes events can misfire.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to know exactly what portion of users see certain behavior is critical. Amplitude makes that segmentation very easy and can let you do that even based whether or not certain events triggered especially if you do a lot of experiments.
Easy to get started with Analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very easy to navigate and is easy even for non-technical to find the information they need. Other than that, it does exactly what one would expect from a mature analytics product
What do you dislike about the product?
If any more complex analysis is needed, then the setup can be a bit more difficult and only a seasoned user can usually help us to get the data we are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently our marketing budget is quite large and our marketing campaigns are frequent and large. Amplitude analytics is helping us to understand how our campaigns are doing and if changes are required.
