Good UX and easy navigation
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to clevertap or GA that I've used before, Amplitude stands out on the UX and features that really makes analysis and sharing much more easier. What's I like best and the most creative part, URL is automatically generated and can be shared without the hassle of saving the viz.
What do you dislike about the product?
Real time event analysis is not helping. It has delays, doesn't show previous
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude makes the analysis process easier, allowing us as a product team to not be fully dependent on BI analysis.

I really like how Amplitude Analytics connects data seamlessly and makes it easy to understand complex user behavior through clear, intuitive visuals. The visual dashboards and charts simplify analysis and help uncover insights quickly, making decision-making much more efficient.

Sometimes the platform can feel a bit overwhelming because of the many features and options available. It takes a little time to get fully comfortable navigating everything, but once you do, it’s very powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics helps me turn raw data into actionable insights by clearly showing user behavior trends and product performance. This makes it easier to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and make data-driven decisions with confidence.
Very easy to use, don't need to know the technical side of SQL
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Amplitude Analytics is that you don't need to be an expert in SQL—in fact, you don't need any knowledge of SQL at all to start creating charts and dashboards. This is impressive because it empowers an average user to function like a data analyst expert.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most about Amplitude Analytics isn't really related to using the tool itself, but rather to the tutorials available online. Many of these tutorials don't keep up with the visual updates of the tool. Some how-to videos, for example, explain steps using a much older version of Amplitude Analytics, which can make it confusing to follow along.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics helps me understand the user flow on a website and provides insights into why users are leaving at certain points in the flow.

We use amplitude to enable business analysis. A good part of the results achieved online are reproduced by amplitude.

I have no negative points to bring up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use amplitude to monitor our WhatsApp channel, so we can map, identify improvements, and measure results.
Loving the flexibility of finding customer behaviour data patterns via Amplitude.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to be able to dive into extremely detailed information about our customers behaviour without needing to worry about how to create information out of it, like I used to when I only had access to BigQuery and needed to figure out how to connect it to other BI tools. The all in one package, with the ability to have control over renaming, organizing, and defining key information allows us to really cleanly work with our event data.
I also love the number of chart options available that come together in a few clicks. It's been amazing to see the interest we have had from team members when they see funnel and retention charts, and they continue to ask questions that help drive our product into new areas that allow us to answer with concrete information.

What do you dislike about the product?
I still find organizing files in folders to be tedious, as well as duplicating information. I also don't love that so much information that I've marked as hidden is still visible in the Event Data section; it confuses others when they want to find out more about each individual event.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How do customers enter our product? When do they leave? How long are they in a session for? Where did they originate from? How long does it take a customer to perform a particular action? What is the conversion rate of a new user to a paying customer?

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude makes my day-to-day so much easier! I love how quickly I can check conversion rates, see PDP visits, and build comparison charts without getting lost in complicated setups. The visualizations are super intuitive and actually make analytics fun.
On top of that, the ease of implementation was smoother than I expected, and the integrations with other tools I use daily make it a natural part of my workflow. I literally use it every single day, and the insights have become part of how I think about user behavior. Whenever I had questions, their customer support team was responsive and genuinely helpful — a huge plus.

Getting started can feel a bit overwhelming. It really helps to have an introduction from a colleague or someone experienced with the tool to unlock its full potential more quickly. Once you’re over that initial learning curve, it’s amazing.

Amplitude helps me track the full user journey — from PDP visits to conversion rates — all in one place. It saves me hours of manual reporting, gives me clear visual insights, and makes it easier to spot opportunities and act fast. The result: quicker decisions, smarter strategies, and more confidence every day.
Easy to use analytics with deep insights
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the AI integration, which helps with understanding data patterns and features, and makes it easy to visualize them directly. The platform is simple to use, offers ease of implementation, and its analytical graphs with different parameters make it easy to understand user behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it’s hard to find certain event properties in the raw format unless you check the JSON. Also, deleting a user ID takes up to 10 days through the API, and it would be much easier if there was a manual option in the portal.

Amplitude helps us understand user behavior by providing clear insights into product usage patterns. It makes it easy to track events, analyze data with different parameters, and visualize results with graphs. This helps our team make better product decisions and improve user experience.

That i can understand my user behavior, getting to know how is the adoption of new functionalities, the frequency of use, and also track when there's an issue in my platform.

It has so many advanced features that it’s difficult for someone new to understand how to use them properly. Although the documentation is extensive, it’s not always easy to find practical examples or real use cases.

Amplitude Analytics helps us track the adoption of new features and understand user behavior across different payment methods. By analyzing how users select and complete trips with each payment option, we can identify friction points, optimize the flow, and measure the impact of changes in real time. This visibility allows us to make data-driven decisions that improve conversion rates and enhance the overall user experience

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude has transformed how we validate decisions. It’s used every hour because anyone on my team can independently get answers because it's that easy to use. Beyond analytics, we rely on it for troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and tracking system health, with alerts when something goes wrong. And of course, the best part is the A/B testing functionality in funnels.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Using formulas is challenging (I can't calculate product stickiness correctly)
- Editing graphs from my own Home page duplicates a drafts and saving it won't affect the original
- Segmentation analysis doesn't have the same functionality like funnels (like significance)

Taking the hassle of analyzing data. It is driving out B2C conversations higher because now we keep running A/B tests. We also now do amplitude driven product features meaning every app feature now has success metrics and this helps us align the goals.
