Great analytics tool for content producer
What do you like best about the product?
There's rarely a bit of data that isn't able to be tracked using Amplitude
What do you dislike about the product?
That it can't track what the website is producing, i.e articles posted, rather just views, reads etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through which source people are reading our articles, as well as the conversion rates of articles to lead enquiries based on the category of article and article title
Amplitude has been an very efficient tool to understand user engagement
What do you like best about the product?
Drag & Drop -- do not need to write complex codes. Easy and straightforward even for the non-data people
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to have more flexibility / options for dashboards and notebooks. It's not the best to share some insights based on the multiple charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been benefiting most when I analyze the user funnel / journey (when users drop off and how much etc)

- Intergrates well with Segment CDP
- Has event taxonomy management functionality which helps with centralized event documentation
- The ease of creating funnel analysis, with overall results and evolution over time
- Can also be used for analyzing A/B tests
- Allows to compare behavioral cohorts
- Recently added functionality of forecasting and anomaly detection helps identify issues in metric evolution over time
- Allows to easily create dashboards
- Allows to add feature release information and date that conveniently shows on all time series charts and eases interpretation
- Allows to drill down to user level events in order to investigate problems

- Testing of statistically significant differences is only possible for one funnel step at a time, not for other metrics
- Team spaces lack organization
- Many of the more advanced features like Top Funnels, LTV, Compass require careful preparation of events definitions inside of the tool

Great tool to help with your north star and product analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude makes it easy to create charts and pin them to dashboards so you can easily monitor metrics. They also have templates that help you dive deeper on retention.

It is difficult to recreate the cohorts daily population feature in an event dashboard

Amplitude is helping us to closely monitor KPIs and explore opportunities to improve various funnels.

I would love to have a 'so far so good' feature to track real-time performance. Also better integration with Google docs

Amplitude helps us to get insights into our products and user behavior. It also helps our ops and marketing team to better do their work and track performance

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is an easy-to-use platform that has allowed our organization to decentralize analytics. We went from pushing out reports (monthly basis) and funneling analytic requests through a specific team to empowering end-users to have self-serve analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if Amplitude had data transformation capabilities. Sometimes data needs a little bit of cleansing and there is no good way to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking to understand customer engagement and the adoption of new products and features. Amplitude has enabled us as a company to understand opportunities for growth and upsell within our existing customer base, as well as validate new feature adoption

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude has such a powerful system; it is 100% customizable the platform is so comprehensive that it has all the types of analytics I could dream of... and more. Their support documents and staff are unrivaled.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to understand and implement the system optimally. This is not necessarily a downside, as it is a powerful and deep tool. However, you need someone on the team who is comfortable with data analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a mobile application, so we are interested in understanding what our users do in order to design their experience better. We also track important indicators like retention, which helps us evaluate ourselves (and our investors need this data). Amplitude has empowered us to measure every detail of a user's interaction with our app, improve our product, and inform our KPIs.
Absolutely love amplitude
What do you like best about the product?
It took me a bit to figure out, but once I did, it's been amazing. The platform makes it extremely easy to segment users, utilize multiple websites, and track flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI/UX could use like a 1% upgrade (like makeup or something lol). Besides that it's perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking all of my workflows and conversion rates
It's a high level web software where I can easily create my dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it's possible to manage the graphics in the dashboards in several ways. The filter in graph creation is also something that turns the whole experience in Amplitude something easy to do, but with complex information to absorb and this is really good for those that, for example, don't know how to code in SQL language.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, Amplitude is a really good tool to make easier the whole process of extracting information from data. But, sometimes, the data on User & Account Look-Up takes some time to load and this is something that, in some cases, is necessary to run analysis through some instant data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I'm solving with Amplitude are really those that require seeing the "data behavior" through time and, with all the possibilities to change the data range and all the other possibilities of graph creation, this can easily be solved. The fact that a person doesn't need to have knowledge in SQL language makes the usage of Amplitude a perfect experience.

It's a really good web software!

It is essentially: easy to implement (clear documentation), to use (fast learning curve), and to work with.
The range of analysis and charts cover the basic and most important needs of a company that wants to improve the performance of its product through behavioural analytics.

Perhaps the possibility to show very old data at a certain granularity level (daily, weekly aggregation).

Analyzing the user's usage of the application and the impact of A/B tested features on mains KPIs (funnels, conversion, retention, engagement).
