Easy to use, a lot of analytics modes that can be used, can be used to track even the most detailed use cases

What do you dislike about the product?

A little bit complicated at first time, and I needed someone in my company to give an onboarding for this tool

Inform the detailed informations in multiple type of data visualization that I can use to make a better design decision

What do you like best about the product?

1. Frontend data ingestion is almost 'real-time', which is good for us to do testing with immediate feedback.
2. Funnel & other chart types are very useful for analysis

What do you dislike about the product?

1. Data Governance can be improved, more info is needed for us to manage events well
2. Billing by event volume is not ideal for trading platform where most advance-traders are hyper active on the trading page, which always trigger the events instrumented on that page (and costly)
3. More APIs are needed for deep automation

What do you like best about the product?

Great for doing both quick and deep-dive analysis. We have it connected to segment where we have connected our data-warehouse to get business data as well. Using it both for product and marketing analytics.

Nothing really. Maybe a bit more flexible dashboard creation

Product and marketing analytics. Making the data visible for the whole organisation. Making it possible to get quick answer to questions. Prioritize product features.

Amplitude lets you do accurate in-depth analysis of the data you have in a few steps, helping you get insights on your customers and your product.

I don't find the app very easy to use. The organisation of different types of analysis does not feel organic.

Amplitude lets you quickly get insights on a topic and understand user behaviour. It is kind of an easier way to analyse data then for example doing directly SQL requests on your database.

How much autonomy i can have on creating data analysis and to adopt different frameworks. There is little input from engineering necessary to get great inputs from clients.

I think the event monitoring and searching is a bit convoluted and hard to segmentate. Having clearer event groups by flow and team would help in creating analysis with more precision and agility.

How easy it is to build charts with the collected data. Their UI is very intuitive and easy to use. Data loads pretty fast and the amount of customization is amazing.

What do you dislike about the product?

There isn't a lot to dislike about Amplitude. They are doing a great job overall! The only thing I'd improve would be how dashboards are organized to make them more accessible and useful.

Building funnels to understand user behavior when running A/B tests. It's really easy to plot the different paths users are taking and see how the different variants are performing.
