Great and user friendly tool
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of creating a report and the fact that you can very easily share reports with colleagues (new link for every change)

What do you dislike about the product?
Because of the setup of Amplitude, sometimes you miss the tracking of every page by default. This is something we need to keep in mind.
The notebooks are also not very user friendly yet. Examples: Screenshots cannot be resized, you have to work in HTML and it's not easy to connect a notebook to an AB-Test.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love Amplitude, it helps me to do quick analysis and follow my data in real time
What do you dislike about the product?
An improvement point is being able to export the data at a granular level per user. Example: Average session time per user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Realtime data and easy data aggregation, it's really easy to build funnels in minutes where I would spend 10x more time building a dataset

Query Speed, Highly relevant Analysis types, Data Governance Support, Right amount of handholding
What do you dislike about the product?
The new data governance features have great potential, but they seem a bit of a burden to set up and integrate properly for existing setups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Amplitude to gain Insight into User Flows, key product KPIs and key usage events that we aim to leverage for optimized product decisions. I strongly believe Amplitude is the perfect tool for us to achieve this.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is very easy to use, and it collects a lot of data. I enjoy the dashboard view that gives me a quick overview of user trends, and with the release information, I can monitor whether an event is happening or not. I can create detailed reports with a single click. Adding information about releases is my favorite feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several limitations with dashboard tools. For example, you cannot split up a funnel analysis into different scenarios. This makes the tool less useful in some situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team worked on improving the conversion rate of our app. We improved the performance of several important customer experiences. We also improved user journeys and found points where customer experience was critical.

We love using Amplitude
What do you like best about the product?
Our team love Amplitude, it is very easy to implement with other 3rd parties data APIs and has great analysis visually and also we can download it in CSV format, super helpful for teams to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a little bit of a learning curve for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't need to build our in-house data dashboard - which most of non-analytic related companies don't have expertise in this. With the platform, we get quick and visualised data analysis, saving so much time!
Prefect Tool for Product Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude has a very simple UI and it's quite easy to onboard even non-technical users, over the past 2 years we manage to onboard more than 100+ users from different departments, and more than half of them are actively using the tool for various analyses on a weekly basis. We have received overwhelming responses from our stakeholders on how easy it is to use Amplitude and discover new insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the biggest challenges with Amplitude is their metrics definition, the tool has its own way of identifying unique users/ customers which don't align with our internal definition resulting in a different stats when we compare it with our internal source, we often get called out for this and it's nearly impossible to explain it to our stakeholders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude is mostly used by our product managers and designers to understand our user behavior across different touchpoints and evaluate areas that need further improvement.

Amplitude is definitely a go-to tool if you're looking to implement product analytics in your organization, the support team at Amplitude is really helpful in understanding our requirements and ensured a smooth implementation

Easy of use is one of the key things me and my team likes, as it makes onboarding to the platform very easy for anyone irrespective of the background.
What do you dislike about the product?
The experiment module still has limited capabilities and does not offer greater insights into the methodologies being applied to derive conclusions.

Great for product managers
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is a great tool for product managers to dig into funnels, do cohort analysis, and share results with stakeholders. The most time I spend in the tool the more I like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of a learning curve to get up and running, but that's the case with most tools. So if you're jumping into Amplitude from GA just know it will take time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a growth product manager, many of the problems I'm looking to solve is how to improve our conversion funnel and retain our users. Using the funnel conversion tool I'm able to slice the data to look at specific cohorts to deeper analysis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just know it will take time to get ramped up if you're coming over from another tool like GA.
Amplitude is versatile. Using this tool reduces my effort a great deal. Time-saver.

We are using Amplitude mostly for gauging the performance of our clients' marketing campaigns along with the general health of their apps.
