What do you like best about the product?
I like amplitudes ability get get deep into the data, explorer customer behaviours at the microscopic level
What do you dislike about the product?
The unclear limitations of the cross-project function such as the lack of drop filters
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The funnel tool is great for exploring areas of improvement across a users journey through a conversion flow

What do you like best about the product?
When amplitude is set up correctly it is very easy to get to insight. The cross platform stitching is very powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amplitude is a very user based tool. Coming from visit centric tools might cause issues in how the business view metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer behaviour across platform. Looking into funnel analysis

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and a lot of different metrics available
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real time metrics. It is not possible to cross different products data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analyzing DAUs (Daily active users), errors and understanding user's behaviour

What do you like best about the product?
Templates cut down on the work to spin up a dashboard tremendously. Generally speaking, I like how quick and easy most operations are.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limits to bulk operations, which means I have to create new templates all the time for one small difference. For instance, I wish I could add a new segment to all charts in a dashboard at once. Or conversely, delete a segment from all charts at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spinning up easy dashboards to monitor AB test results, site performance, conversion rates etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Performant ability to look at all event-level data without the need to code
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboarding features are limited, Amplitude's attribution logic is sometimes very ambiguous
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly data exploration, data monitoring and dashboarding - Amplitude is a fast and performant way to address these problems

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create cogorts and analyze users activity based on the specific events, like email marketing campaign or webinar
What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty challenging to learn how to use the tool, not very intuitive

Analyzing how different marketing activities have impact on the platform users and if they improve user engagement and retention

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of building dashboards through events autocomplete and easy where/group clauses. easy learning curve for anyone at a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
365 days limit on previous data is annoying some times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
building segmentation/funnel analytics for both client and server events. Benefits are easy ingestion from mParticle and through API and ease of building dashboards.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is a great tool to set up for multiple teams to do a self serve data analysis. It integrates easily with data warehouse amd other web analytics tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of flexibility to create visualizations. It's hard to search for specific parameter values in the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide self serve access to data for basic analysis to product and PM teams.

Leveraging Amplitude for Analytics

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and quick it is to create charts and the different types of charts available are extremely useful. Being able to use notebooks to present findings and have discussions is an awesome feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to always be a slight variance ~5% in the numbers I see on Amplitude based on how I structure my query, this seems a bit troublesome to me since the logic used remains the same!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to understand our user behaviour better. Some of our questions are about where in our product they are finding value and what drives them to keep coming back day on day.

What do you like best about the product?
It's safe time (compared to manual SQL scripts), propose great templates (retention graph, stickness, segmentation, etc) and it's easy to investigate different cohorts with user paths & funnels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably some restrictions :) event limits, no alerts in the subscription, limitations in dashboards personalization, etc :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To get data fast, to investigate users/flows without analyst, to see that changes (new app version) in the product improved KPIs, monitor KPIs
