Great product & Nice customer service
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy way to build my dashboard, collect data and share it with the rest of my team/

Probably the price ;) other than that I don't see anything I dislike.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives the tools and the knowledge to really become datadriven. Amplitude is built in such a way it eases you into doing data analysis and making sense of the data. It allows for simple analysis to really advanced stuff.
Other tools are cluncky, heavy. Amplitude guides you alogn the way and a beautiful clear information architecture.
Next to the tool Amplitude lifts your products skills and knowledge that you start thinking about success metrics at the start of every feature/project/innovation.

What do you dislike about the product?
I like that you improve the product by changing how things work and are ordered. But sometimes you go a bit fast and introduce changes withouth giving me the proper time to get used to it.
Next to that, I have the need to have company wide charts and dashboards, it feels a bit unorganised and have the idea a lot of people are creating the same charts.
Next to that, some of my ways of working, is to quickly check something, so I tend to end up with a ton of draft charts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude gives us insights in user behavior.
Amplitude gives us the tools to think in what success means in terms of oberservable behavior.

Best tool for a product manager
What do you like best about the product?
It is just exceptionally great - it saves hours of working, helping with everything - from understanding your users, planning for new features, AB testing them and monitoring your product health altogether.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes load times could be a bit long. Also, it would be great to see some sort of re-do of "pathfinder" feature as now it isn't very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Literally anything - from coming up with new solutions to AB testing to monitoring release health to some deep dives into funnels and looking for things to improve. I also track revenue and overall product health daily with dashboards.

- all the events have a describtion so no need to have separate documentation

- not so flexible as our own system of analytics
- some charts should calculate the same, but results different
- some charts not clear how is build and it's not clear after reading the documentation too

it's easy for the product team to check feature usage, and there is no need to ask an analyst to run custom queries to the database, which usually takes longer.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude Analytics is an outstanding platform for understanding user behavior and making data-driven decisions. The platform is user-friendly, with a wide range of features that provide valuable insights into user engagement. The support team is also excellent, making it a top choice for businesses looking to gain a deeper understanding of their users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, but I would like to suggest Amplitude team to make some amplitude training video library that explains all features in amplitude.

the propensity to conversion features help us a lot in improving our push notification performance

It's an easy way to create insights on your products usage without having to bother any developers about it.

it's not easy to understand all events that are in the dashboard. would be better if developers could add documentation about it.

We can understand what people are doing and how many active users we have in a very granular way.

Self-service insights for other colleagues into user behaviour. More autonomy and data-driven decision making for Product teams, less help needed from Data team

What do you like best about the product?
MAU, DAU metrics, Open rates, Figuring out user metrics
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity of things, look at clevertap how easy it is to navigate, i feel the dashboard could be much easy to navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was helping us understand where our users churn was happening and Store adoption rate brand wise data was being presented
Amplitude helped Traveloka Product teams to move fast and take calculated risk
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude gives us many ready-to-use solutions that helped us answer business questions related to our tech product. Not only that, in the past one year I saw that Amplitude keeps delivering improvement and new features that helped us exploring our data in quickly and real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were times when Amplitude released changes that made the previous feature function, for example, dashboard filtering suddenly not working properly or as expected before due to changes in how to use filter function. Thanks to Amplitude's quick customer care line, it can be solved after we reported the issue that we experienced at that time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes as Product Manager, I have some questions that need to be answered using data analytics. Most of product managers will submit new data dashboard request to Data Analyst team, which has limited bandwidth to pick up request each week, makes us need to queu the backlog for minimum 2-4 weeks. Using Amplitude can speed up the process as long as we know how to get the data and how to process it in Amplitude.

What do you like best about the product?
Pathfinder makes it very easy to determine conversion points and drop offs. It also makes conversion analysis a breeze with funnel analysis and event segmentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the identity resolution that Amplitude applies to map users across their journey correctly would be more transparent. I know this is a special secret, but I wish it weren't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the user journey without having to create data models for it. Makes it easy for less technical users to understand what is going on in the business.
