Can't ask for anything better
What do you like best about the product?
Over the years, Amplitude has evolved to become a very easy-to-use product analytics tool. They are moving towards having everything in one place; it makes our jobs as product analysts and product managers much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick something, I'd have to be very picky, to be honest. The only thing I think needs to evolve, according to how the other features have become, is the Data Governance feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most potent benefit that I realized is that every person in the organization can create their insights. That's huge because it helps move the company faster and reduces dependencies.
The problem that I'm trying to solve with Amplitude is how I can deliver the best user experience through understanding how users behave.

Don't be afraid to mess up at first. Think of it as an iterative process of continuous learning!
Easy to use and to visualize data
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive Amplitude is to use and how easy it's to visualize and compare data. It is excellent to use when analyzing multiple channels at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, especially when you're first meeting Amplitude, the language may be a little bit confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm mainly using it to compare channel performance day over day or week over week. The visualization of the progress it's great.

I liked the ability to collate all charts under a single dashboard which acts as a Product Health Dashboard for me

Inability to create segments and save them for future use.

Usage Analytics for mobile app. I have got good insights so far in terms of feature usage.

What do you like best about the product?
For modern apps, you really have three leading choices: Heap, Mixpanel, and Amplitude. Of those, I have the most experience with Amplitude and have never felt any need to consider going elsewhere. We integrate through Segment (highly recommended) and generate probably hundreds of one-off analyses each week.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a small number of chart types that are really impossible to do (e.g., comparison against a shared baseline, setting end dates in the future). I've asked about them in the past and have received enthusiastic responses but look forward to when they're available.

We mostly use Amplitude for funnel analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude makes it so easy to understand customer behavior and share it with the team. The tools are flexible enough to stay high level or dig into the specifics. It's a very powerful product, but it's approachable.

Data instrumentation can be a bit of a slog, but this is necessary for any event-based analytics.

Better understanding customer behavior and deciding what features we should invest in.

Great product analytics tool that's a must for any data driven company
What do you like best about the product?
The architecture of the tool and the speed with which the data is pulled and calculated inside charts is amazing. Also the interface is very intuitive and sharing the charts is one of the best features. Their community and support is top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific but having marketing channel categorization and a free form chart type would be a great addition. Calculated fields would be a great addition to analysis.

We are analyzing the conversion rate of different funnels and the effectiveness of them. We are also pinning down the causes for various drop offs in the funnel.

-Simple to set up, just plug in Segment events, and you are good to go!
-See the full view of the customer, - one analytics tool to see how what your customer experiences from Server Side, Web, App, Email, Push etc.

Not enough features devoted to marketing channel analysis.

Understanding core flows, conversion rates, and user behavior. Getting a holistic view of how our customers interact with our products.

Some good features are moved to a costly plan

Business growth, retention analysis and user flow are majority of areas we use Amplitude for. We can certainly make sense of our growth with amplitudes analytics in picture

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is my best friend to understand the performance of my app, my campaigns, everything! It's so easy to handle, so easy to learn every day new ways to analyze. I'll recommend this platform to anyone that wants to make excellent decisions about their product and digital campaigns.

Sometimes is hard to track some events in the pathfinder, I prefer to use funnels instead

As digital communications manager, I need to review the performance of all my campaigns in real-time. Amplitude lets me detect if something is not working and helps me decide to make quick changes to revert the results.
