Deep Behavioral Insights, Powerful Funnels & Retention Analysis
What do you dislike about the product?
New users or non-technical teams often feel overwhelmed. Getting comfortable with things like event taxonomy, cohort definitions, and advanced reporting takes effort
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of visibility into customer journeys

Problem: Hard to see where shoppers drop off (e.g., browsing → cart → checkout).

Benefit: Funnel analysis shows exact friction points, so you can reduce cart abandonment.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Amplitude provides clear insights into user behavior with easy-to-use dashboards and powerful segmentation, making it simple to track engagement and conversions.

Sometimes the interface feels complex, and advanced features require a learning curve.

Amplitude helps identify how users interact with our product, uncover drop-offs, and measure engagement. This allows us to make data-driven decisions, improve user experience, and boost retention.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the most that Amplitude Analytics is easy to use and offera an intuitive UX design.
Amplitude is also very responsive and open to feature requests

Not much, but a mobile app would be desirable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most Product Analytics use cases are covered by their out-of-the-box charts/analyses

What do you like best about the product?
i like amplitude because it’s easy to get into – even non-technical teammates can spin up charts and answer questions on their own. the product feels fast and reliable, and i find myself checking it multiple times a day without friction. the range of features is solid too, you can slice and dice data in almost any way, and the integrations cover most of the tools we use. when i’ve needed help, support has been responsive and generally useful. plus, their documentations AI is a cherry on top

My Honest Take on Amplitude (From a Marketer)

What do you like best about the product?
You can see the whole story. I don't just see that a user landed on our blog. I can see they came from a Facebook ad, read two articles, then signed up for our newsletter. It connects the dots in a way Google Analytics can't.

Funnels are dead simple. We were losing people during our signup process. Amplitude made it painfully obvious where the drop-off was. We fixed one form field, and our conversion rate went up. It pays for itself with insights like that.

You can prove your marketing works. I can finally create a group of all the users who came from my September campaign and see if they actually became active, long-term users. It's a game-changer for showing the real value of my ad spend.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup is a headache. Don't even think about doing it yourself unless you're technical. You need a developer and a clear plan for what to track. If you mess this up, your data is not good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy event tracking implementation
Good documentation and customer support
Ability to create custom metrics and events
Collaboration features for teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be expensive for larger data volumes
Query performance can slow down with complex analyses
Learning curve for advanced features
Limited data export options
Some features require higher-tier plans
SQL functionality is somewhat limited compared to pure analytics databases

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude was super easy to setup and have been a great tool for us to analyze our product. We leverage it every day and have a number of reports that we look at daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have not seen very many downsides to using the product. Satisfied customer!

What do you like best about the product?
I don't have extensive experience working with data tools, however whenever I use Amplitude I am able to quickly get the answers I need, and I find it very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, it's so easy to navigate and they have so many helpful tool tips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need further insights into user behaviour, and to be able to segment clearly. Amplitude does this all very quickly and easily.
