Easy to use and simple to interpret

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using data in decision-making makes Amplitude an aid to productivity. The best feature, without a doubt, is the variety of graphics that make up the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a barrier to understanding when selecting the simplest charts. The tool's onboarding is confusing and leaves some doubts when it comes to reading the graphics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of creating visualizations through the data has significantly increased the productivity of our product teams. Making our data-driven decisions faster and more efficient
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Amplitude Analytics is a very complete tool with several features that helps in everyday life. The team's productivity increases considerably, however, some initial barriers to learn the main features of the platform, some training will be necessary for your team to extract the maximum from the product

What do you like best about the product?
user friendly and easy for beginners to pick up fast
segmentation and funnel are my favs as well as lifecylce charts are convenient too
What do you dislike about the product?
- No customzation (for example i really want to be able to change the colors of the charts)
- Unable to segment charts within a dashboard (really much needed function)
- unable to mass assign ownership of charts to someone else (this is really painful to one by one assign owner on so many charts)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Amplitude is being able to quickly build visualization for product usage events as well as building out funnel data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the cohort building can be a little confusing at first when trying to tie user actions to user traits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick funnel visualizations and a/b testing have been great benefits when using Amplitude.

Easy to use for realtime quick analysis

What do you like best about the product?
The analysis can be shared with anyone with just a link without a need to save it. Any change in the parameters of ongoing changes the link, so progress is saved at each step.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limited visualization options in the chart. For e.g. if we want to add a table of values in the Amplitude dashboard, it cannot be done, only line/bar charts are supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude is very helpful for creating cohorts with complex conditions and tracking comparison data. It can also create templates for dashboards which greatly saves time in reporting use cases.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Serves the requirement of ad-hoc analysis and reference dashboard and is easy to use for non-tech users, does not have all the perks of a dedicated dashboarding tool and should not be treated as such.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive to use and allows for quick data visualization. Super helpful when communicating with stakeholders!
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any data, sometimes it can be hard to nail down the source of truth to solve complex issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking feature launch performance. It has been beneficial in unison with LaunchDarkly to define different user groups.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team went ahead with Amplitude solely due to their team's quick response to the customer queries and the features we wanted.it allows to connect with myriad sources and destinations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major as of yet. But the destinations to various warehouses is only available to the paid users. The free version however can be used for data extraction through their Export APIs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A central, powerful Analytics platform was what our team was going for. We're way more productive utilizing this platform.it certainly has increased our business performance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely recommend to go ahead with it.

Amplitude Dashboards are really fast and trustful to analyze and show the data

What do you like best about the product?
Rather than using SQL to analyze some data from the database, it is much faster to analyze data in Amplitude. And because we can save cohorts, charts; we don't have to make same analyses over and over again.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes in the breakdown table in charts, I don't see 'Row Sum' option. In that case I have to export data to google sheets and take sum of all values. I would be really glad if you add 'Row Sum' option to all kind of chart breakdown table's
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While we were using other internal tools to analyze data from databases directly using SQL, it was time-consuming and we had to run queries every time we tried to get data. Amplitude was way useful in that way.

What do you like best about the product?
- Reactivity of the platform and of data treatment
- Ergonomic designs and ease of use
- Only 3 entry points : charts, cohorts and Dashboards
- Compared to Mixpanel, the graph construction part is much more clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Data governance : renaming events is convenient for our non analyticals end users but finding old names through the search bar would be much more simple for the data team to keep tracking plan clear
- Filters : when filtering by a user_data_cohort for example, the id of the cohort is shown instead of the name of it
- Dashboards : moving charts through a dashboard can turn into a disaster as everything goes up and down
- Have not been offered a training by an amplitude Engineer in a long time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Day to day activation tracking and figures for our B2B team
- Evolution of user activity on the platform for all of our users

What do you like best about the product?
The cross-platform functionality and ability to import data from other sources. The multi-use case to analyse users and debug situations is very helpful. Would recommend people to use the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have observed a few bugs here and there. From personal experience, there was a mismatch in my data between Amplitude and optimizely during an A/B test.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a PM, amplitude has helped me successfully analyse data for my product.

I Love Amplitude!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Amplitude just saves my time and I get good insights and understanding of my users. I can't get too deep in the data but I don't think it's what they aim for, it helps me get quick learnings while my DS is doing a deep dive
I like how quick the charts load, how the UX is super easy to use, how I can in 90% of the time find a way to answer my questions with the tools there
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Organizing the dashboard is a nightmare, keep getting stuck. I would love to have a way to create sections in the dashboard
2. Time distribution buckets- the customization UX is not good and I never got to use it and be happy with it
3. Co-owner in a dashboard, if I add someone to my dashboard he still can't edit the charts in it and I need to add him manually to each one, very annoying, I know that some of the charts might be someone else's but for the ones in the dashboard, I'm the owner and they appear only in the dashboard I think it will really help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Understanding trivial things like - growth, time on site, interactions, and more
2. Keep track of new features and how they go
3. Give the developers a chance to create charts and monitor them, gets them more committed
4. Use the data I collected to get more meaningful questions for my DS
