Good analytics product, but needs vintage graphs.
What do you like best about the product?
Segments, formulas, custom events, and the ability to remove or change events.
What do you dislike about the product?
The retention graphs. I want to be able to see vintages in the graphs. Right now, it is simply one retention curve that averages across all vintages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables more people to be data literate.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude has helped us better understand the users' behavior across our app. It can tell us the biggest hurdles in our funnel process and where they are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a tool that needs more widely available training resources, which slows adoption across other teams. Also, it lacks a community hub (or we are not aware of one) where you can discuss everyday use cases or tips to improve analysis
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides funnel and session base analytics that helps us map the user journey across the app. This has helped us identify the biggest hurdles in our process, which we then improve on. Latter, we can see if those changes improve our metrics
Amplitude helps us monitor our metrics and KPIs, experiment and analyse our users behaviour
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use, no code needed - which helps us also create a data-driven environment within the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I do want to create some charts that are not available - LTV, more flexible ARPU charts, etc. I know it's not a BI tool, but since all our data is sent to Amplitude and it became our tool for data visualization, these BI capabilities are missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Comparison between groups of users, monitoring KPIs (in general and over time), alerting us regarding bugs and issues in the data and the product, and creating simple visualizations that are easy to understand also for employees that are not necessarily data-persons.
Can't imagine my day without using Amplitude!
What do you like best about the product?
I can analyze everything, easily, and get very important insight that helps us get decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the funnel view, I would like to have a CVR between every step in the funnel, and not just to the total CVR.

Analyzing, reports, funnels, and decision making.

It can be a bit limited in terms of what tyes of analysis one can perform.

Amplitude helps us take data driven desicions based on end user usage patterns
Amplitude is simple to use and gives me the option to unlock important insights from my data.

The option to see the events I did just now and choose from them.

I'm having a hard time understanding what graph type would be best.

They are giving me the option to get insights from my data without using code.
A flexible tool - with transversal usefulness
What do you like best about the product?
As shown in my title, the flexibility of Analytics is my favorite part about it. The many insights it can give and active updating of new tools and options as well as the forums ("in-app" explanations, Amplitude community) as well as the ability of Amplitude team to swiftly answer complex questions within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tools have their limits: cohorts can't be dynamic within "rolling" time periods (only 30 last days, not last month or last week, kind of with an offset), and in dashboards and notebooks, the metrics and presentation can get messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The constant implementation of new options and tools that solve issues we have not discovered yet, and the reactivity of the support that answer any question quickly, clearly and in a very smart way, sometime using Amplitude Demo (AmpliTunes) which I was familiar with thanks to Amplitude Academy, which made me familiar with Analytics in an evening.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude makes it easy to break users down into cohorts and figure out how those users are engaging with particular features in your product. Compared to Mixpanel, it seems a bit more advanced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amplitude is a bit more complex (read:robust) than some other tools in the market, which can make it tricky to understand. Pricing seems to be a bit high (but not overly) so tracking every event isn't always possible

Amplitude solves uncover insights for product and growth teams that need to deeply understand customer and prospect behaviour in order to prioritize the right problems to solve and invest in
Great tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use in creating specialized dashboards for my team. It makes tracking metrics so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionality isn't super intuitive.

Amplitude helps cross-functional teams align on deliverables, metrics, and makes reporting easy.
