What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very straightforward and provides many tools to see insights into product performance. The charts and dashboards are easy to create and share with our teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some higher-level calculations are better done with a different tool for our business. Overall the likes outweigh the limitations of the toolset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides more comprehensive access to non-technical employees to gain insights into our products. Additionally, it frees up our analytics teams from more minor requests since data is now self-serve.

Amplitude's notebooks make it easy to tell a story with the data to support product management decisions and bring the team along on the ride.

the formatting options could be better when building the notebook

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is a one stop experience for all your analytical needs. It is a very good and efficient alternative to Google Analytics and is comparatively cheaper as well. Great UI/UX
What do you dislike about the product?
The efficency sometimes lack. The documentation has a history of misleading developers in my company. They have standard support which can be improved though...

What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to have all my data in one place and visualized easily for me. Having different dashboards for engagement metrics and revenue makes it easy for us to get an idea of the health of our games very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amplitude can be a little slow for our team, which does cause us some friction. Because of how structured some sections are, like event segmentations, there are some limitations to how you can manipulate your data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude is helping us determine the health of our projects. Whether this is a new app we are launching or a feature we are developing. We can use Amplitude to analyze our data and create actionable insights.

What do you like best about the product?
The web platform is intuitive and helpful for our managers and our engineers. Things work. They're easy to use. The documentation solves most of our problems. And support and customers success are prompt and effective when we need them.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude allows me to be self-sufficient when it comes to pulling critical data for my projects, but on the research side, and in post-project reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
As a non-technical person, it can take a lot of time by trial and error to find what I need, but it's still better than any other tech I've used for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to quickly pulll critical data to inform product strategy and test a hypothesis, and allows me to track metrics over time.

A reliable tool to track user activities with ease

What do you like best about the product?
I love the User look-up tool of Amplitude as it lets me see what actions a user took while they were using our platform, and what the experience was like, it gives me additional data about the user's device, OS, and more which comes super handy sometimes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes need to read through a lot of docs or watch a couple of videos to understand how to build a dashboard but once you know it, you're all set. So it'a small learning curve for first timers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude helps us solve our analytics problem, we use Amplitude for our internal use where we have dashboard that give unique users using our app each day, week, month, to track growth, it let's us track the actions for a user and makes it really easy to do so as well with just using unique ids. There are more features that I haven't used yet, but my colleagues have built out reporting and metrics tracking using those.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with out site makes it the place to look metrics, adoption and convertions funnels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we have too many events, sometimes is hard to find them, but that's on our side, we need to have a better event naming structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is solving our impact measurement, all the projects need to have an impact once is in production, and amplitude is our better tool to visualize them.

What do you like best about the product?
It's fairly straightforward to build reports and visuals which show product usage and a breakdown by user type.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding previously build reports can be difficult at times. Though this may be our implementation and organization

Understanding customer adoption, which features customers are utilizing and which customer segment is driving overall adoption/usage.
