Very useful in visualising data
What do you like best about the product?
We can visialise all of our data efforlessly

It can be a bit limited in terms of what tyes of analysis one can perform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude helps us take data driven desicions based on end user usage patterns
Amplitude is simple to use and gives me the option to unlock important insights from my data.

The option to see the events I did just now and choose from them.

I'm having a hard time understanding what graph type would be best.

They are giving me the option to get insights from my data without using code.
A flexible tool - with transversal usefulness
What do you like best about the product?
As shown in my title, the flexibility of Analytics is my favorite part about it. The many insights it can give and active updating of new tools and options as well as the forums ("in-app" explanations, Amplitude community) as well as the ability of Amplitude team to swiftly answer complex questions within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tools have their limits: cohorts can't be dynamic within "rolling" time periods (only 30 last days, not last month or last week, kind of with an offset), and in dashboards and notebooks, the metrics and presentation can get messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The constant implementation of new options and tools that solve issues we have not discovered yet, and the reactivity of the support that answer any question quickly, clearly and in a very smart way, sometime using Amplitude Demo (AmpliTunes) which I was familiar with thanks to Amplitude Academy, which made me familiar with Analytics in an evening.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude makes it easy to break users down into cohorts and figure out how those users are engaging with particular features in your product. Compared to Mixpanel, it seems a bit more advanced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amplitude is a bit more complex (read:robust) than some other tools in the market, which can make it tricky to understand. Pricing seems to be a bit high (but not overly) so tracking every event isn't always possible

Amplitude solves uncover insights for product and growth teams that need to deeply understand customer and prospect behaviour in order to prioritize the right problems to solve and invest in

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use in creating specialized dashboards for my team. It makes tracking metrics so much easier.

Some of the functionality isn't super intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
The a/b testing functionality is top-tier compared to competitors in the industry.
Additionally, the visualizations in the reports are simple to set up and easy to use. Amplitude reporting is much more intuitive and user-friendly compared to competitors such as Adobe Analytics. I have found that the simple interface helps get more adoption from the organization, particularly leadership and product teams, as everyone is comfortable pulling reports and drilling into data.

What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to a few similar tools, setting up Amplitude can take a bit more time. However, this personalization ultimately results in a more robust analytics experience. GA can be set up almost instantly with little to no developer assistance, while setting up Amplitude with all necessary events is a bit more intensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Funnel reporting is captured elegantly in the platform. Understanding the friction points for sign-up flows and application steps is a big priority for our team and Amplitude data let's us understand where users are falling off and why.
Quick and easy analytics for product managers
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to create charts, dashboards, etc. Quick learning curve. Great documentation and quick answers from support teams to my questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any large issues. Sometimes charts are slow to load on large dashboards but that could just be my internet.

What do you like best about the product?
We used to spend hours analysing data and trying to find patterns to make informed decisions. With Amplitude, we can do it much quicker and proper manner. It gives us the ability to create user-friendly charts and dashboards which help us keep track of the health of our business and, at the same time, derive meaningful data-driven decisions which can drive business impact in the long term.
It lets us pump data from multiple sources and combine it with being the single source of truth of all the metrics and keep track of our business health in one single place!

What do you dislike about the product?
It can have some bugs which could be resolved. Also, we have data that goes out from multiple sources, so having a proper data taxonomy within the product can help non-users also hop on and start using the product without much Onboarding. Currently, since most users are not aware of what each of the metrics means individually, the more advanced users need to take a training session for the new users to make them understand what each of the metrics means
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy for us to analyze data and understand your users' behaviour. It provides us with insightful analytics that helps us make informed decisions about your product which helps make business decisions. We use it to create dashboards with funnels and conversion charts; this helps us keep track of our metrics and make data-driven decisions. The best part is that I can create a dashboard for all my A/B tests and test Funnel conversion, Retention & overall revenue impact with it, which no other tool provides
Powerful analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest upside is the constant innovation. They have had non-stop releases that add value over the 2.5 years we have been clients. They offer great Enterprise support and are competitively priced. The tool flexibility gives you the capability to create seamless analysis and reporting and to change directions quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
At our scale - tens of billions of events per month - they are not the fastest tool on the market, but they aren't the slowest I've used either. Their bug rate in the UI is also a little higher than I would like, though they are very responsive in addressing those bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There aren't too many areas that Amplitude can't cover with properly structured data. For us, they are driving improvements in funnel conversions, feature adoption and helping us understand user churn.
