What do you like best about the product?
It is seamless to guide customers through their journey through milestone analysis which generate product experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no on-premise mobile app for iOS and Android systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Infuse AI which makes it rapid to offer relevant answers to complex product questions.

What do you like best about the product?
I had in mind that Amplitude was easy, but when I started to learn and use it I was surprised it was easier than I thought! Creating and understand the events you want to measure is so easy!! With many tools ready to use to work with your data, is easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've seen that sometimes it takes too long to refresh data, and sometimes it could take more than 30 minutes! This is too much time considering this excellent toll's real-time purpose. Learn from past events to improve this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to understand our customer's behavior for main events performed in pur website as well as gather historical data to take business decisions based on this

Using Segment, Amplitude is the perfect destination for your product data.
The platform loads incredibely fast. Chart creation is quick & easy. You can granurarly access your data & properties.

Pricing can be a expensive when you have high volume of data.
Lack for a Table view for some analysis.
Some charts type are a tad complicated, but with a few readings, you'll likely understand everything.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Amplitude for our Product Analytics. From Lead Generation to In-App behaviour, we have a massive collection of charts & reports we follow on a weekly basis, to take decisions.
Flexibility can be too much of a good thing
What do you like best about the product?
Measure anything. I work for a medium-sized org with a broad range of intersecting products and teams. I like that any team can implement whatever they need to answer their question, and that anyone in the company can use that data to glean insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to get started with Amplitude. It's very flexible,but that also means there aren't many standardization controls across events and projects. It would be nice if there were some stock templates to start from that could be customized once you know what you want.
We have apps on multiple platforms that have similar, but not identical, interfaces. The "same" event in multiple projects must be named exactly the same (case sensitive), or else it won't collate correctly in cross-project views.

Great product for all people who are interested in valuable data research
What do you like best about the product?
We have built two great products on amplitude - casual puzzle match-3 games, and there was no tool that could be more useful than amplitude in that regard (believe me, we have tried A LOT).
Here is what it was useful for:
- Tracking and solving our users issues with flexible custom funnels;
- Building any kind of retention and revenue dashboards per UA campaign;
- Identifying issues on client and push notifications by custom events and event properties.
Here is what it excels at IMO:
- Simple, quick to onboard (can be used and was used by pretty much everyone on our team), flexible in terms of usage.
Here is what it was useful for:

What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing, in particular, I was concerned about - even though I had used it for two years straight. It does everything it should in given architecture. There were a few issues with building tables (like level design dashboard), but we used another tool for this.

- Being able to have user streams, user paths all accessible in few clicks;
- Building multiple notebooks and dashboards to present easily to product/design teams.

Amplitude became an essentiel tool in our product stack
What do you like best about the product?
With a large number of PMs in our team, we needed a tool that is sufficiently intuitive for anyone to jump in quickly, and Amplitude does that very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires significant effort to keep the consistency of information high when many stakeholders are involved (PM and engineering team of >200ppl)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Making it easy for product managers to assess the impact of their work
- Allowing PMs to validate assumptions quickly and without relying on data/BI teams

User Friendly & Data visualisation is top notch
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, Very informative & descriptive. Great visualisation of data. Easy to find bugs... and analyze Drop off conversions. Team Spaces is a good feature, very useful to communicate and collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Flexibility is still an issue. Cohorts still need improvements & Notifications analytics integration. Retention view is not good.... Not in the block format. Notebooks feature is really useless... Not many customisation features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Churn Analysis, Finding Bugs, Understanding behaviour, Checking Data Real-time, Increasing Conversions of Funnels. Understanding Demographies. Integrations are also good, can get work done with the limited integrations that are available. Can create custom events which are really good.
Great product for Analytics. Does almost everything as expected.

Charts and features to create Segments, Cohorts, etc. are all very handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data inconsistencies can be handled in a better way.

Solves our problem of understanding how users flow through the platform and events they perform.
Great insights on user beahviour
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is easy to use for both analysts and people with a less technical background. With its drag and drop technology you can obtain insights from data in seconds!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations in the timerange you can use. You can't combine more events in the segmentation chart, but you must create a custom event instead. It would be interesting to aggregate daily data at a weekly / monthly level taking - this would be the sum of daily users instead of monthly or weekly users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude is allowing me to analyse how users are interacting with our app and conducting AB tests
Best Product Analytics Tool Out There
What do you like best about the product?
I've tried a bunch of analytics tools like Heap, Mixpanel, etc., and this stands out the most. Simple, easy to use (short learning curve).
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have a lot of custom events, it's hard to keep up. If there were a way to organize them in folders, that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making data more centralized and open in our organization.
