Amplitude gives a lot of actionable insights

What do you like best about the product?
- working with multitudes of data points and getting insights without going through huge excel sheets
What do you dislike about the product?
- Sometimes it behaves erroneously and the data doesn't show up properly
- Some properties are complicated and not intuitive

- looking and solving problems around data needs at any level
- interface to get insights without getting into complicated software

Amplitude is faster, better and accurate

What do you like best about the product?
I can get real-time data quickly and accurately. I can also do complex calculations with the options available instead of writing complex code. Amplitude is much better than other BI tools because it doesn't need backend development to get the data in schemas. Also, the data processing is very quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not possible to create custom user segments and also run group bys. The tool cannot be used to segment users who performed specific actions in the same session. Funnel and the segment users are unrelated. I would like to add segments in such a way that I want to find users who perform specific actions in the same session or the same day,rather than segmenting by within first day/last N days/since
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpful in monitoring user app behavior for our team. Help in understanding user paths and how users change their behavior. My turnaround for analytics results has been vastly improved.

What do you like best about the product?
I am very glad that we have the opportunity to use the Amplitude tool in our project. This is a really powerful and flexible product analytics tool that helps to study user behavior on the product more deeply. After the first month of use, we managed to find some quite interesting insights about keeping our audience on the platform. And we plan to conduct a number of tests based on the data obtained in the near future. A flexible reporting system and integration with Slack helps to quickly share information with colleagues and involve them in the process of finding new hypotheses. Very cool
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, on a large project, it is quite difficult to determine before implementation how useful its use will be. It might be great to increase the limits on trial use. For example, without restrictions on events, but for a maximum of 1-3 months. This would definitely allow the teams to realize the value of the tool, immerse themselves in it and convert into selling to those who doubt
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In most cases, we solve cases and look for insights related to Retention or conversion to a paying user. So far, we have received a lot of data to form hypotheses, which we will begin testing in the near future

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is user-friendly and intuitive to figure out. I can conduct most of my analyses using the tool which saves me a lot of time not having to query backend data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more functionalities to customize dashboards. Right now, the dashboards are very basic and it would be nice if there were more chart types available, as well as the ability to edit axis and colours, add callouts, and have a better filtering functionality to make the dashboard more self-serve for external dashboard consumers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics allows me to quickly detect trends and anomalies in our performance, track KPIs, analyze hypothesis tests, create cohorts, and test new analytics events. I'm able to conduct the majority of my analyses using this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI of the system is great and user-friendly. It takes me less than 5 minutes to set up charts that provide profound insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major downsides - only sometimes the data and charts takes a while to load if there are several filters and segments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to save time on analytics. I don't have a background in data analytics or programming, and usually would require separate analysts to look into the data for me. With Amplitude, if I have any questions about my user base - who's performing a certain activity, how often etc. it takes me only a few minutes to answer those questions.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an incredible tool for getting sales funnel and user experience insights. The various app integrations make it a create connective tissue for any data-driven organization!
What do you dislike about the product?
The app can be sluggish at times and manipulating the placement of charts in the Notebook view is very tedious still.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's my go-to day-to-day product analytics stack.

What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy to use. It´s perfectly connected with my app and allows me to create easy to share dashboards and share them with my colleagues from my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the conversion events are outdated and I don´t get the info as to when they were created

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is intuitive, and the interactivity in charts makes it more user-friendly especially for non-technical teams. Notebooks and Dashboards encourage more insight-sharing across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some elements available in some charts are missing In others (eg. "performed in real-time", sequential conditions for user segments and event segments outside Funnel charts, can't filter dashboards using cohorts)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest gain is from the reduced time-to-insight. Users need only a few clicks to get closer to understanding their customers and their behaviors better. No need for SQL or requesting BI teams to run queries that result in stale information and missed opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Analyzing large amounts of data quickly and easily. Different analysis options, very modifiable and flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the options for analysis are not so intuitive. It can be a bit difficult to find the right type of chart for your specific needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing our online events, analyzing them with ease and in real-time.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy and gives you control of how you want to see your data. Integrating 3rd party data was amazing. Specially for an APP like Localboss.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not finding it too easy to do certaing things like segments, funnels and other analysis, but I'm still getting used to Amplitude
