Robust, highly configurable iPaaS
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to not only have access to so many native integrations, but also the ability to design simple and common connectors, and also the ability to get into the actual code and build from the ground up when you might have complex connection or transformation criteria.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model and the way you (used) to get charged for the product through recipe count vs other platforms. But hopefully that is changing soon from what I've heard!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Operational efficiency flows and information parity, as well as generalized automation flows that help serve internal audiences on varied internal communication platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Digital Marketing Executive, Workato was my perfect automation platform. With an intuitive and interactive learning platform that encourages you to learn recipes on the go, learning Workato didn't take too much time. The drag-and-drop functionality was quite welcoming too.
With easy early implementation and multiple pre-built connectors that were super useful and easy to integrate for some of my requirements, it quickly became a platform I wanted to use more often. One of the best parts about using Workato is that their customer support team is always ready to help when needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
I was initially taken aback by all of the features and capabilities that Workato presented. Still, all of that quickly subsided once I started learning the platform and understanding it better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato addresses the challenge of automating time-consuming tasks across various applications and automating them. From a marketing standpoint, a lot of tasks span across applications, but Workato helps seamlessly integrate and automate them all to free up my time so I can focus on more important ones.

What do you like best about the product?
it is a low-code integration platform, As I don't have to take tension syntax or functional errors or jar file import errors when compared to any coding language.
it is faster compared to the coding, in the development phase. and the testing phase is very easy and as short as just clicking a button.
They have HTTP connections, custom SDK connectors, and coding editors..... which makes it easy to customization.
new upgrades are going on, which add new useful features added up.
Even from the client's point of view product development phase is counted in hours. So it is budget-friendly, and less manpower.
they have very good customer support system, which guides you through the implementation or platform-related....etc
Overall, Integration with Workato has been relatively very much straightforward. The platform gives a user-friendly experience, making it easy to seamlessly connect different applications and processes.

Workato is continually evolving with the addition of new features, but like any tool, it has its limitations. Specifically, I've noticed constraints when dealing with a large number of files being processed or uploaded,and etc.
I think workato gonna will address it. Sometime in the future. But yeah currently it is managable.

Integrating is just like mapping fields.
it helps in connecting the cloud platform and an application.

Simple and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
It is rather easy to make a recipe do an especific task and automate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Error mesages are not as useful as i would like, as they normally require more testing that they need because of this lack of detail.

Conectivity between apps and the solution that workato gives really helps manage time better

What do you like best about the product?
This is a great product, mostly you can drag and drop the field and within a couple of minutes your integration is ready, the recipe logic is also simple to complex. I am a newbie but before moving to this product I did all required certifications and understood the application.
Customer support is once available to entertain you immediately and help you solve the issue. my issue was solved by Juliana very good supports Tech

What do you dislike about the product?
As I came from a Dell Boomi Background, if I compare from there, then might be not found a lot of things, like cache objects, and how to load the data beforehand to avoid double API calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned most integration goes straightforward forward and you see solving your problem by connecting the support online really helpful.

The platform is intuitve to use, well supported by quality learning resources, documentation and customer support team. The ability to generate business value through simple and easy integrations in a short space of time means you can start to deliver a return on your investment very quickly.
The implementation of the platform was straightforward, and being supported by best practices allowed us to develop a robust approach to governance and processes.
Now that we are up and running and have delivered our first few recipes to production, the apetite for use is already growing quickly. The ongoing value to the business, if we continue to manage it in the right way, will far outweigh the costs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Task consumption can be eaten up quickly if you are not strict with standards and practices. Not really a dislike, more highlighting the need to have a team who oversee the use of the platform and apply boundaries to work within.

Simplicity and intuitive feel for a wide array of tools.

The annual subscription is very expensive.

It takes time to master, but well worth it. Workato is amazing

It is extremely customizable and has connections to a wide variety of tools. This enables a lot of workflows within our business and streamlines tasks cross functionally.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tough if there isn't an existing connection to a tool. Overall it has good coverage, but when there is a gap it can block/delay work.
