Amazing Workflow Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Drag and Drop Workflows with Looping and branching
Lots of integration features
Scheduling of jobs (recipes)
Ability to clone recipes to repurpose
Ability to create variables and use in formulas
Create connections to databases (run custom sql and process resultsets), slack, email, and many others
UI is very intuitive. Up and running the same day as I started
Online courses are great
On-demand ability to get help with a live resource is amazing.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, just that there is a 5 minute timeout limit of receiving results from a longer running snowflake stored procedure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting timely notificatons if any critical snowflake processes are broken. Ability to post snowflake data to NetSuite.
The training was very good and had an excellent hand on experience

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato is helping us to ingest,load and transform data.

Easy, useful and with great support
What do you like best about the product?
I've started working with Workato and Workato team a few years ago. The tool as proven effective even when not using it to it's full capacity. The Workato team is very dilligent in supporting and making sure you're using it to the best of its abilities and are always available to support, review and consider your input. I do believe the tool will get better and better, and so far as been a fulfilling experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many so far. It's a bit hard to understand exactly what's the most suitable subscription for the organization needs and the models available might need still some work but the commercial team is very flexible and patient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato made it very easy to integrate several internal tools at use in our company as well integrating with outside partners.
Powerful and Constantly Getting Better
What do you like best about the product?
Workato is very easy to use with the drag and drop interface. They have many out of the box connectors that are simple to setup and we have even been able to create custom connectos easily as well. You also don't have to sacrifice power for ease of use as we have been able to create some powerful and robust workflows. They also have great support if we do run into issues building recipes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only two things I wish were different is being able to use many different instances of a service in the same recipe. Right now the most you can have is two. If you have more than two Salesforce/Marketo/SAP etc. you need to create multiple recipes and/or use functions. Second, there is no 'while' loop. You can build a simple enough workaround but it would be nice to have it out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many different marketing automation instances so we often can't use native integrations because we need to be able to route information to the correct instance based on an input. We also use Workato to pass data to other instances and keep lead information in sync and to export activity data, transform it, and send it to a data warehouse.
Workato has single handedly been the most impactful and useful tool in our business procedures

What do you dislike about the product?
None - there are at times moment when the recipes would have an error or bug for no reason other than a particular issue with that recipe type but that is far and few between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato has been a game-changer in solving critical data integration challenges within our organization. Before Workato, our data was siloed and difficult to access, hindering our ability to get a complete understanding of all the different data points from various applications. Workato has the easiest to use and set up integration capabilities, and we have been able to connect our systems to allow for data to move across our organization so all can access.
We do majority of our data cleansing and formating in Snowflake first, so our use cases is mostly automating business processes and moving data around to different applications. However, this has allowed us to reduce manual effort in more processes than I can count, and has significantly improved our overall productivity.
I also really love how user friendly the interface is, and found it to be very easy to learn and adopt the program after reviewing some additional resources on their community site or through their training videos.
Their support is also FREAKING AWESOME!! I have an issue, I open up a chat, and I get to speak to someone in less than 10 minutes and 9 times out of 10, we resolve it together in 10-15 minutes. I really really love this tool, and it's one of those applications that you don't realize you need until you have it.

Enhancements in providing more extensive customization options could address this concern.Overall, while there may be room for improvement, the strengths of Workato significantly outweigh any drawbacks, making it a preferred choice for Integration Architects seeking a comprehensive and efficient integration solution.

In our organization workato is instrumental in overcoming the challenges associated with integration projects. It's capabilities in simplifying workflows, addressing diverse application ecosystems, facilitating real-time data synchronization, promoting cross-functional collaboration, ensuring scalability and providing efficient troubleshooting contribute significantly to the success of integration initiatives. IPaaS tool which anyone can use
What do you like best about the product?
Workato is one of the best IPaaS tool in the market. It is easy to use even if you don't have any dev experience. The implementation of the integrations are very easy.Even if we stuck at some point, the live chat feature which helps us to chat with experts to resolve our issues. We have recently implemented our employee onboarding process with Teams Workbot feature which saves lot of time. Initially we bought workato for few automations for support team, our business leaders are happy with how workato helps their daily activities which made us to expand automations for IT,Sales,Billing,Finance and Procurement teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though workato uses no code recipes, for some use cases we need to customise the logic for that we need to write code. Currently workato provides Python and JavaScript for custom code but it has some limitations comparatively with other IPaaS tools. If we are able to code easily then it would be greater advantage for complex use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Although there are lot of tools available in the market, the process of building APIs is easy and cheap in workato which helps us to automate lot of activities in different teams. The workbot feature helps us to communicate with different teams efficiently to reduce the time for on boarding process of employees.
Workato is an excellent partner for integration and automated solutions.

Workato's partnership exceeded all vendors I have ever worked with. They engaged throughout our project, ensuring we delivered value to our business. They set the bar very high!
What do you dislike about the product?
Workato continues to innovate and improve on all fronts. Processing largely occurs in the cloud. It would be helpful to have the ability to push down processing for on premise integrations.

Workato provided the capabilities for cloud to cloud integrations, facilitating our SaaS vendor connections and integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
Its strength lies in its simplicity and consistency, making it user-friendly, easy to learn, and seamlessly integratable with numerous enterprise systems. The thoughtful design and implementation are evident. Comparative experiments demonstrate that it can reduce development time by over 80% in data integration projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
While recognizing Workato's commitment to security, in enterprise settings with strict SaaS usage policies, if Workato could enhance methods for internal data integrations that operate solely within internal networks, it would provide additional comfort to users and implementers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our company adopts an increasing number of cloud SaaS services, we're experiencing a corresponding rise in data exchanges between external and internal applications. The availability of a wide array of connectors for both cloud and on-premises services, coupled with user-friendly recipe development, streamlines our development cycles and markedly decreases the demand for extensive developer resources.
Incredible game changing iPaaS tool. Future proof your company!
What do you like best about the product?
Workato is amazing at integrating applications from an Ease of Use low code perspective. Their customer support and professional support is incredible. Hands down the best I have ever worked worked. This tool was also so easy to set up. You can set up automated processes in minutes / hours instead of days.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides to this tool. Way more pros than cons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Past process consisted of lack of integrations between systems. Also, lack of ingegration between systems and processes. Now we are able to connect our automation tools with our change tool and even load transactions to our ERP systems in a SOX compliant manner.
