What do you dislike about the product?
1. Navigation between job reports.
2 No advanced features in pub sub.
3. Only recipes can be search in community but message templates can't be searched.
4. Workato API doc should more actions in terms of connection, folders, roles.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On boarding, offboarding, attendance management. Yes, able to be more productive by automating a few routine tasks. Periodic team notifications using workbots.
Get Workato, like yesterday
What do you like best about the product?
Workato is so seamless, easy to use, and the best tool to integrate your everyday systems to streamline processes. I don't know what I would do without this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't a lot missing from this product to be honest.

Streamlining key marketing processes.

Datapill in recipes, facilitate building recipes and send information from one action to another, even when we use HTTP calls it's possible to use data pills in other actions
What do you dislike about the product?
Workato support chat, I need to click on 3 or 4 different options to open a running chat or start a new one.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with other software, like digital signature, storage in clouds, ERPs, SQL databases, WhatsApp, OCR software to automate manual actions in the process, and have more efficient and integrated workflow
A very comprehensive integrations solution
What do you like best about the product?
Workato is a very comprehensive iPaas software, it features lots of native connectors (most of them are easy to use and connect), and it really lets you unleash your imagination while integrating software. And if you are a heavy user you can even use certain ruby methods and the HTTP connector to expand even further your integration capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
Workato could have the option to run integrations one step at a time, as it would greatly increase recipe debugging. Error handling could also be improved, as a lot of the time the error doesn't show anything and we can't see the HTTP request underneath
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Workato on a daily basis to connect a wide variety of software with each other, so I'm solving software automation/integration issues. The great benefit that Workato brings me is that it lets me connect software in the most varied ways
Great iPass Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Workato allows you to be free in terms of coding and they have an extensive library of connectors to use. Aside from that, the platform is really intuitive and has an excellent support team
What do you dislike about the product?
Workato could have a job description for each of the actions that take place under the for each function and could also have a better view of how the integrations path flow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve all types of problems with workato, but most of them are related to orchestration of processes and integrations with many other softwares, being able to centralize all the information in one place and send and get information from other softwares

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of building an integration and support that is always on. I also like the fact that it creates connectors without too much trouble. Lastly, I love community connectors
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as intuitive a tool as zapier, for example. So, some customers have difficulty performing integrations without help. In addition, many software still do not have connectors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating processes between pipefy and other software like netsuite, docusign, google calendar, among others. In addition, we are using workato to solve problems that we have in pipefy, such as the functionality of computable fields
Quick, smart and impactful Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Workato provides a low code, simple interface allowing me to build some really interesting and impactful automation that otherwise would have been outwith my skillset
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to some of the connections that cause you to build rather complex and non-scalable workarounds. I would love to see more control in recipe response time with customizable adjustments
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly used to shuttle data between company data sources and sales-specific tools. We have implemented some pretty neat user bots that can reduce the need to move between tools for information
