Workato is something we can customize for any of our business uses - it fits into many different platforms.

Sometimes the code doesn't quite work, and it takes awhile for support to get back with us.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use - drag and drop, interface that is easy to understand and that makes sense to people who aren't necessarily as technical. Plus the breadth of recipe options is great! I found several that would work for my purposes
What do you dislike about the product?
It's great for simple and easy integrations but less effective when those integrations require exceptions, customization, etc - but thats not really what its designed for so I can hardly find fault in it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple in-house integration needs for solving workflow issues and making sure our platforms are in sync. We don't really use it for client needs but internally it serves us well.
New user in proof of concept, very impressed, so far

Very easy to use. Setup a simple recipe with no training.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike, so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Still in POC, but would like to use Workato for the framework for all of the integrations we build.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I am still in evaluation, but my impression is very good. I would recommend giving it a try.
