Empowers Automation with Ease and Impressive Time Savings

What do you like best about the product?
Workato is an excellent tool for automating tasks and improving processes. What I find truly impressive is that we no longer have to rely on our ERP vendor for new features or automations; instead, we can handle everything ourselves using Workato. Personally, I have implemented numerous enhancements that have greatly benefited the Finance team, resulting in an estimated annual savings of around 1,000 hours.

Also tool is so ease of use that you donot need to have any technical knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much but I feel more connectors or actions can be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At present, I am running 20 recipes on ERP, which primarily help with updating data within our ERP system. These recipes also integrate with other ERPs, allowing them to pull data from external systems. Additionally, they send notifications or reminders to the relevant people on a recurring basis.
Also it benefits in creating data in bulk in ERP instead of preparing Import template and pushing manually to ERP

What do you like best about the product?
Workato is an excellent digital service that allows for the automation and technical management of all your organization's digital processes, improving your business commercial results.

I can also say that Workato is ideal for modernizing your digital work systems and structures, allowing you to manage your work plans and projects in a professional and advanced way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing bad to say about Workato's digital features and resources, I think it is an excellent business service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My experience using Workato's digital features and resources has been positive and professional, I can now improve the quality of all my digital processes and operations, automating repetitive tasks and improving my business productivity rates.

What do you like best about the product?
What I value most is how user-friendly the visuals and menus are, making it easy to navigate even for someone completely new to automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I don't have as many chances to use it in my current role as I would like, but I am actively seeking more opportunities to explore it further during my training and to discover new ways to make the most of the tools that Workato provides.

This tool enables the orchestration of processes for handling different data subject requests, helping organizations maintain compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.

Empowers Integration with Ease and Precision

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Workato provides integration tooling, the out-of-the-box connectors, and the tracking and monitoring needed for creating integrations between systems. I really appreciate the ability to trace a job through recipes and see what decisions were made, as it greatly helps in debugging and diagnosing issues. The visual layout of recipes is nice too, allowing me to 'read' the code without having to read the code text itself. As someone with no experience in the product at the time, it made it easy to grasp what the vendor had implemented and make changes and enhancements. I think the user interface, in general, is pretty good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get a little frustrated with the code editor. The window for it is always presented as small and you need to expand it. Returning to the code frequently it becomes an annoyance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato provides the integration tooling, out-of-the-box connectors, and tracking and monitoring I require for creating integrations between systems, making it easier to see what decisions were made during processing and simplifying issue diagnosis.

What do you like best about the product?
Workato is very strong when it comes to building and managing integrations at scale. The recipe-based approach makes complex workflows easier to design, understand, and maintain. It has a wide range of prebuilt connectors that cover most common SaaS tools, which speeds up development a lot. Once set up, automations are reliable and flexible, and it’s easy to add logic, error handling, and monitoring without heavy custom code.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be steep for new users, especially when working on more advanced use cases. Debugging complex recipes sometimes takes longer than expected, and clearer error messages would help. Pricing can also become a concern as usage grows, particularly for teams running high volumes of jobs or complex workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato helps us automate data flows and business processes across multiple systems without relying heavily on custom development. It reduces manual work, improves data consistency, and speeds up integration delivery. This allows teams to focus more on business logic and less on maintaining point-to-point integrations, which has improved overall efficiency and reliability.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's easy to create recipes, triggers, and connections with Workato, which makes my life super easy. The initial setup was really fast and didn't cause me any trouble.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I would like more training on how things get connected on the back end. So for me, it will be easier to understand how to improve my systems.

Workato helps me with layering connections between Salesforce and product discovery, creating a feedback loop between my product and sales teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Workato makes automating and integrating processes both easy and enjoyable. The overall structure and user experience are thoughtfully designed. I also appreciate the excellent documentation and the resources available through Workato Academy. The support team is outstanding. Really low barrier to start implementing and exploring. Connector portfolio is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I find it difficult to grasp the new pricing for the "extra moduls" and how to actually add them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the agile automation piece between all our systems and our number 1 automation tool. It solves many problems with datastructures but most importantly gives us the great possibilities for development in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Workato easy to use and its documentation well-organized, providing a lot of insights. Working with the Workato team, including the customer success manager and the technical account manager, is a true pleasure, as they feel like part of our team. It's very convenient to reach out to them directly via Slack, and we get most answers very quickly. The onboarding process made the initial setup a breeze, thanks to the investment and handholding from the Workato team. I appreciate that it's constantly evolving and innovating, with new developments always underway. The system's ease of use and the availability of a wide range of integrations as connectors are also significant benefits. Overall, the collaboration and support from the Workato team have a huge impact, making it a 10 out of 10 experience for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we had to reach out to the support team, and they were not as professional as the customer success manager and the technical account manager. The answers were quite vague and maybe not completely accurate, so relying on the support team is nice but it's not like relying on our customer success manager and technical account manager. That aspect can definitely be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Workato to seamlessly integrate different systems for our customers, making data flow programmatically without manual work. It reduces integration time by providing more than 1,000 integrations at once, which were unavailable before.
