What do you like best about the product?
Tool provides customization for the surveys lot of different features. The customer srevice is also amazing they will help you in creating the best program. The Platform is very easy to use and provides good support for non programmers as well. I have used the qualtrics and able to build great surveys. It also has the analytics tool which somehow helps in building a visison & enhancement to solutions of organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to to find any dislike, the platform works really good.The User interface is very easy to use but furthur improvements and enhancements are always better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used this software in collecting the data that helps in providing analytics and new ideas. Dashboards with customizable features helps a lot.

It is a software that provides to do surveys, feedback, using a variety of distribution and result also can be downloaded. It is a secure and can be access any devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires more programming to achieve certain task such as providing a scoring report for a multi section assessment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are basic functionality which need to improve, there is need to add more data and results analysis, it also take's time to load the data.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is very helpful and responsive when needed. The part about this software is there are a lot of customization involved while using the surveys option. The interface is quite easily understandable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike but if needed to answer then I would say for a new user, there should be some tutorial videos to familiarise that includes helpful tips which would ease the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software is helping us solve the main problem that is customer retention and loyalty. There are multiple surveys to fill which is helpful in increasing our brand awareness.

I have used Qualtrics in nearly every company that I worked with, from private to public companies, from customer index to brand trackers. It offers an extensive range of services, and the clients support team are always readily to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. If you work in a small company and you youself aren't an expert in the field who knows every step of the way, Qualtrics' advice and services are more generic than tailored to help you solve your specific needs.
2. While you use Qualtrics in multiple departments, minimum cross-team collaborations or result sharing would be leveraged or even proposed. It misses the value of having a company that works for many purposes and functions.
3. While the services and platform are pretty affordable, samples can be extremely pricey, along with any modification fees.

The customer experience team are quite flexible with all kinds of requests - from searching for samples, building ad-hoc dashboard, providing quarterly reports, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualtrics helped us to navigate and produce different surveys with ease. When utilizing Qualtrics, we're able to get the best feedback from employees and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualtrics doesn't have a modern interface. It should be updated to provide a new look and more features with it. I want to be able to make even better and more comprehensive surveys.

Qualtrics helped us craft quality surveys as well as provide us with excellent customer service.

That I am able to pull the data into an excel format to filter and sort as needed.

Numbering is not quite right if you delete a question.
