What do you like best about the product?
I liked the vizualization of key metrics. It really helps convince stakeholders on which prirorities we should focus on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found Qualtrics too pricey compared to other alternatives. There is a lack of price transparency. It is difficult to evalutae whether we are getting the right value for the price being paid for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualitics Customer Experience has helped identify customers' needs and determine customers' willingness to pay. The feedback gathered helped re-adjust our offerings and value proposition.

What do you like best about the product?
We were able to integrate qualtrics Web API and Bentley University's faculty system
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the answers are collected. At that time, I am not sure if it was possible to display the results on Bentley's website by calling the web API
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None computer savvy faculties and staff were able to create survey questions and distributed to college students from one system

Easy to use and efficient Customer Experience survey creation and analysis tool

What do you like best about the product?
It provides Customer Experience (CX) Analysts an excellent tool for creating surveys and analyzing customer feedback. It has different libraries for different types of surveys, which already comes with default questions. You can modify these default questions into whatever you need. Addition or removal of conditions to the questions in the survey is very easy, which results in a great flow and transition. After you finish your survey, it even makes recommendation based on the type of your questions. For example, if you included too many open ended text questions, it recommends you to limit those type of questions into a certain amount. It warns you that having too many open ended text questions usually results in lower completion rates for the survey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating different end-of-survey messages and having to save them separately under a library can get tedious sometimes. Importing contact lists for survey respondents can be easier. I wish it had a better way of understanding the amount of open ended text questions. In majority of the cases, the amount of open ended questions that respondents have to answer are actually lower, because majority of these questions are asked under certain conditions. Unfortunately, Qualtrics Customer Experience just shows the total number of all the open ended text questions you have in your survey, causing it to give lower overall grades based on its assessment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Qualtrics Customer Experience, you can create surveys to analyze Customer Satisfaction, Customer Recommendation and easily see pain points. The survey questionnaire tool provides you with default questions for different survey types, which is beneficial as it builds a starting point and foundation. It was really easy for me to transform our survey that we created on a word document into a fully functioning digital survey within mere minutes. Addition of backgrounds, logos and other details to the survey is done with ease. It allows the invitation of respondents from multiple sources, such as email invitation, survey invitation link, invitation via QR Code or even via sending text messages which contain invitation links to the survey. With the help of so many options to reach respondents, it becomes easier to have a higher completion rate.

What do you like best about the product?
It has good AI capabilities, but that's about it; nothing else is great.. no service mindset, still running the old-school on-premise software | hardware professional services model.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation and nickel | dime attitude of a professional services organization. The tool itself is a UI nightmare. The capabilities for text analytics are excellent, but it's like selling a good wine in a bottle with a messed-up cork.
The implementation took 6 months, and nicked dime for managed services started beginning month # 7 .. we are in month number 9 of the first year and still don't have any review yet by executives of Clarabridge nor anybody other than IM EM.

For every single survey, I have to pay them for building connectors and then spend time on product models.. seriously, in the age of startups coming left and right. I hope someone will tackle this problem and develop a more customer-friendly solution for enterprises in need of a good VOC tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Indirect and direct data sources feedback into a single source of customer feedback. Bring disparate data sources into a single system for VOC. Democratizing access to VOC data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Avoid if you can; dont fall into the trap of AI. Other upcoming options might be better. Or you can save money and hire data scientists to build something, run for a year, and then go with it.

What do you like best about the product?
The simple and clear layout with flexible options to build a survey. User were able to complete their responses in a simple and easy manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The coversome workflow to manage users and results. This can be made easier by having a simple administration menu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering information from their expectations with our online learning environment. This has enabled us to develop on our current process and look and feel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at the setup and review the list of requirements from your institution and make sure these are in line with what Qualtrics is able to deliver.

Sometimes the platform is buggy. No way to resolve the issues and have to contact support.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was trying to build customer questionnaire or assessment tool. Qualtrics doesn't have ready made solution for that so it was highly customized build.
We benefited from good customer support which was able to guide us from our Excel spreadsheet mockup to working solution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider your projects needs VS Qualtrics features. I believe it's one the most robust tools out there but your product requirements need to be considered.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super user-friendly. I love the new survey builder. The added function of drag-and-drop was SO necessary. Also, since the toolbar shows me all my options in one view, it spares me from missing things on my checklist. E.g. There are times when I forget to add display logic but seeing the display logic button reminds me to add it to the question.
What do you dislike about the product?
TextIQ takes very long to load. 'Reports' is unusable. It won't load, the display glitches, I've never be able to successfully use it. I do know teammates who manage to work with it but not without struggle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is central to my organization's data collection and analysis process. TextIQ has been a boon in decreasing the amount of time it takes to qual-code a data set in Excel.
