Very intuitive tool for building surveys.
What do you like best about the product?
Qualtrics customer experience is great online survey platform to measure customer experience. Easy to create interactive surveys using the drag and drop functionality and can be easily be customized in many ways . Large variety of questions types and branching logic. The tool aslo gives feedback to surveys and aslo it's easy to setup NPS dashboards for each department in our organization that enables us to track results very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I have no complain so far. Since deployment the tool has been functioning extremely well .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualtrics customer experience has been an easyto use tool and build simple and complex surveys. Offer large variety of questions types and branching logic. Great dashboards that enables us to track results on realtime. Customer support team has been really helpful and the pricing of this product is very fair.

Tremendous software to get direct feedback for our customers.
Send personalized emails and messages which get deep into customer likes.

Identify those customers who are constant buyers and give them special attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With get direct feedback from your customer your are able to explore their likes and improve on them to keep them satisfied.
Measure risk on your customer behavior for quick evaluation of your business.

What do you like best about the product?
First, I had no idea Qualtrics "forms" had this name. I just searched. I like best the customization for creating forms, including available logic. It's gotten much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downloading results!!!!! Even the new dashboard is slow and not very useful. I need more customization. I always end up downloading as csv and doing all offline. I wish you had an online data viewer with ajax or similar for speed as I filter and sort.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualtrics can create comprehensive, customisable analytics that works well for both survey creation and data analysis. I use it for study, work, and personal/life stuff. Many features allow you to ask clean, simple questions that would otherwise seem cluttered and take up too much space in a survey on another platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no any point in disliking about this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to customise and customise Qualtrics and create surveys that fit my needs, including those for work and academic use as a client. Although I haven’t used the customer experience features unless I’ve done Qualtrics reports and surveys.

What do you like best about the product?
The text iq feature of Qualtrics is something that I like the most. Apart from that, the dashboard builder, where we can make widgets and analyze the data, is something that is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost for a customer experience license is little too high. And sometimes, it is difficult to get all the features just in one license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ticketing feature of Qualtrics lets users create tickets based on previous events.it is a way to assign ownership of a task to an individual or role so we can take quick action. This feature helping clients to take action on a particular event or task very easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely everything!
We are able to build Surveys with ease using Survey Builder. We can visualize the data in a meaningful manner in Dadhboard. Also, text iQ feature is a cherry on the top as we are able to collect insights from open ended questions as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
As I mentioned earlier, I like everythibg about Qualtrics CX. But since you're asking, one thing that comes to mind is that it would be better to have some support agent who have knowledge of basic javascript.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of Surveys that collect open ended data. Text iQ feature has been a lifesaver when it comes to gathering sentiment of customers. Also, pre build topics in Text iQ are very helful. By gathering their sentiments, we were able to figure out what the customers wanted and finally change their negative sentiments to positive.

What do you like best about the product?
Building Surveys has been effortless using Qualtrics as it is User-friendly, and the tool has helped us collect and analyze data which has helped us achieve customer satisfaction. Also, QualtricsCX has outstanding Workflows Tasks such as Ticketing, Update Directory, Email etc. They have been instrumental in our day-to-day uses.
The SCX Dashboard functionality is also one of a kind, where responses are represented in a multitude of widgets in Real-Time. These dashboards are not just limited to reactions but can also be created for Action Planning and Tickets.
Qualtrics also has Text iQ and Stats iQ feature, which are AI-based features for Sentiment analysis and Quantitative analysis, respectively.

The Text iQ functionality could be improved as it sometimes doesn't perform accurately, if set in languages other than English.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Surveys and Dashboards have helped us gauge meaningful Customer insights. Also, analyzing the data has been extremely simple with the help of such User-friendly Dashboards. Also, the ticketing workflows have helped us create a ticket each time we receive negative sentiments. As a result, we could figure out where we were lacking and change customers' sentiments. I can say that by using the Qualtrics Customer Experience license, we were able to understand customers' problems and tackle those with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful things is that it is quick in response and the follow up is kind of nice.

The follow up sometimes gets too much for the customer to bear, not everyone want to see their mail clogged up with so much messages just because they submitted their mail on a study platform.

It helps me solve the problem of not being able to adequately know what how the customer to product relationship works
