Top of the line CX tool
What do you like best about the product?
What i find most helpful with Qualtrics is its ability to integrate with other system and its analytic capabilities such as the text AI analytics which you won't find anywhere
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is top-of-the-line in terms of experience, Qualtrics has limitations when it comes to handling giant input data on its survey builder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Feedback is very useful to big enterprises and Qualtrics has made it possible to have a seamless connection between CRMs and the feedback tool

Qualtrics Customer Experience is versatile and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I can open an existing project and make just a couple updates or changes to get responses from my target audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the questions would update their numerical order when you delete a question. Instead, the numbers seem out of order and I spend time changing them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to do a lot of scheduling and Qualtrics allows my audience to make different selections and even give short answers so I can effectively set up a schedule
I conduct psychological research and use Qualtrics to conduct and analyze my studies.

Qualtrics has been quick in responding to my needs

Sometimes they can't undersatnd what I am trying to figure out

This program helps me use the different things Qualtrics has to offer and has helped me use Qualtrics greater to aid in our research!

The amount of emails recieved can be a little overwhelming!

It's helping me view quick statistics on our data to better understand our research results at a glance!

the tool is easy to use. it has templates that can be used too.

previous versions were hard to navigate. it is more user friendly now.

Great functionality, some areas need improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Graphs & advanced lookup functalitites help track comment trends + finding specific comments regarding certain topics for one-off analyses
What do you dislike about the product?
Text IQ function could be better, as it is difficult to manually make and update topics when current functionality only covers 40% of overall responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to see customer pain points within their journey + use their qualitative feedback to identify errors that need resolving, opportunities to improve UX, & opportunities to create and improve new products/sunset non-functioning products.
Quick response
What do you like best about the product?
Whenever I have an issue, Qualtrics tends to respond quickly, which really helps as I use Qualtrics for my work a lot. Timely response is especially important as some of my Qualtrics projects are time sensitive issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be confusing as to who is my focal contact point--the IT service support at my institute or Qualtrics directly? It happened before that our ITS service was not aware of the version change, and as such, couldn't respond until the ITS service contacted Qualtrics tech support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When our Qualtrics module/version was changed to a different version, some user-faced items were either renamed or removed. Without the Qualtrics Customer Experience, I won't be able to continue what I'd like to utilize.
Helpful customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Qualtrics customer service was very helpful in solving a problem that I was experiencing on their platform. They were responsive via phone call and followed up via email to confirm potential solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support pages need to be updated to reflect the current user interface of the platform (which led to me being unable to solve my issue). I recommend that they update these web pages.

Qualtrics is helping me with large-scale survey recruitment for behavioral and cognitive research studies.
Reliable tool that does what it needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to use and explain to others, it can easily be distributed and duplicated. We can also provide clients templates when they do not want to use the exact ones we offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customers like the old results pannel more than the new one because it would allow them to download it as a .pdf and share with their managers. Only a few people have access to qualtrics in the company so they like it that they can share the results seperately.

Qualtrics has been allowing our clients to gain feed back from their audience so they can try to create better and more applicable content in their future events. This benefits us as we have more tools to offer our clients to help them do better.
Attentive and accomodating
What do you like best about the product?
My contacts were tuned into my needs and were on point when I needed them. The response time to answer questions and help me through the process was outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked to go to a higher level but the price was prohibitive.
