Powerful survey tool

What do you like best about the product?
Qualrics offers so many options and powerful iterations of question styles, layouts, sharing and collection tools. The ability to customize emails and survey questions based on previously entered data or question text is extremely useful for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some funtionality is not intuitive and takes a lot of experience to master. For example: workflows. It takes a lot of testing and re-writing to create the results we look for. The online tutorials/guides are not overly detailed and usually include a link to yet more less-than-helpful "instructions." It would be better if online "help" was more user friendly and obvious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User interface issues, design issues, sharing/collaboration questions. I have been able to find answers to basic questions but have struggled to word my questions appropriately to find more detailed help for higher-level problems.

Qualtrics is the Best Platform for Surveys

What do you like best about the product?
Qualtrics allows for detailed, customizable surveys that work well both for creation of a survey and for data analyzation. I use it for academics, work, and for personal/social uses. The many features allow for clean, simplified ways to ask questions that would otherwise seem messy and take up way too much space in a survey if done on any other platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the loading takes a very long time, or Qualtrics doesn't save all of the questions I created. It can be difficult to edit things as it seems the site glitches at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to better customize and edit the Qualtrics and create surveys that are tailored to my needs, which as a customer involve work and academic uses. Although I haven't used the customer experience features aside from creating and analyzing Qualtrics reports.

Why we went with Qualtrics

What do you like best about the product?
I'll start by saying that we used a well-known Qualtrics competitor's solution for years before switching. Why the switch? Some of my favorite features are:
Integrated translations of comments provided by those surveyed
Text analysis of comments
Excellent contacts management through Directories
What do you dislike about the product?
I have taken the Basecamp training and am still not clear on workflows.
Extracts of survey data could be simplified and the extracts cleaner/easier to read and manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Qualtrics to survey our dealers, who are our partners, on our support of their Customer Service departments. We ask the Service Managers questions about the various areas of support, areas for our improvements, and gaps. We use this data to improve our support of our dealers.

What do you like best about the product?
I very much appreciate the flexibility Qualtrics provides in managing data. The built in tools around cross tabs and other analysis is quite helpful. The fact I can export raw data is a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to learn about all of the features. The help features and tutorials are helpful but sometimes you just don't have time to go through them all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aggregating data in one place and being able to see changes in trends over time has made it quite helpful in being responsive in policy building and response procedures.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Qualtrics Customer Experience because it allows users to test out and use different functions within Qualtrics. I've built several surveys and used the data analysis tool to get results in an easy and timely way. It also provides a space for users to get their questions answered and learn from other users' experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to identify downsizes for Qualtrics Customer Experience, but if there's one is that sometimes it takes a day or two to get some feedback or help when there are issues to be resolved. However, all the issues I have had have been successfully resolved by Qualtrics staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the issues I've had with Qualtrics have been technical (not knowing how/where to find specific tools). However, all the issues have been resolved, and learning about how to solve those issues has been a great learning experience for me and my organization.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, comes with nice pricing and good features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualtrics support system is quite slow and not good enough to handle a big client us.
Sometimes, Qualtrics is not able pass the real product knowdlege to us which I believe is due to their complex internal structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualtrics is helping us in collectedting consumer expierence from different touch points which we are using to measure the overall expierence of our consumer with us.

Qualtrics brings a large volume of useful data to help measure & improve First Contact Resolution (FCR).
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the navigation for reporting and display.

Helps to provide feedback and Voice of the Customer (VoC) to improve customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the variety of features that Qualtrics Customer Experience has to offer. My team receives accurate data about our customers' experiences thanks to its user-friendly interface. In addition, we use our advanced analytics capabilities to make strategic decisions about how we can better serve our customers. With panels, researchers and marketers can collect large amounts of data quickly, making project management much simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of transparency Qualtrics provides regarding service updates disappoints me. It is difficult to gauge how an update might affect my surveys and other features without advance notice. When I contact support for help, the wait times are long and the solutions are inadequate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Qualtrics Customer Experience, I can make strategic decisions based on reliable and organized customer feedback.
