What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to learn and incorporate and provides an end-to-end solution to analyze the customer's behavior using interactive dashboards
personalized surveys for any topic-specific
using great models to analyze the trends from sample space
What do you dislike about the product?
tho it is a great and useful tool, costing is an issue research firms look for comparatively low-cost solutions
provides a wide range of questions including different scales and visualization it should be more specific and basic leading to analytical statics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to track the various customer experience KPIs in our organization using this tool and report to the higher level management which further leads to relevant decision-making on the trends observed, hence we use it as a customer experience track and reporting too.

The product is easy to use and navigate through.
The support team is alwas ready to help ulike other platforms where they keep you waiting for long.

The platform helps in understanding hidden customers behaviour to a certain product and we use the insights to improve our services.

What do you like best about the product?
There is a lengthy list to mention but I'll talk about a few 1 - Ease of creating survey journeys, 2 - Integration options, 3 - Analytics, 4 - Research tools, 5 - Competetive Pricing, 6 - Wonderful Support Team
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of, have used it for a brief period and never had any issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us gauge our customer service, agent level feedback and provided analytics with granular data which helped us increase our CSAT.

With Qualtrics Customer Experience in place, we have been able to build a good relationship with our customers by make it easier for them to interact with our business while highlighting their painpoints
As they share their experiences, we are able to improve on what they site and this ensures a good experience and show our business cares

It comes with deep features and require some level of training to understand it

Very intuitive tool for building surveys.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualtrics customer experience is great online survey platform to measure customer experience. Easy to create interactive surveys using the drag and drop functionality and can be easily be customized in many ways . Large variety of questions types and branching logic. The tool aslo gives feedback to surveys and aslo it's easy to setup NPS dashboards for each department in our organization that enables us to track results very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I have no complain so far. Since deployment the tool has been functioning extremely well .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualtrics customer experience has been an easyto use tool and build simple and complex surveys. Offer large variety of questions types and branching logic. Great dashboards that enables us to track results on realtime. Customer support team has been really helpful and the pricing of this product is very fair.

Tremendous software to get direct feedback for our customers.
Send personalized emails and messages which get deep into customer likes.
Quick to adapt to it for it's flexibility with ease of use.
Absolutely phenomenal to mark those customer which are constant buyers of your services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Identify those customers who are constant buyers and give them special attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With get direct feedback from your customer your are able to explore their likes and improve on them to keep them satisfied.
Measure risk on your customer behavior for quick evaluation of your business.
Create suverys which are simply customizable to customer needs.

What do you like best about the product?
First, I had no idea Qualtrics "forms" had this name. I just searched. I like best the customization for creating forms, including available logic. It's gotten much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downloading results!!!!! Even the new dashboard is slow and not very useful. I need more customization. I always end up downloading as csv and doing all offline. I wish you had an online data viewer with ajax or similar for speed as I filter and sort.
So I only use Qualtrics when externally required or for complex forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly do research and personnel surveys.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualtrics can create comprehensive, customisable analytics that works well for both survey creation and data analysis. I use it for study, work, and personal/life stuff. Many features allow you to ask clean, simple questions that would otherwise seem cluttered and take up too much space in a survey on another platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no any point in disliking about this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to customise and customise Qualtrics and create surveys that fit my needs, including those for work and academic use as a client. Although I haven’t used the customer experience features unless I’ve done Qualtrics reports and surveys.
