Peace of mind for the support team
What do you like best about the product?
We use Queue-it for our high profile moments where large groups of people are eager to sign in and get tickets or subscribe for popular workshops, summer camps, etc. Before these were very stressfull times to keep the systems up and running and avoid a stream of complaints towards customer service. Now we prepare the set-up with a waiting queue and both we in the support team as the users are very happy with the stability it provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
We activated the queue once for a popular event for our collegues, unfortunately the system thought we were attacked from a single IP address. This was not the case but an understandable safety feature. We were in contact with the Queue-it team and they will provide a solution for next time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before popular selling moments were very stressfull times to keep the systems up and running and avoid a stream of complaints towards customer service. By limiting the inflow the systems can handle sales without overload. Usually the waiting room is empty in 5 minutes because users can fluently go through the sales process and are offline in 1 minute to make room for others.

Very good user experience in a great software product!
What do you like best about the product?
Queue-it is easy to use and manage and that is to say because of the number of features is has! Even when Im not fully integrated in the implementation I head from our datacenter team that the implementation was easy and straight forward. When having problems you can easily use the very accessible and always helpful customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is actually not much to say that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Queue-it is helping is managing the very high volume of customers in high OnSale situation.
Very quick to implement ahead of surprise marketing campaign...
What do you like best about the product?
Very strong technical support team provided real-time support over the course of several days to get us spun up across 9 countries and different websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the strongest support on Cloudflare integration. It was possible to follow the documentation and guides, but certain features were broken by implementing the Cloudflare Workers

Prevented our ticketing sites going down ahead of a large European campaign
Intuitive queuing software
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup waiting rooms and queue logic

Loading images can be a bit tricky, but easy once you're familiar
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For some events we have very high demand for a low supply of tickets, Queue-it randomizes users in the waiting room which fits our need.
Service and performance
What do you like best about the product?
It works like charm. User friendly admin site, easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found one yet. So I cannot name it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ticket selling to football matches with high number of buyers in the same time (10-200.000).
Queue-IT kept us going
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage the inflow of traffic to our website. Without being able to control this, our system gets overwhelmed and crashes. Their customer support has been excellent and always fast to respond. It's easy to use and was dropped right in front of our site without any issues. It's given us great insight into our traffic and users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our users would prefer that we didn't have a waiting room, but it's necessary during our peak periods. It would be great if there were the ability to send SMS notifications to user as well as email notifications when it's their turn but this isn't available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing inflow of traffic during peak registration periods. Our system would - and has - crashed without it. This keeps the lights on and enables intake for our programs.
Queue-It Review
What do you like best about the product?
Queue-It has been very useful in helping to protect our website from data overloads during non business hours. It was very easy to create a safety net and turn it on in the background.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is getting better, but the ease of creating new waiting rooms and switching from the safety net has been a bit challenging for us, especially when we have multiple shows go onsale at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping control traffic to our TNEW website
Responsive team with a great service
What do you like best about the product?
The team listened and understood our business needs, was responsive and action-oriented, and provided training, technical support and monitoring throughout the process. Integration and implementation were seamless, and the dashboard was easy to understand and included many features and insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no negative feedback. I strongly recommend the product.

Queue-It's waiting room allowed us to manage web traffic inflow during a major traffic event, allowing us to provide service to our customers without causing technical challenges resulting from server overloads.

What do you like best about the product?
Not enough good can be said about the team and their services. Dei'Aye fought hard to get my business, and I'm glad he did. Patrick and the rest of the implementation team was fantastic, their customer support was next-level, quickly integrating everything we needed. The whole set-up was easy and seamless. Our customers were thoroughly satisfied we the experience, as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to say here. Everything was positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company has been selling products through massive pre-order campaigns (1 million+ clicks in the opening 10 minutes). Our servers struggled to keep up with the traffic, causing frequent crashes during launch in previous campaigns. Queue-It's services completely mitigated the problem, allowing for a smooth and easy launch.
