Great product to use for any busy online on-sale
What do you like best about the product?
Queue-it is easy to use and guarantees that a busy on-sale or spike in traffic won't cause any problems.
The dashboards are easy to read and share with colleagues.

What do you dislike about the product?
I've really struggled to come up with something I dislike about queue-it. Everyone from the company is very friendly and professional. Their support is next to none and have helped us with a few bespoke requests very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Queue-it stops our back-end systems from falling over from high demand when we release our most sought after tickets. Behind the website sits a ticketeting system that can only process so much at once. If we suddenly get 100'000 visitors in matter of hours, queue-it helps us deal with the demand while providing a great customer experience.

What do you like best about the product?
We experienced a minor issue with the Queue-it test system while doing some testing and had full technical and business support to resolve the issue. Technical leads organized a working session to resolve the problem

limitation on test sites and some displayed statistics

HTTP traffic being controlled and stabilized

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Queue-it annually for our Open House/Free Concert event, as it always sees high traffic and bookings. We continue to choose Queue-it because it integrates seamlessly with Tessitura, always quick and easy to implement and maintain, and their customer service is exceptional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that is negative about Queue-it as it pertains to our purposes. Everything is pretty straightforward, and we have all the functionalities we need.

Queue-it prevented our website from crashing, which is vital when selling tickets daily. It also allows us to provide more information to all patrons visiting our website, whether or not they're there to buy the special event.

Queue-It offers an excellent support system. Their team is always willing to provide advice and support during stressful on-sale periods. Their support and guidance is a valuable asset and welcome.

Nothing comes to mind as they are always so friendly and helpful.

We have very heavy on-sale periods across several weeks. We can maintain our ticketing system so that there are constant sales and minimal interruptions experienced by the customer.

Queue-it is able to help us regulate the flow of customers coming to our site during major events.

There should be a feature where Queue-it can track the number of customers in our site.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to control the flow of customers coming to our website during major events. Our website is able to sustain the load due to the virtual queue.
Excellent user support and user friendly admin console
What do you like best about the product?
The support I got from Queue-it especially Karen Yick and Fangbin Li was really impressive and appreciated. I remember we had a very tight schedule for our project at that moment. Karen's response was instant and very helpful throughout the whole POC and procurement process. Fangbin also provide great technical support to us when we were facing the integration issue. He has good knowledge of the product and willing to interpret patiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Queue-it has a user-friendly admin console to set up and config the waiting room, I indeed faced some difficulties while I was integrating it into our application. I spent quite a lot of time understanding the flow of implementation. Some of the terminologies such as 'Known User' are confusing to a new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have developed an application and were estimated to have large network traffic within a short period every day. Under a tight schedule for developing our application, Queue-it is an immediate solution to set up a waiting room mechanism so that we can re-allocate our human resources for developing other modules.

On the recommendation of Queue-it, Nelson and Colby, we use pre-queue, vital was the use of this functionality to receive and contain the previous entries made by the students. With Queue-it we had control and monitoring at all times

Nothing. In addition to providing us with all the information on the progress of the pre-queue and virtual room, we achieved maximum availability and what is most valuable is that at all times the performance of the bouquet-taking application was what our students deserve, students from a growing and complex university.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For years we carried out this process with great human effort to control the student entry picks. Potentially there are a little more than 10,000 students who agree to select their branches (courses) separated into five groups of 2,000 students per day. During and once the curricular process was over, we reviewed the log files of the various backend servers to quantify and explain the milestones where the availability of the computer system was compromised and what gaps meant where it was paralyzed and suspended. Well, with Queue-it none of this happened and we had 100% service availability.
