What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and understand how the system works. Has a good overview of data and an easy way to control settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit pricey, but if you need a tool to manage critical users traffic on your website, its a right tool to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Traffic load was our biggest problem

What do you like best about the product?
It allowed us to quickly deploy a much improve customer experience for our digital website.
What do you dislike about the product?
We didn't dislike any aspects of this :-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We received more traffic than anticipated through the success of TV advertising, which meant we needed to quickly deploy a solution to help triage this high volume traffic and ensure we managed audience expectations and ensured successful completion of our digital journeys.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
100% if you are looking for a really great solution to managing audience/customer journeys to maximise the conversion of your traffic, then this is the product for you.

Use of Queue-it for ticketing during Covid-19

What do you like best about the product?
The stabil and secure use of the system. We trust the Queue-it system 100% and then we use the system, it is key that everything works as it should, and that we are able to control the flow of customers on our ticketing site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across things about Queue-it that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Queue-it, to make sure that our ticketing system, runs gently, and that we only allow the number of customers in to the ticketing system, that our servers can handel. The building of queue and shuffling of customers before entrance to the ticketing system, makes sure our customers experience a fair and transparent distribution of tickets, where demand and capacity do not match.

What do you like best about the product?
I just wanted to say thank you so much to your team and all the folks that have made this quick implementation a possibility for many of our resort customers. It’s been a wonderful experience working with you from our perspective! You have been beyond available to answer all my questions, train us up, meet unreasonable front end styling timelines, and hop on 2 hr calls with customers when needed. I have been so impressed with everyone at Queue-It and greatly appreciate your constant friendly, helpful support and partnership as we get Queue it rolling. Without your support and guidance we wouldn’t be able to give our resorts peace of mind around selling high demand winter products, so thank you greatly!
What do you dislike about the product?
Updating the order on the actions page is a pain - would love to drag and drop. It's been more work than we originally expected to explain /document queue-it and the safety net vs pre-queue, how to calculate thresholds and get designs ready for each queue page than expected. We also had a lot of problems with known user, but that was our development's issue that we still haven't sorted. I think if I went back I would have worked with Jeff to get a standard queue it page where we could swap out the logo, text, colors, img and fonts and then just ask resorts to send us those things, then have them to text themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Queue-It gives our resorts peace of mind as they launch highly desirable outdoor winter products in this tumultuous time.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is very easy to use. Integration in the web infrastructure is possible in several ways, giving flexibility in choosing the most appropriate method according with the kind of event to manage.
The support provided by the vendor is excellent both in terms of responsiveness and competency.
We have been able to put in place the product in a couple of days.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some personalizations must be executed by the vendor's techs: even if their response time is very rapid that is not desiderable in the event starting rush time .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product allowed us to manage web traffic peaks in a smooth way, avoiding to invest money in upgrading our web infrastructure.

Queue-IT service allowed us to get a virtual waiting room up in less than 2 weeks, The experience was customized for our brand. Queue-IT has been along with each waiting room event and provided excellent coaching

What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of QueueIt are that we can now manage all our on sales very effectively. In the time that we have used QueueIt, we have put a number of high profile events on sale and been able to manage the process effectively. I like that you can add dynamic messaging to the event page, so that we can communicate with audience members as effectively as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when you activate QueueIt, the queue exists on every event on your website, however, I know that QueueIt are working on new functionality for this now, which is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Queue It has helped us to manage on sales more effectively, making the on sale process as smooth as possible. As this is our main source of revenue this is very important.
