Queue-It software has been essential to our large events and they are great partners
What do you like best about the product?
The software has been very reliable and stable and their staff have always been available and responsive with clear instruction and fast solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a problem but their custom theme options for waiting room pages could have more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Queue-it allows us to have large on-sales without overwhelming our systems. They have preserved revenue for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Queue-it is straightforward and effective. Their customer support is reliable and personable. They also understand the performing arts industry and non-profit concerns and are considerate business partners.

What do you like best about the product?
Johnney Packard, Turner Sundby, and Jeff Kealy have all been great. No other company has been able to put together a team of minds so efficiently in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the one thing I would enjoy is "Demo" or "Example" waiting rooms, perhaps examples used by other counties that can be not only viewed but interacted with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using queue-it to tackle not only bots. It also helps us slow and observe our orders during our peak sale times. A queue-it monitoring system is a helpful tool for observing queue traffic.

Don't hesitate, start working with Queue-it now so that you can establish the building blocks needed to have a perfect queue experience!
Great Product, Better Partner
What do you like best about the product?
Besides the ease of use, the best part of using Queue-It has to be dedicated, quick customer support. Setting up queues has become second nature, as we typically set those up multiple times a week, but I have often needed just a question or two answered randomly, small or large, and have been able to reach out to their support and get a response most of the time within the hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not too much to say regarding the downsides, but if I would call out anything then simply, the admin UI could use some more help. I've used Queue-It for 5+ years and it's looked the same the entire time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We set up hype sale events with our release product weekly. Queue-It allows us to mitigate traffic flow issues as well as help control the customer experience during these events, as well as send our customers real-time text updates.

What do you like best about the product?
User-Friendly GUI, Anyone can start using it without any prior experience or training. Tuning is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The availability of more data to export into Xls format than graph will be a little bit more helpful to provide the timely insight to the application owners.

Controlling the traffic and it helped greatly.

Easy to set up for any event and creates an equal environment for busy onsales.

Some of the new setup is a little confusing but it just takes some getting used to.

When we have a lot of traffic on our website, queue-it helps maintain the traffic elsewhere so we aren't under heavy load all at once.
Queue-it is part of our success story. Always delivered the best! Enjoyed great customer support.

The tool is intuitive and customizable. Graphs and statistics play a bigger role in understanding what happened during the event. Customer support is of great help when needed to troubleshoot any issue or when we have a question about configuration. Enjoyed working with the tool and support team in the last 6 years.

Ease of extracting the statistics from the tool.

We launch multiple events where we see a surge in traffic at the beginning of the event. Queue-it helped to regulate the inflow for these events.

All the features for the final users (email reminder for the turn, queue numbers, time expecting, etc)

Nothing really, the support response is very fast too

The best experience for the users when our infrastructure is insufficient

It's hard to pick a single thing. The service provided by all colleagues involved is superb, and the service provided the exact level of support, and peace of mind, promised

Nothing missing at all from our requirements. All good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We potentially required a waiting room for our checkout during a busy promotional period. Our business benefitted from knowing that our customers would not face pages that may have timed out or provided less than optimal user journeys. Our support team was also a lot more relaxed!
The Queue-it team has always been very responsive to our needs.

The active waiting room monitoring and the statistics.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were unable to graph a metric of interest. It was the Unused Queue Numbers.

Queue-it helps us control the number of users on our website. Before using Queue-it on special high volume days, the system would become slow for users.
