Reliable High-Traffic Management with Seamless User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Queue-it is how predictably and transparently it manages high-traffic events. It gives us a controlled, orderly way to protect downstream systems during peak demand without degrading the guest experience. Instead of systems failing under sudden load, Queue-it absorbs the surge, meters users into the application at the rate our infrastructure can handle, and gives guests clear feedback about their place in line. That combination of protection + predictability + communication is extremely valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge with Queue-it is that it can introduce operational complexity and guest friction if it isn’t tuned perfectly. When it’s configured well, it’s fantastic. But when it's not, we feel it immediately across Observability, Ops, and Guest Experience.

Effortless Queue Management and Clear Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
Queueing rooms are easy to manage, inflow/outflow monitoring is clean and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't begin to release a queue 'on demand', it has to be scheduled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Often when we launch new products, or offer sales, we use Queue-it waiting rooms to both verify product/pricing before the public can see it, as well as managing traffic surges to not overwhelm our web applications.

Analytics, ability to customize design, ease of use

Queue allows us to control the flow of traffic in a way that allows us to sell a lot of tickets while maintaining the sites integrity.

managing on-sales and protecting our webpages from heavy traffic
Effortless Waiting Room Setup for High-Traffic Events
What do you like best about the product?
I like how queueit's web UI allows for easy setup and deployment of waiting rooms for our expected high-velocity sales events on our website. We can configure multiple events at the same time across all of our sites, allowing us to control customer flow when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been told that an update to the SFCC queueit cartridge would be coming this year, however, it is already December, and we have not hear about any updates yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Queueit solves the issue of overwhelming many of our systems. While our customer-facing web store can handle the traffic, many of our systems further downstream can not handle high volumes of orders, and thus, the limited traffic from a waiting room helps.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to handle surge in traffic, granular control, flexibility with queue pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bot protection and bot dashboards can be better.

Surge in Ticketing Traffic.
Up time security and traffic management
What do you like best about the product?
With Queue-it we never have to worry about unexpected traffic spikes crashing our website, especially with high demand events going on sale!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the user interface on the back end is a bit clunky-having to create separate triggers and actions, it would be nice if there could be one combined workflow to take you through all the steps from creating the waiting room to having it go live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a couple heavy traffic on sales that crashed our site which was obviously a huge problem that queue-it has solved!
Critical protection for Business Systems in Peak Trading
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I best like about Queue-it is it's uniqueness in the marketplace - we haven't seen another solution like it. They are niche and experts in what they do - helping us to make hay when the sun shines!
What do you dislike about the product?
Queue-it is a little complex to understand and as such there are only a few in our team capable of setting a queue up. We find the terminology quite difficult to both understand and explain - but I think this is part and parcel of a clever technology solution to a crucial business problem to solve. That all said, customer support is fantastic and always willing to help both walk us through demonstrations and review our implementations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Queue-it helps to protect our systems at the times we need it most - product launches and peak trading times. It offers a robust solution to hold traffic from our websites whilst we process sales, helping to ensure the best possible guest experience for all. We use Queue-it at least quarterly.
It is not just a supplier,it is an ally
What do you like best about the product?
Its interface is graphical and modern, and above all, it is robust, having not had any crashes or failures for more than 5 years working with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a profile that is not necessarily technical to be able to manage or better understand the platform in the administrative part.

contain, order and distribute unilaterally so as not to generate a feeling in the customer in the queue that they were assigned a wrong turn

What do you like best about the product?
Very ergonomic, intuitive, and truly effective tool. Easy to implement. Real, quality, and responsive support from the QueueIt teams. A true accompaniment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, the product suits me very well. No "dislike" topic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
QueueIt allows us to manage queues in case of very high traffic or frenzied behavior from our users.
