Great experience, smooth set up
What do you like best about the product?
The set up process was easy for our product and engineering teams and monitoring was taken care of with their dashboards. The experience was smooth for our customers. It helped us manage high demand in a painless and fair way for our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. It all worked exactly as we expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Queue-it for several waiting room experiences around product launches with expected high demand.

What do you like best about the product?
Queue-it has consistently been the saving grace for our organization. The initial server-side integration with the .NET SDK is straightforward to integrate and easy to customize. The waiting room setup is structured in a way that makes sense and is easy to communicate to other users, even those with no experience on the platform.
The performance of the queues themselves are impressive - we have never had a problem with queue-it's capacity, and except for one incident several years ago that was resolved almost immediately, and we have never experienced critical service interruptions. We currently have 98 active waiting rooms, and the platform continues to perform as well as it did with 1.
Queue-It's support team has always been responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable. The company as a whole goes above and beyond to create a powerful tool that is easy to use, supported by a great time, and frankly, one of the most critical services we employ.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike about queue-it. The traffic insights tool, while a great feature, feels like it needs more development to be particularly useful. Every other aspect of the platform is well polished, and it is clear that queue-it is actively developing the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run an e-commerce site backed by the Tessitura CRM. Due to the nature of the CRM and the API calls involved, it is only practical to allow 500-600 simultaneous users on our sites to maximize performance and transaction throughput. Queue-It is a fantastic tool which allows us extremely granular control over the users we allow into our site, and prevents outages, which were frequent with large on-sales before we integrated queue-it.

Cannot apply the service on a project basis
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a plan b solution which needed to be done in less than 12 hours. Queue-it helped us from setup an account to online tutorial to implementation.
Our customer feedback says it all. Awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
We had major issues last 3 years but this time all went smooth simply because we had Queue-it in place. Everyone got served fairly. We didn't look anywhere else for another product as this served our purpose well.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. We didn't know our application & server capacity as it is setup on a new infrastructure. So we had to continuously increase the outflow to reduce the wait time in the queue! Customers were happy to see the wait time go down fast!

Angry customers, bad review on social media platforms & number of server crashes due to high demand. We deployed Queue-it first time & it worked perfectly. We will use it again.

Estabilidade em nossa infra estrutura, quando recebemos um alto volume de acesso.

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple integration possibilities, we use JS integration on our website.
We can enable/disable the Waiting Room easily with no impact on the live users.
Also the message functionnalities are useful and allow you to communicate with users in the Waiting Room.

What do you dislike about the product?
Contractually you must be aware that the max outflow is depending on what you pay. Besides this, we don't have any major problems, perhaps the backoffoce UI would be something to work on, there are some points and process to manage the queue that you need to be aware of, and if you use the product only 3 times a years, sometime you forget the usage ;)

Protects our infrastructure to be able to maintain the service even when we have lots of customers coming in.
It allow us to manage easily the flow, and to communicate with customers that are waiting in the Waiting Room.

What do you like best about the product?
We experienced a minor issue with the Queue-it test system while doing some testing and had full technical and business support to resolve the issue. Technical leads organized a working session to resolve the problem

On the recommendation of Queue-it, Nelson and Colby, we use pre-queue, vital was the use of this functionality to receive and contain the previous entries made by the students. With Queue-it we had control and monitoring at all times

Nothing. In addition to providing us with all the information on the progress of the pre-queue and virtual room, we achieved maximum availability and what is most valuable is that at all times the performance of the bouquet-taking application was what our students deserve, students from a growing and complex university.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For years we carried out this process with great human effort to control the student entry picks. Potentially there are a little more than 10,000 students who agree to select their branches (courses) separated into five groups of 2,000 students per day. During and once the curricular process was over, we reviewed the log files of the various backend servers to quantify and explain the milestones where the availability of the computer system was compromised and what gaps meant where it was paralyzed and suspended. Well, with Queue-it none of this happened and we had 100% service availability.
