Controlled the drastic surge in traffic
What do you like best about the product?
User-Friendly GUI, Anyone can start using it without any prior experience or training. Tuning is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The availability of more data to export into Xls format than graph will be a little bit more helpful to provide the timely insight to the application owners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Controlling the traffic and it helped greatly.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up for any event and creates an equal environment for busy onsales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the new setup is a little confusing but it just takes some getting used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we have a lot of traffic on our website, queue-it helps maintain the traffic elsewhere so we aren't under heavy load all at once.

It's hard to pick a single thing. The service provided by all colleagues involved is superb, and the service provided the exact level of support, and peace of mind, promised

Nothing missing at all from our requirements. All good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We potentially required a waiting room for our checkout during a busy promotional period. Our business benefitted from knowing that our customers would not face pages that may have timed out or provided less than optimal user journeys. Our support team was also a lot more relaxed!
Robust and dependable online queuing service
What do you like best about the product?
Queue-it is relatively simple to use, given its flexibility, its product enhancements are regular and invariably positive and easy to get to grips with, it is a robust service that conveys a feeling of fairness to our customers and the Queue-it customer support team respond very quickly and always with solutions to the issues I raise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm sure there is more that I could get out of the product but a lack of time is holding me back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, Queue-it was implemented to protect our website infrastructure from spikes in traffic caused by online events. Increasingly it is used to ensure fairness for all our customers when we put relatively scarce tickets on sale, and its robust dependability demonstrates to our customers this fairness. We also need to make and test changes to our website in the run-up to these events, and Queue-it's queue-jump link allows our team to test that everything is ready for the opening of each event.
Keeps Website Running Smoothly on Busy Days
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Queue-It for years to manage web traffic for ticketing on-sales for popular events, and it has never failed us! It's easy to change the customer messaging and keep those waiting up-to-date with what's going on (e.g. 'tickets now sold out' or 'New date added').
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up a new queue requires making changes in several different places in the portal. It can be tricky to get your head around which parts need updating, but it gets easier with practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Queue-It enables us to manage the flow of traffic into the purchase path of our website. We've previously had occasions where our website crashed due to overloading, but that no longer happens as the queue effectively manages the traffic.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up, clear documentation, no more server saturation
What do you dislike about the product?
We should look for a moment for something we dislike, for the moment it is perfect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a first come, first served registration system. So 600 people at once on the server, slowed it down a lot. The process could take between 2 to 4 hours when everything was going well.
Now with Queue-IT, it's going well and it takes between 30 and 60 minutes

Excellent Service & Communication
What do you like best about the product?
The communication from the start was excellent. We were able to get onboarded and up and running with minimal effort and the service hasn't skipped a beat since.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real dislikes at all around the service. If I had to pick something, I'd say the UI could use a refresh - but that's really looking for something to critique.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large influxes of traffic during the pandemic prior to being able to scale infrastructure.

It's easy to use and understand how the system works. Has a good overview of data and an easy way to control settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit pricey, but if you need a tool to manage critical users traffic on your website, its a right tool to use.
