Responsive team with a great service
What do you like best about the product?
The team listened and understood our business needs, was responsive and action-oriented, and provided training, technical support and monitoring throughout the process. Integration and implementation were seamless, and the dashboard was easy to understand and included many features and insights.

I have no negative feedback. I strongly recommend the product.

Queue-It's waiting room allowed us to manage web traffic inflow during a major traffic event, allowing us to provide service to our customers without causing technical challenges resulting from server overloads.

In my experience, there is no obstacle point I have ever encountered.

The other waiting room service required a user to be stand by on the active browser to ensure he is getting the queue right.

What do you like best about the product?
Streamlined Deployment in AWS Cloud, Ease of Adoption and Implementation. Excellent Technical Support Team and Customer Service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI Interface can be improved to look better, although it is very intuitive and practical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Queue-It use case during Covid 19 pandemic support was to manage the traffic flow of end users at peak times(based and driven by media announcements) and protect our backend systems from massive website traffic.

Queue-It has kept our e-commerce site from crashing, which keeps the revenue coming in online.
What do you like best about the product?
Queue-It support is extremely helpful. For someone who doesn't understand all the complexities of virtual waiting rooms, they have been very patient explaining everything to me in an easy way to understand and helping to make sure our set up is the most effective for our business. Also, their user interface is always improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
We only have one issue at the moment: Our merchant processor takes the buyer out of our website and into their website for payment, which affects how many people are being let into our website from our virtual waiting, since after the payment, you are taken back to our website to finish the order. On busy days, we can end up with a list of orders that went through on our merchant processor, but not on our website leaving the customer with no tickets. I am currently working with Queue-It on this issue, but the solution may be cost-prohibitive for us since we are a non-profit organization.

Queue-It keeps our website from crashing, which keeps the revenue continuously coming in. That is beneficial to any business.

What do you like best about the product?
Not enough good can be said about the team and their services. Dei'Aye fought hard to get my business, and I'm glad he did. Patrick and the rest of the implementation team was fantastic, their customer support was next-level, quickly integrating everything we needed. The whole set-up was easy and seamless. Our customers were thoroughly satisfied we the experience, as well.

Nothing to say here. Everything was positive.

My company has been selling products through massive pre-order campaigns (1 million+ clicks in the opening 10 minutes). Our servers struggled to keep up with the traffic, causing frequent crashes during launch in previous campaigns. Queue-It's services completely mitigated the problem, allowing for a smooth and easy launch.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to configure and integrate it to your website. It is possible to costumise a lot of criterion to adapt the traffic allowed fro queue-it to your existing hosting infrastracture, you don't need to spend mony on upgrading your hardeware! There are a lot of statistic based on the traffic, which are very helpfull.

Customer support is always there when needed, but actually we don't have to deal with them a lot, the tool has a huge reliability.

Subscription plan are not very flexible, you have to adapt to what they have and that's it. Price have increased quite a bit, but for what it does it' still worth the money

It completly solves traffic spikes problem, no need to upgrade hardware or pay more for online hosting.

I like the set it and forget it ness. It really helps give peace of mind when we are having large onsales. You can create a different waitingroom for each onsale or just use the same one thats always running with certain thresholds.

I wish I could pull more metrics out but thats not what its designed for.
