From today Queue-it will be one of the components of our computer infrastructure
What do you like best about the product?
On the recommendation of Queue-it, Nelson and Colby, we use pre-queue, vital was the use of this functionality to receive and contain the previous entries made by the students. With Queue-it we had control and monitoring at all times
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. In addition to providing us with all the information on the progress of the pre-queue and virtual room, we achieved maximum availability and what is most valuable is that at all times the performance of the bouquet-taking application was what our students deserve, students from a growing and complex university.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For years we carried out this process with great human effort to control the student entry picks. Potentially there are a little more than 10,000 students who agree to select their branches (courses) separated into five groups of 2,000 students per day. During and once the curricular process was over, we reviewed the log files of the various backend servers to quantify and explain the milestones where the availability of the computer system was compromised and what gaps meant where it was paralyzed and suspended. Well, with Queue-it none of this happened and we had 100% service availability.
With Queue-IT, we can again work instead of spending time on rescuing overloaded system

Easy setup, realtime dashboard, ability to customize waiting room

Increasing costs even with the same amount of usage

Queue-it cleverly circumvents server performance issues at peak times during new product launches
Good support for your event
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and quick to set up. Stable and does what it's supposed to do, help control incoming traffic so I don't kill my available resources in an event. It does require dedication to properly configure entry levels, queue size, and rejected people. With these actions it works very well. The availability of the support team to help in case of difficulties is remarkable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface needs some improvements, integration with CDN is not so easy

Contract terms like time, and past expense management

We release special event tickets that are highly in demand, Queue-it allows for regulated traffic flow.
Very helpful staff at Queue-it and the end product provided exactly the solution that we needed
What do you like best about the product?
The system gave us an ideal way to queue visitors to our site that gave a good customer experience. We could also throttle throughput real-time if we noticed that traffic was struggling

Technically we couldn't get server side config working properly however the Java script config did the job.

Provides an excellent, informative waiting room for our customers who are wanting to book items at a particular date/time on our calendar
Great protection of web platform from overload and problems

Easy, fast and comfortable. Easy integration. Multiple features

Web platform protection from overload to sell tickets without any problems
Does the job to handle a big charge on the site. The customization of the theme could be improved

Works well to handle the charge. With the token we can also force a user to be logged in before reaching the queue

Pretty hard and not easy to customize the template. We had to inject JS to customize everything.

We had some issue when we sold product with less stock but lot of demand (car at half price). Queue solve it for use. Also with the randomize between pre queue and queue, it prevent use from script to buy at the start of our offes

Amazing tool to use especially if you have a large user base visiting your website.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is like a life insurance for an ecommerce, no one wants to use it but if you need it is good to have it available. I have never experienced an issue with the tools itself and I always have a proper answer from the support or comercial teams when needed, so my experience is excellent sofar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to improve the UX of the tool, the explanation of every control and the reporting tools inside the toos. Is not as intuitive as it could be. Probably some predefined reporting could be very useful, all customers may have to know same standard information (customer experience point of view when tool was used).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High demand ecommerce commercial events crashing the systems that require limiting the customer traffic to the website. If give us some air to restore ourselves and be up and running to continue operating again.
Easy Integration and Configuration - Amazing Real-Time Traffic Controls
What do you like best about the product?
Our firm partnered with Queue-it to manage web application traffic during the opening day of online registration. The scenario was an anticipated enormous rush on the first day of registration with approximately 250,000 individual tickets available across 7,000 separate events and programs. We did extensive research into various queue providers prior to going with Queue-it and made our choice based upon the following:
- Queue-it is the only vendor we found that integrated directly into Cloudflare. This is a significant advantage because no server resources are necessary to push visitors into the queue, and the queue continues to accept new people even if the server is temporarily offline.
- The Cloudflare integration is well documented and very easy to do - someone with little technical knowledge / ability can achieve it.
- The pause feature came in exceptionally handy on the day of registration when we realized a significant optimization could be rolled out, but that it would require a reboot of the SQL service. We paused the queue, waited for existing traffic to conclude their transaction, and were then able to deploy the change, restart the service, and resume the queue without any data loss or negative user experience.
- The extensive realtime reporting was very helpful to provide to the executives of our client.
