Great experience, treasure data works great with big data
What do you like best about the product?
I like how treasure data has a lot of connections with different platforms to pull data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform do not carry the logs from the runs as it should
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data store and visualization data that treasure data gives a lot of good solutions.

Easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the straightforward interface and the easy search function

sometimes hive can get too slow, and presto memory is too limited
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use TD to run queries to do business analytics projects. It stores all of my queries and very easy to find the queries
High speed queries for Big Data, but could have better integrations!
What do you like best about the product?
The most extraordinary thing about Treasure Data is the high-speed queries. I never see any database that could process billions of rows so many times. That's awesome! The PrestoDB functions work very well for complex statistical analysis! I've using Treasure Data for integrating data across many sources and deliver real-time insights for business users. I should say that that is the best CDP that i ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, the biggest problem in my opinion are the integrations. Some of them doesn't work very well some times with no advice. I had been some problems since i started to work with Treasure Data and i must to say that most of times, our company avoid to use the native integrations because we have no trust that they will work well. I think that documentation about workflows could be better too! Some times we had issues about workflow syntax and the documentation doesn't helped very much!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deal with Customer Web Data, deal with millions, billions of rows of analysis with high speed. We receita real-time data from our websites with complex Real-Time Bidding data. With Treasure Data we are able to estimated revenue, and have an overview about daily performance even before the data comes to the official plataforms
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be careful with the integrations; they can not work fine every time. Have a good understanding of your possibilities!

What do you like best about the product?
Treasure Data excels with speedy, knowledgeable support for all of our quirks and issues. They are swift to answer Slack posts and always provide plenty of detail & knowledge base articles to learn more.
In addition, the platform is straightforward to navigate from data import to segment creation to activation.

What do you dislike about the product?
The platform's UI can be a little restricting, especially when performing nuanced logic to create audience segments. I believe they are improving this in a future update. In addition, master segment run-times can get very long (>1hr) when combining a few million customer profiles with behavioral data and/or predictive model outputs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Treasure Data allows us to quickly respond to our ever-changing and nuanced subscriber base through a concerted schedule of data ingestion and integrated marketing activations.

Great tool, but carefully consider your usage and contract limits.

Great Profiles Unification with Plug and Play Features
What do you like best about the product?
The Plug and Play Treasure Boxes for some of the advanced use cases in ML and analytics

Visualizations could be enhanced so the need for a separate BI tool could be eliminated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a unified view of the customer or digital persona for marketing, Re-targeting and CX use cases.

It was inconvenient in terms of management that there was no dashboard that could manage workflow, DB and table, and that the entire management data could not be exported.

2. Even if you are not a data expert, you can quickly apply it to practice by utilizing the various examples provided by Treasure Data.
3. The intention can be identified because the flow of workflows is visible when building the master segment. It can also be applied in various different ways.
4. Server infrastructure seems to be solid. I haven't had a fatal disability in years.
5. Treasure Data employees have been very active in helping and informing business success.

User interface is overall pleasing, split workflow editor, OOTB connectors, audience studio easy to use for non technical people, great flexibility of tools/capability including Python/Spark and SQL.
Prototyping is also really and we can show tangible results to clients - speed to market is impressive.

Documentation quality and itss access (advanced and basic features) are simply poor.
Lack of technical knowledge of support even though they are very reactive.

the simplicity with which you can set up a project , run a workflow or a query.

the interface cannot be edited. Small little bugs during the editing of the workflows that on a daily basis may be annoying
