What do you like best about the product?
As a business user, I find it intuitive. However, for me, the ability of the internal team to solve issues and truly work as a partner is key to our client's success.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a business user who often dips in and out, it is not always "made simple." I think as with many technical platforms, there is still ground to be made on the business user side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics is more powerful than other CDPs and a great complimentary product. It has enabled a deeper review of data.
True Enterprise grade Customer Data Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
Treasure Data is the only Enterprise CDP in the market that allows engineers to build their own custom logic and transform their data on the fly. AI / ML Capabilities of the product are unmatchable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is there. Users may take time to learn to use the platform. Lots of commonly used systems and are not having OOTB connectors. The reporting capabilities are not up to the mark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Treasure Data CDP has been deployed for our customers. The primary goal of deploying the CDP was to build the C360 profile. Stitch the disparate sources and break the silos.
Marketing use cases like customer acquisition , suppression, look-alike modelling are few of the use cases deployed.

The CSM team are very pro-active.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features published weren't readily out of the box, such as the DV360 connector.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Merging the multiple sources of online behaviour into one source of data using identity.
Working relationship with the team has been extremely positive.
What do you like best about the product?
It seems to be a strong data platform and tries not to be anything else. It is strong across core capabilities where other platforms fall over
What do you dislike about the product?
Unlike other CDPs, it has proven to weak in the paid media connectors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single data platform where it can ingest, manage and activate all types of data, not just known data.
Powerful tool with a variety of possibilites
What do you like best about the product?
Treasure data has powerful tools to enable data engeneering tasks within the platforms and has a beautiful and intuitive UI for those who use it day-by-day. The variety of native integration is certainly one of the most positive points of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain core features are still in development and realtime data processing is still far from reality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing our customer`s data in one place, easier audience segmentation, easier export to other platforms (google ads, salesforce, meta...)
No possibility to create random samples impact our use
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to understand and you can have all information on the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a final user you can't use query to create a segment, you cannot create random audiences, split audiences or limit to a sample size. So when you have an A/B testing or other type of tests, you need an additional step to complete your segment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For now I have no benefits using treasure data since my main role is tests on segmentations and I cannot do my whole job on the plataform.
Nice but need to improve
What do you like best about the product?
platform and support side nice and development platform is good
What do you dislike about the product?
documentation and videos related to Treasure data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
to identify the customers

What do you dislike about the product?
We can only add 35 tables in one unification and sometimes it depends upon payload of master segment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can build 360 profiles of customers, presence of real-time data.
