All-in-One Solution That Simplifies Magazine Management
What do you like best about the product?
You don't need to hold the information for managing your company in your brain, it's all there for you on the software program
What do you dislike about the product?
You're dependent on a computer/ software program and sometimes there's something valuable to the old-fashioned way of using pen and paper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a magazine. All the information about articles, writers, due dates, editing tasks, article scheduling was in our head. Now it's all on the software. Things don't get lost. We don't forget things. We can see it all laid out.
Love the colors
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very user friendly project management application. It does have more features but the general interface is easy to use without figuring out the extras. It's visually colorful which I love.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to figure out the integrations. Sometimes I gave up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shared collaboration on projects with our client.
Boosts Communication and Transparency for Nonprofits
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how monday Work Management helps increase communication and transparency for our team and advisory board. The communications bubble and notifications are great, and I like that you can connect it to Slack and other apps as well. It allows our advisory committee to ask questions about projects and grants, and our staff can answer the questions. The answers stay with the projects forever. The initial setup was very easy; we started with a simple board and then moved our Excel data into it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be nice for columns to have both visibility permissions and locking permissions, not just one or the other. We also struggle with using monday Work Management for financial things and connecting it to Jotform for our grantee report submissions. I struggle with getting the documents over from Jotform to monday Work Management without doing it manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for collaborating on our project pipeline, grants, and reports management. It enhances communication and transparency for our team and advisory board, allowing our committee to ask and answer questions, with responses linked to projects permanently.
Keeps Me Organized and On Track Effortlessly
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps me organized and on track. I can automate tasks and can get all the info and details out of my head and into a system that works beautifully.
What do you dislike about the product?
How many options and layers it has to keep things organized on multiple levels, all the way down to the most minute detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run my own business and there are a million details to keep track of, Monday.com helps me get all the things swimming around in my head out and into a functional system that flows beautifully and helps me use my brain space for what matters most, the work at hand.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and collaboration between teams

some features are lacking to better streamline our workflow and some workaround are not always bringing the expected results
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helped us streamline our entire processes from HR to Finance by centralizing everything at the same place (rather than using multiple lecgacy systelm that were not really well connected). It helped us save time and gained on productity while provinding better overall vision to our management teams.
Seamlessly Automates Tasks with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the automation tools in monday Work Management; they really help. When we complete a task, the automation can send emails to notify those who requested the tickets and the ticket owners. This includes email correspondence between tickets, which is great. I like the ease of the platform; it's simple to use and more intuitive than Excel. It presents a simple interface with tools that I can figure out on my own. I also like the new AI features. It's helpful for summarizing tasks, including correspondence emails, all in one place. The initial setup was fine, and while some onboarding is needed, it's been easy to adopt. Many team members find it easy to use for different tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation sometimes breaks if email changes or there's some change management. It's difficult to work around the settings, and I believe they can make it easier to access the automations and set them up easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to manage support tickets, quality assurance tasks, and monitor items. The automation helps by sending emails to ticket owners when tasks are completed, making task tracking easier.
Efficient Project Tracking, Needs Better Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to collaborate with different team members in monday Work Management and bring in different views or project boards into other project boards. It makes it very valuable because we can easily go back in team meetings to track and update statuses of different projects. The automations within monday Work Management are also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think monday Work Management could integrate more with other products. It was not difficult, but did have a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to track projects across the team, solve the problem of knowing what each member is working on, centralize requests, and streamline our calendar.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how well tasks can be organized and filed together. This helps my team know exactly what should get done for the day, when certain tasks should be completed, and the status of each one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the amount of emails I get from notifications.

Project management and task assignment. This benefits me because it keeps me organized and allows me to know exactly what I need to get done for the day.

I use monday Work Management for organizing work projects and tasks, and it really keeps me organized. I love the automatic updates to coworkers when inventory arrives, which is a great feature. It's also great for organization in general. The initial setup was very easy too.

Effortless and Reliable Software Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The software is straightforward to use, with minimal downtime. I haven't encountered any functionality problems or glitches. It keeps all the information I need at a glance in a simple dashboard that is customizable for our industry and our specific needs. I like that more than one person can be logged in at a time and that everything updates in real time. It was easy to implement and it's a true benefit to know that it can integrate with other platforms down the road. We would prioritize other programs that could most easily integrate with monday over other platforms. We've only needed to reach out to Customer Support one time for something minor, but it was a seamless experience. We use this on a daily basis and it meets our needs well!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I dislike about monday Work Management, which is rare for me when it comes to software platforms. Usually, I can find something that could be improved or that doesn't quite make sense, but honestly, this program seems to fulfill all of our requirements. If I have any complaint at all, it's simply that we didn't discover monday earlier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day-to-day tracking of our production projects so that we can stay on top of our timelines. It also has columns that we can customize, which helps us know where our contracts are in our review process. This allows us to ensure we have the documentation needed before releasing a job into production. The simple dashboard gives us what we need at a quick glance, and we can constantly change and edit as needed with real time updates.
