What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about the tool is its innovative dashboards and resource planning. Bringing timesheets, budgets, project management tasks, and much more into one place is fantastic. Having all of these elements together—and able to communicate with each other—feels truly unmatched.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used many other tools in this field and none compare to Monday Work. I really impressed with how it works, it is very easy to customize to get what we need, tailored to our needs, so I have nothing negative to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to create custom reports so we can keep all our key business metrics and data at our fingertips. This simplifies the manual processing of metrics and data and lets us focus on making data-driven decisions, rather than spending so much time generating those reports in the first place.

What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management to manage me and my team's project workload, which helps us organize and prioritize all of our projects. I really appreciate how it helps by grouping projects by categories, which keeps us up to date and connected in one location to see all our projects. I love how organized it makes my projects, keeping my day-to-day schedule structured and preventing me from forgetting projects due to our high workload. The ability to organize projects by their status, deadlines, and categories makes it easy to glance at my tasks without feeling overwhelmed. Setting it up was very easy, which was a big plus.

I don't have any complaints that come to mind.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the intuitiveness of monday Work Management. I really like that there is a lot of syncing and real-time changes that can be updated across multiple teams. I also especially like the monday Work Management automations. They've helped a lot with QA processes and also making sure our team doesn't miss the intake of new launches that come in and also QA things as they're running to mitigate any risks and errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish the Excel export from monday Work Management worked a lot better. I find it pretty impossible to make reports from downloads of monday Work Management data with how the cells are merged in Excel when you download it. If there was a way to better format the data in a raw data file, it would be a lot more seamless and intuitive for digesting, pivoting, and looking at data in Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helps me scale my business by managing a large volume of social campaigns, ensuring launches happen on time. It facilitates quick issue triage and real-time updates, crucial for our fast-paced business.

I use monday Work Management to keep track of all our creative projects on my integrated marketing team. Before using monday, everything was chaotic and unorganized, but now it provides visibility, accountability, traceable history, and much more efficiency in everything we do. I appreciate the visibility it offers in terms of project status and progress, making it easier for not only our team but also the entire cross-functional team to keep track and have access to deliverables all in one place. Aside from visibility, the ease of use is great. It's super easy to use, very intuitive, and the ability to create automations really frees up time. It helps both our team and key outside stakeholders and cross-functional partners to better prioritize workload, leading to more efficiency across the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there are probably many different aspects or elements of monday Work Management that I just haven't tapped into due to time and resources on our side. So, maybe having continued training offered and pop-ups with new features and things like that inside the app or the platform itself would be helpful.

Honestly, the biggest friction points are minor compared to the value delivered. Pricing can become a consideration as your team scales — especially when adding guest users or advanced features. Occasionally, the sheer flexibility of the platform can lead to inconsistency across boards if there isn't a clear internal governance structure in place. A stronger native onboarding guide for new workspace admins would be a welcome addition.

What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management for planning programs, tracking to-dos, and collaborating with team members. I really like the organization and the use of colors, as they help me see things quickly and determine what needs to be done. It's like visual communication. The flexibility of the boards is great, allowing me to make changes and tweak things if they're not working the way I need. The automations are also a big help because they cut down my work time considerably. The video trainings are very helpful in overcoming the learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The My Work board could be a little easier to organize, though I am just learning about the customization. It is challenging to do something with a board that you aren't the owner of.

I really like the ability of monday Work Management to let me quickly hover over all my work projects for the day. This feature allows me to quickly assess my tasks and priorities, enabling me to get my work done in a very efficient and fast manner. Also, setting up monday Work Management is super easy, especially when we get new clients. We just add their email address, and they can come on board in a matter of minutes, which simplifies project discussions significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it an inconvenience that text manipulation features like bold, underline, and italic, which are available at the top of the first post, are not shown in subsequent posts when I'm communicating with team members. I have to copy text, go back to the first post to format it, and then paste it back in the later posts, which is a hassle. I'm not sure if it's my lack of understanding or if this is just how Monday Work Management works.

I use monday Work Management to solve communication issues in my team, enabling quick job posts and efficient client work. I love quickly viewing all projects and priorities, ensuring fast task completion.

I like it because it offers great features such as nested projects and folders, subtasks, Gantt charts, and workload management. It’s very practical for organizing and managing my daily work. I also love the clear, simple interface, which makes it easy to find and access all my projects.

I have nothing negative to say. It’s one of the best task management software solutions currently available on the market. I especially love that it lets you track time, progress, dependencies, budgets, and resources all in one place.
