Monday saves my team time, which saves the organization money.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use when setting up different boards, tasks, automations, and workflows. The workflow tool has saved my team several minutes per task, which equates to many hours saved each month.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside I've found is inconsistencies in the UI, where some data can be hard to locate unless you know where to look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization leverages monday Work Management in two key ways, first as a ticketing system for requests to our programming team and second, as a way to manage projects and tasks across all departments and our organization as a whole.
Easy Task Assignment and Clear Team Overview
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that i can add tasks required for all team members and view it on an overview easily is a huge deal breaker for me in my day to day workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI could be updated a bit more to make sure that the website is clean, because it feels like they just added the features on random places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management, task assignments,task priorities,etc. it is very important for me to prioritize tasks and manage it accordingly to the team and for me, monday is the perfect tool for it.
Intuitive UI and Smooth Integrations That Boost Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
It's UI is pretty intuitive compared to it's competitors. We had it integrated with a few of our company's external tools, which made things easier and efficient for implementers/onboarders using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
In our case, the company had to swap to different provider given the high pricing/deal we had with them. So perhaps that's been a weakness in our case
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great to stablish a roadmap, organize dayily/weekly tasks. Task boards are an essential tool for project management/onboarding, so you can't miss with this one.
Intuitive, Automated, and Simplifies Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I find that it is intuitive. Forms can live in the same space as the "to do" sheets. It sends reminders and it has a lot of automations to take out the manual process. It integrates with other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still learning it so it can be a little bit confusing at times. I feel like the more I am using it the more familiar I get with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Monday I have been able to cut down on the back and forth emails- everything is stored in one place where the history of the conversation is kept.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface of monday Work Management with its colors and simplicity, which gives really good visibility on projects. It allows us to look at projects at a glance and see progress in a visual way. This helps ensure that projects are on track and we keep them updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say just some of the functionality within projects and roadmaps and the tab to view versus the in-project view. I think there's a little bit of improvement that could be made there.

I find monday Work Management easy to use and manage, which helps me handle company work efficiently. I really like the Monday boards because they make it easy to create new deliverables as often as needed. The initial setup was also very easy, which made transitioning smooth.

What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management for my education-based business as a project management software, and it helps keep my business organized. I appreciate the quick and easy way to organize complex projects and the automations that help keep everything organized. I love how I can communicate with my employees through the platform, and the notifications are useful as they get emailed if missed. Setting it up was very easy, thanks to the tutorial videos. I also find the integrations satisfying and haven't had many complaints about features I need. I could not give up this software because it keeps my life so much more organized and streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very minor suggestion, but it would be nice if we could select having the workspaces all shown on the right hand side rather than it being a drop down menu. It used to all be shown on the side and I preferred that but it's not an option anymore. Other than that, there is nothing I dislike.

I use monday Work Management to keep my business organized with a one-stop place for documents. It's efficient for employee communication and automations help stay organized. Notifications ensure I never miss updates. It streamlines complex projects and I couldn't give it up.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how monday Work Management makes everything easygoing and accessible at one point. The ability to adjust anything with AI is really valuable. It allows us to vibe code changes without needing programming skills, which is super helpful. The customizable interface is super cool, enabling us to put all information in one place. The software is user-friendly, and the interface rates well compared to others we've tried.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the colors I can use in monday Work Management, as they help me easily identify the status of various pulses and items, with red typically indicating something is off track and green meaning the opposite. I also enjoy the different automations available that help me stay updated with notifications, especially when changes occur in EHT options for projects like the Scovan PadX modules. Automations also assist in moving different pulses into categories based on their status, and I find the possibilities with them to be endless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes the speed is affected such that it slows down. It would also be great to get some more AI integration perhaps. Yes, perhaps improved document management as well as procurement plan options. I asked one of my PMs and he said advanced project management and scheduling would be awesome! It wasn't too bad but tbh it was a little difficult at the start cause there is so much to learn/know as my company uses it for a lot of things...

I use monday Work Management to track supply chain processes, break down tasks into subitems, and view information clearly. It helps with workflow automation like status notifications and organizing items by color-coded status.

What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management as a project management tool for my recruitment business. It allows me to keep track of the various candidate journeys, which is particularly useful in complex recruitment projects with multiple candidates and stages. I like the ability to keep notes on each candidate's recruitment journey and link them to a specific database. The linked database function is incredibly useful, as it helps me avoid duplicating work and ensures automatic updates between the project management tool and the candidate database. I find that very few other tools offer this feature. The initial setup was fairly easy, and once I got the hang of it, it was pretty straightforward to move forward. The shared database function is really useful and something I've not been able to find elsewhere. Overall, I think it's a good price.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point I've not come across anything in particular. I did have to upgrade my membership level after about 12-months as I needed the ability to store more records, but since then there has been no other need to upgrade any further.

I use monday Work Management to track candidate journeys, manage recruitment project stages, and keep clients updated. The linked database function prevents duplicate work and ensures all updates sync automatically, making it really useful for my needs.
