Highly Customizable Boards That Are Simple and User-Friendly

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to customize each board to the specific tasks/needs that I have. It is simple to use, and very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to be able to create locks on individual columns on the boards to prevent others from changing column titles. Also, the bar to the left to scroll your list of boards is too thin, often I end up grabbing one of the boards and moving it in my list instead of scrolling through the list and that is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday work management is helping us solve HR records for our company - we have 3 offices that are international, and having a system that shows data in real time is invaluable. Everyone can see the data at the same time, and updates /comments are all in one place. No more hunting down where or who has the right document.

Superior Task Management with Flexible Attributes and Clear Date Progress

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the ways you could create attributes and use them; the way you could see date progress right in the list view
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, I think it is a superior task management system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday to organize, priortize, and track Feature Request work from our Enterprise clients. It allows their teams and ours to collaborate together in once space seamlessly.

Monday Vibe Is Revolutionary for Workflow and Resource Management

What do you like best about the product?
Monday Vibe is revolutionary. My team and I have been using Monday for over 5 years. From day one it has been our workflow and resource tool and more. It has continually developed. It doesn't fix up broken systems but it does overlay a well architected company/vendor ecosystem. And show you where things are stuck and helps you get teams and people back in their lane and back on track for success. The team at Monday have always been supportive in training and responsive when we pushed it to the limit. As easy as it is to implement, we still required careful stages of change management to move from traditional methods of delivering Advertising campaigns for our team, marketing clients and vendors but once on board Monday delivered amazing results. Easy to use, spreading responsibilities by reducing bottlenecks, QC, real time retainer and out of scope financial management, and file delivery was just the tip of some amazing things we could do. Monday was used every hour of every day for and by every person. And Monday's API/mapping made it easy to integrate with other SaaS apps for further production enhancements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only two downsides is the ease of use of changing dependencies in the Gantt chart view via drag and drop joiners. Or if a client had their own Monday subscription and how do you connect a workflow between boards with them?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing bottlenecks of resources and working styles. Ways of working between departments, cleints and vendors that were not reportable that are now visible - removed the blame game. Visibility of managing similar resources and not knowing who was available and at what rate - so instead of hiring freelance cause it's easier now that is on a need basis.

Ease of Use and Instant Organization

What do you like best about the product?
I like the design and ease of use of monday Work Management. The design is useful because it makes it easy to identify items thanks to its tags. Additionally, the ease of use helps me learn quickly and save hours of work. I also appreciate being able to have control over documents without needing to use physical formats, which saves me space and allows me to find the information I need instantly. The initial setup was quite easy and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes time to update automated actions. When applying a filter and changing the label, the item whose label was changed still appears in the filter, and it is only after a while that it is then removed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Monday Work Management to manage clients and organize my business, saving space by not needing physical formats. I can find information instantly. Its design and ease of use facilitate quick identification with tags, speeding up learning and saving hours of work.

Organized Our Construction Projects Seamlessly

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way I can organize every project from scratch to the end with monday Work Management. It helps me to keep my team posted on deadlines and improves our communication. The tool has brought more organization into my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything, what i think you can improve is the academy zone, at the time of the quizz all my coworkers including me, had a little hard time with the questions, there kind of confusing, but so far so good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management gives me more organization and better communication with my team. I can organize every project from scratch to the end, and keep my team posted on deadlines.

Easy to Use and Understand

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use, understand, and navigate. It helps me and my co-workers maintain a smooth workflow and clear communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like the way data is exported from boards. The exported datasheet isn’t very easy to work with, and it usually requires a lot of additional data processing to make it usable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me a lot with managing tasks, and it also helps my team with portfolio management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like building boards to help with workflow and accessibility. The automations are a big plus as they allow me to automate small tasks like adding dates and names, which cuts down on work time. I also appreciate that monday Work Management allows everyone to work on the same project without overlap from any device. The restrictions you can put in place are great; they allow users to only see and change what they need to. Automations helped me to remove small busy work from tasks and let me track changes as and when they happen. The initial setup was very easy since it's all browser-based and ready to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be limited in some functions and a lot is locked behind paywalls in the form of paid for automations. Maybe introduce more baseline features especially with work forms and maybe scrap the tier systems for automations, if they have to be bought have one price. We have been trying to get it to work with other systems such as Skewb and Street Manager but have been unsuccessful.

I build boards to streamline workflow and enhance accessibility. It lets everyone work on projects without overlap from any device. Automations cut down on busy work, and restrictions let users only access needed information, improving efficiency and collaboration.

My co workers often forget how useful it can be.

It is much easier to schedule both of my drivers so they know where they will be going. By doing that, we typically get the day started quicker!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the UX, especially the new Sidekick tool. It's intuitive, and I would say it's best in class for general user experience over any app I've used. Setting up the boards used to be a pain, but now it's painless, which is a great use of AI. I use monday Work Management a lot more now, and the initial setup was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Teams is a bit clunky. Also, it would be nice if you could have different formats of boards on the same page as this changes with different groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management lets us work collaboratively across time zones on complex projects, boosting productivity and making it easy to spot project blockages.

It supports both structured project planning and everyday task coordination, and the clear visibility into ownership, deadlines, and progress helps reduce bottlenecks. What do you dislike about the product?
Because the platform is highly flexible, it can take time to design the “right” structure for boards and workflows, especially for new teams. Without careful setup and ongoing management, boards can expand quickly and start to feel cluttered or harder to navigate. Also, some of the more advanced features—such as deeper automations, permissions, or reporting—may be limited to higher-tier plans, which can increase costs for larger teams.
