I have been an Admin for our company's Monday.com account for about 5 years now

What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday.com is in real time. Once I have my integrations and automations set up with a team trained on how to handle the tasks at hand, keeping track is a breeze. We use monday.com all day every day and are constantly finding ways to make tasks more effecient through automations. We use Zapier along side monday.com and have managed to turn tasks that would take team members all day into tasks that we can complete with nothing more than a few clicks and the run of an automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that there are quite a few paid applications that seem more like basic features (I use workarounds in these instances). I wish the email portion was a bit more fleshed out. We use the Work Management portion so perhaps that is something that has been fixed in the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use monday.com in almost every department in one way or another. Saving time is probably one of the largest benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
I needed an help to organise the differents projects i had in my backlog, even as a solo freelancer. Monday helped me get everything on track and in time
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be tricky to get in at start, as there is a lot of different options, but definatly worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Had to handle multiple projects at the same time. Monday helped me making sure nothing was overlooked

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of templates to build off from. It's layout is simple and clean, great for beginners

It's licensing limited collaboration efforts and forcing some users with read only access

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create almost anything I need for my business, from project management templates to HR files. I also love the new improvements in the Monday docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve is a bit steep. Also sharing with clients are not ideal since I can't personalise much of it. Using the data base to feed a kind of interface builder would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to move from a number of different tools (e.g. Trello, Google Sheets, Google Docs, pipedrive) into one single, tool, to centralise everything.

What do you like best about the product?
Automations and keeping everything alright is great. Can be used by all of departments of your firm, easy to use and lots of features is available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes performance is an issue, Keeping from one board to another takes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly project management and task management are the best benefical part of using monday.com. We are also using time tracking to deal with Project Budget and the effort spent by all people dealing with the project.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very easy to learn the basics of. The boards are also highly customizable so you can accomodate specific workflows of your team easily. You can also visually tune things quite easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's super easy to customize, but that's also where the main downside comes from, i.e. it's very easy to clutter things.

There could be more handholding on the platform, in the sense that it could guide you more strongly to archive outdated information propose specific board setups for specific use cases, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows us to easily keep track of marketing projects going on across the different marketing teams. This lets us team leads know what other teams are working on better, and what help a specific team is going to need from others and when.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday.com for our ticketing system. It is highly customizable and allows us to create a variety of views to increase efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is so customizable that it sometimes becomes too much. Out of the box options don't quite cut it so it takes a lot of time to dial it in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can eliminate the need for emails and IM's and keep everything about our projects in one place. It also allows for cross collaboration across different departments, eliminating unnecessary hurdles.

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to make task lists and keep them organized. I used this every day for work
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were more options and that it would connect with other calendars to make things easier and faster
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Made it easier to keep my tasks organized and helped set deadlines. This benefits me by making my time more efficient and keeping track of tasks so they do not get dropped.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about it is that it is easy to use and understand. There is not a big learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UI gets inconsistent. Also, automation could be a bit more simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It basically helps in managing tasks within a project.
