Fast and reliable

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Monday for quite while. It is a very reliable and fast service. In my opinion this is the second best project management tool available right now. It is easy to use and fast to deploy. Feature rich with lots of available configurations and views.
What do you dislike about the product?
Main disadvantage of monday.com is the price. Even most basic plan with no guest access costs $8 per month. To use the full functionality for a small team you would need to buy a standard plan which is $12 per user/month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep all the project data in one place. Colaboration tools are also well designed so in most cases it can replace tools such as Slack or MS Teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps us to organise all the task privately by a person who is setting up the target and every person can put his own input on how much he has finished it. How much is left out? What is the problem who will solve the problem he can tag in a different person there and there is a lot more features of Monday where an organisation can set out its project management task very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit high cost For small companies, it is little high cost, but it is a very nice app which can be used by any sort of company with any number of people. But as a number of people increases, I guess there is additional payment which we have to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It said the workflow in a very good pattern involving different team, so it is managing the team good project management tools very good platform for communication internally within the team instant messaging, but all these course, but I guess it is fine and if the user can be, it's a very good app. it's available on phone too, so everybody can login into their own application through their phone, so everybody is aligned with the goals of the organisation. All the time.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrating this app into my work routine was easy. It is compatible with Android and iOS, so I can install it on my smartphone in a matter of minutes. The interface is also easy to manage, I can create as many boards as I want and collaborate with my coworkers in real time with good version control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I think it delivers what it promises, so I can't find any negative points. The price seems affordable to me and if you have any questions, the technical support will resolve them within a matter of hours. Perhaps this last point is something to improve: the response time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementing this tool is easy, you don't need any previous preparation or experience to start using it. It is designed for marketing professionals so we have all the tools we need: calendar, boards to discuss goals and projects, a storage space to manage our creative resources at an affordable price.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the best tool for team collaboration. It is so easy to assign tasks and follow the tasks.
It is really simple to use unlike some old school project management tools. With that, UI is so clean that it never feels boring to use the dashboard and the its not that costly.
And pre built templates and gmail automation works best for someone like me who just have to manage simple tasks in Monday.com
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is qood but the only thing I dislike is that it takes some times to correctly sync the information across the team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a starup and we have to manage alot of things, in that scenario monday.com is a preet good solution to manage projects and tasks, its doesn't take much time to learn unlike old school tools.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is incredibly versatile, allowing us to create custom workflows that fit our needs perfectly. The visual interface is one of its standout features—being able to see everything at a glance, from task progress to deadlines, really helps in keeping the team on track. The drag-and-drop interface is intuitive, making it simple to create tasks, assign team members, and adjust deadlines on the fly. The color-coded boards and visual timelines provide a clear overview of project progress, which is great for staying organized and on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday.com excels in task and workflow management, it falls short when it comes to financial management. For teams that need to track project budgets, expenses, and financial performance, Monday.com’s capabilities can be somewhat limited. However, there are workarounds, like creating custom columns for cost tracking or integrating with third-party accounting tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest problems Monday.com solves is the fragmentation of communication. Previously, we relied on a mix of emails, chat apps, and meetings to stay connected, which often led to important information getting lost or overlooked. With Monday.com, all project-related communication happens in one place, directly within the tasks and boards. This centralization ensures that everyone is on the same page, reduces miscommunication, and allows team members to see the full context of any task.

Our workflows also used to be disjointed, with different teams using their own tools and methods, making it hard to align efforts. Monday.com allows us to create custom workflows that match our specific processes, regardless of the project’s complexity. Automations handle repetitive tasks like status updates and notifications, saving time and reducing manual errors. This consistency across the organization has made our processes much more efficient.

Great Software for Small Businesses

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is great for small businesses. I have scaled multiple 6 figure annual revenue companies with this software. I am grateful that it worked and was so seemless with integrations and automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont use Monday anymore because once your team grows past 10-15 team members it starts to run a bit slow. Their customer support is also not great. Many times I have struggled to get simple questions answered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think they solve a lot of problems that small businesses face. Instead of using a free software this is one step up. There are definitly other softwares that work more efficiently but this one is great for early stage startups.

What do you like best about the product?
It has all the calendar features that I need in my day-to-day work. From creating design requests to tracking a campaign. Monday with this platform allows me to set goals and create a strategy with my collaborators and clients. Apart from creating and developing projects within Monday, I can also integrate tools necessary in my work area such as Facebook Ads and Semrush.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using this platform for a long time now to plan and develop my marketing projects. And during all this time, no incidents or problems have arisen that are worth mentioning. In all cases, technical support was there to help me and solve the problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I know there are more project management tools on the market, but I have opted for this one in particular because of its focus on marketing projects. It seems that monday understands my area of ​​work and has created a space where anyone can start using it and feel familiar with the environment in a matter of minutes. This is a point that I value a lot because we create and manage projects with clients using this tool and we do not want to have to give instructions or conduct induction courses for new members.

What do you like best about the product?
The built-in automations! They are really easy to use and have hugely increased the efficiency of our day-to-day operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is customisable but some features we could really benefit from being created - these have been flagged to support but it takes a while for us to see any progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can add different guests and external users to our workflow for seamless integration. We can track staff and measure performance within monday against KPIs. We can chat internally and track time spent on each tasks. We can create custom automations within and external to monday.
