Good tool to Use and manage team

What do you like best about the product?
Create and manage projects boards to track tasks, deadline and progress. This helps ensure that home decor project are completed on time and with in budget. This ensures that everyone knows there responsibilities and can follow up on tasks efficiently.good
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to be unhappy about.! All I'd looks is a way to slightly increas auctions accuracy. Even though I have some auctions configured. It doesn't appear to always recognise what I do, so I have to parform the auction manually (marking anything as "done".)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Arranging the weekly, daily and monthly tasks. Every Monday. Our organisation plans it's tasks for the coming week. We use methods like commenting and email links to keep everyone informed about tha status of the work being work.

What do you like best about the product?
An agenda to keep track of my daily activities with tools to assign tasks and track my active campaigns from the moment they are "taken out of the box." Monday has created an easy-to-implement management tool for marketers that allows you to assign roles and permissions for your team to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
While this tool is easy to implement, I find the integrations a bit more complex. I had to go to technical support on several occasions because I had no idea where to start. I would appreciate more information such as guides and tutorials on their social networks on how to integrate Monday's tool with other software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool from Monday helps me keep track of my digital assets, since I can view them all from the same platform and I don't lose the designs and resources that are useful for different types of advertising campaigns. In addition, the calendar keeps me up to date with upcoming social media posts.

What do you like best about the product?
The user friendly interface enables us to thoroughly record all engagements, with clients and existing customers in a structured way. The effective handling of dependencies enables us to accurately synchronize each phase of the project and keep track of deadlines. Graphs are neatly displayed at the end of projects and tasks with work status indicated by colors giving an overview of progress and areas needing focus, which aids in forward thinking planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app can be a bit slow to respond at times, which can make project management a bit tricky especially when you're not, in the office. This is something that could definitely use some improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has enabled us to bring all stakeholders in our projects. Our discussions and modifications are systematically documented, ensuring access and reference whenever needed. Utilizing status and timeline cues has empowered us to focus on necessary course corrections to stay on track with projects that have demanding schedules and numerous deliverables.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the visibility of Monday.com - how easy it is for everyone on a board to see where a specific project is at, ease of being able to add relevant documentation, and having greater clarity on project timelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
To use it effectively, everyone on the team needs to be consistent in keeping it updated, and following the structure that's been created. It is very easy for other team members to add new columns, tags, etc. - ease of use-wise, this is awesome, but it can cause boards to get very very messy if you're not careful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me in organizing all of the tasks my team is working on, so I have near-real-time clarity on where any given project is at, and if there are blockers that need to be addressed.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating dashboards for multiple users enables a transparent display of operations and eases the distribution of tasks, within teams. The tasks checklist and tailored timetables guarantee that every project progresses as intended staying on course. Likewise the website smooth functionality enhances user satisfaction reducing errors, in project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite we have made progress in implementing the tool we have noticed that new team members sometimes face a learning curve in creating their dashboards or finding existing ones. This has slowed down the full adoption of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've noticed an enhancement, in how different departments work which is crucial, for successfully implementing new inventory plans and seasonal marketing campaigns; moreover keeping track of tasks in time and ensuring task assignments has helped reduce the common issues and delays that previously troubled our projects.

I would like it to be more economical so that more users could have it or implement it in more projects.

I don't need to create folders on any drive to share all the documents and additionally the team is aware of what is happening.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform boasts an interface that seamlessly adjusts to our requirements. We have the flexibility to add custom fields on our dashboards to gather data for each project. The automation function is exceptional, for generating tasks automatically for recurring ones, like compiling reports or conducting due diligence reviews. Importantly the option to arrange our work schedule in a timeline format aids us in visualizing all our deadlines and important events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Each time a new dashboard is generated we have to set permissions from the beginning since we can't inherit them from the main dashboard. This manual configuration process can be prone, to errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com offers us a defined framework to monitor and synchronize tasks among various teams. The personalized dashboards provide us with an organized perspective of our projects resulting in significant enhancements to our time management practices.

Solid CRM with great project management options

What do you like best about the product?
I like that our sales team can use their sales CRM product, then once we close a deal we can move them into the Work Management product for onboarding flow. It is nice that we don't need to integrate a hubspot, salesforce, asana,confluence, etc different systems per department.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some glitches from time to time. Automations not always firing or my least favorite is that sometimes an email will prematurely send when you hit return vs the actual send button. Although inconsisteny, that one is detrimental, but I assume it will be worked out eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to build leads lists, track deal flow, send emails within product, update statuses, and track sales analytics. This has allowed us to run an efficient sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
It has templates for all types of tasks. I log into the app and I can quickly start planning an activity without having to start from scratch. The best thing is that a tool focuses only on the activities that I carry out in my company every day, there is no other app that understands me better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Organization becomes a challenge as you accumulate projects, documents, images within the platform. It has also happened to me that the screen freezes and I have to restart the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing management becomes a challenge when important dates and big events of the year approach. Therefore, a Monday tool becomes necessary to keep a calendar of the tasks completed or ready to be carried out and not lose any possibility of promoting our clients' brands and services.
