Monday.com: accuracy and instant visibility
What do you like best about the product?
It is quite intuitive to create graphs and tables, giving us an overview of how our projects are progressing. It is straightforward to search for, locate, and track certain clients as well as our relationships and market demands. The flexibility to develop unique integrations that work well with our other design and communication tools is something we cherish.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't create dashboards within dashboards, which makes it challenging to organize projects that need varying levels of detail. To work around this we organize our projects using custom labels and columns, but ideally we would prefer to have nested dashboards, for better organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started using Monday.com we had difficulty managing product lines at the time from the design phase, to distribution. This often led to delays and inconsistencies. Thanks to Monday.com we've managed to create a flow of coordination, among our design, manufacturing and sales departments.
Monday.com impressively handles the management of projects
What do you like best about the product?
We have flexibility, in tailoring dashboards to display projects categorized by factors like campaigns upcoming events and more. Each project comes with sections for milestones, dates and managers. Additionally every project has its own unique email link allowing us to keep all communications visible in one place on the respective dashboard. This eliminates the hassle of switching, between Outlook or other email services.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we need to ask questions to the support team sometimes we can't talk to the person we started with and end up speaking to different representatives. It would be nice if we could stick with the person from start, to finish when sorting out the problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has improved our operations by offering a platform that allows us to break down and display each project in dashboards. These dashboards include tasks, deadlines and key information, to each project. This change has shifted the dependency to multiple communication channels, consolidating all messages into a single space that's easily accessible to teammates.
Monday.com for Higher Education
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely versatile and simple to use allowing new users to get started creating solutions right away! The ability to add automations is great, as is the abilty to integrate with other key platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com had a dedicated higher education team to work with us and others, however, they decided to dissolve the team with little notice. The team understood our needs and challenges and was able to respond quickly to questions and issues we had. Very unfortunate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday's greatest strength for us was the ability to quickly create workflow solutions to increase our operational efficiency.
The clever and sophisticated solution for coordinating projects
What do you like best about the product?
The interface seems dependable with quick and consistent page reloads ensuring our information stays current. The project views offer flexibility allowing for zooming, in and out to see a detailed or summarized view when required. Notably we can create filtered reports, by name to update members of the team and conduct an analysis of the information. Lastly Monday.com provides the convenience of scheduling support calls for advice, which's a significant advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hyperlinks in the text box widget had some issues, causing behavior and making it slightly more challenging to quickly access external resources related to the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has met our expectations in enhancing our project collaboration efforts and addressing the issue of communication. It helps us carefully plan and coordinate our tasks track their progress display deadlines, for each team member and tailor our workflows—all through one central platform.
A unique space dedicated to marketing
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me organize the creative progress of my marketing projects. This Monday product is also integrated with tools I usually use. It's easier for me to manage everything from one place, and keep track of advertising campaigns and their respective assets and creatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are small details, nothing relevant, but I mention them. Sometimes it happens to me that if I delete an asset, it still appears as available, so I have to refresh the page to see the change made. On another occasion the application ended up crashing and I had to restart the browser. Things like this, the truth is that the app fulfills its functionalities well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To keep track of everything that happens in my projects, make notes, keep a record of the changes made and the assets used. This Monday management tool has been a great support for my company's marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
With its adaptive data visualization feature, we can create reports that are tailored to each stakeholder and convey information clearly, without adding superfluous details, so that everyone is happy with the project's progress. We can instantly alter data storage by using color coding to organize parts and folders, which greatly improves internal organization and navigation between various projects. Document management based on project IDs makes it easier to track and retrieve documents associated with individual tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since adding several dashboards to a particular folder cannot be automated, we must opt to add them to the general section, which makes setup a hassle when managing multiple projects at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has played a role by assisting us in testing, handling various types of data, and organizing and carrying out the integration of several systems. Our resource coordination and the prompt identification of important tasks and areas have been made possible by the highly configurable dashboards.

Additionally, the capability to replicate projects or whole boards helps us save time during the setup enabling us to kickstart projects promptly with a known and tested framework.

There were times when attempting to update entries Monday.com would occasionally generate items instead of modifying the current ones leading to misunderstandings and avoidable duplication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been beneficial, for us in enhancing the way we manage and prioritize feature requests. When working on a feature, for our platform Monday.com has made it easier to gather and categorize suggestions arranging them based on importance and assigning tasks to the right developers. This has streamlined our sprint planning process leading to a development cycle that centers around actual business needs.
A Marketing Tool You Can Always Count On
What do you like best about the product?
It is ready to use, it is a totally intuitive management tool and ready to start setting up my projects, organizing them and monitoring them. I only had to configure my projects and I didn't have to do anything extra. It does what it promises, it is a ready-to-use tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have little to complain about, it is a very reliable tool and is always available. The only thing that would appreciate an expansion to its catalog of integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing calendars is especially useful for me in social media campaigns. Remember important events in advance. When managing several projects, it becomes essential to have a tool like Monday Work Management Marketing because it allows you to stay on top of your projects and also organize the resources of your different marketing campaigns.
