Great Project Management Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The level of customization on the platform is excellent. We are able to build workflows for virtually every facet of our operation, and because it is all built on tables/spreadsheets at its root, you can export boards and seamlessly upload them to a backend CMS or Google Sheets for use elsewhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions are great in theory, but they have one or two limitations that interrupt what would otherwise be a smooth process. For instance, limitations in tying boards together come up very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is streamlining our project management capability so that we are not having to integrate multiple platforms to suit our process. Monday checks all the boxes, from task management, to communication, to deadline consistency.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, all in one solution.
we use it as both ticket tracking, road map planning as well as documentation
What do you dislike about the product?
with new change, it is hard to get out of the edit mode. we need a presentation mode so the link can be directly clicked instead of need right click to open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
single list view to get overview of all on-going project.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can build a custom board based on your needs, and there are many options to choose from.
We have separate boards per client, which is invaluable because we can customize them to our clients' needs and set up automated flows tailored to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some clients who aren't tech-saavy dont love the layout of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its really helpful for team collaboration especially since COVID-19 - when half of the world went remote

What do you like best about the product?
* My team is all on the same environement
* Tagging peers feature is great and makes communication awesome
* See all projects in one place
* easy on the eye project list
* can build dashboards to keep track of projects
* lot of features are available for use
What do you dislike about the product?
monday.com will need to make the current_year, previous_year options available when you need to create graphs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use another work management tool that was very old and its interface looked like graigslist website that my team was not a big fan. Once we switched to monday.com the team started managing their project effectively and everyone was sure where to go to complete/track tasks. monday.com interface is so easy to use and pleasant to the eye.

Great task manager with extras!

What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to use - I'm updating our boards daily. I was able to jump in without training and create tables, dashboards and submission forms, and their online help and training make it easy to find the tools you need. Great for multiple applications - we mainly use for tracking sales prospects and managing marketing requests. Multiple field/column types allow for us to customize to our needs. Widgets make creating a dashboard super easy. In comparison to other systems I've used, monday.com is much more aesthetically pleasing with colorful fields and overall layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the fields (status) have a limit on the number of labels you can add. We ran into an issue when trying to create a client field because we have more than 40 clients and that was the limit. So we ended up creating two columns with A-L and M-Z, which works but is not ideal. Could also use some sorting options for editing labels - they are easy to move around, but if you could sort alphabetically, that would be great.

The sorting feature could use some tweaking as well as it will apply to the entire table, not just within the groups. If I sort by one column in the top group, it will apply to all the groups.

I would also like a field that allows you to select a date from the calendar OR enter text. We have some fields (presentation date) that were set up as a date field, but we may have a range for a particular prospect (week of April 1st) rather than a set date. I've had to transition several date fields to text, which isn't nearly as convenient as selecting from the calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to collaborate across multiple departments on the same prospect, and provides an at-a-glance way for anyone on the team to check the prospect status.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Monday Work Management is the agility it offers
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Monday Work Management is that some features are not yet fully adapted to Spanish, which can make the experience difficult for users who prefer this language. Incorporating full support in Spanish would make the platform more inclusive and accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A problem that can arise in Monday Work Management is that **planning** can become complex when managing multiple dependencies between tasks or large teams. However, this also benefits by promoting greater organization and clarity in projects, as it forces tasks to be structured in detail, improving coordination and avoiding misunderstandings.

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful is the available pre made templates that allow you to have a base to build on
What do you dislike about the product?
On the desktop version you can look to see column totals easily for groups within boards, however on the app you cannot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a work flow that starts with a new job (allows us to track all booked job revenue), moves to a pre production phase, to an in production phase with a calendar, to a produced phase (allows us to track all revenue produced) and from there creates items in new boards for payroll and accounts receivable... this is huge in managing the operation

Monday.com is the bloodstream system of our company

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is basically what keeps our company running smoothly through different departments, levels and people within our organization. Reminders and updates are given on a daily basis and keep things rolling so we can continue to operate, give follow ups or conclude jobs and projects. Honestly, we are a completely remote company and the communication is seamless most of the time thanks to this platform. And it's super easy to start using with any company, whether it's remote or office based.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are blocked based on the plan that you have, so you might want to keep that into consideration and start experimenting with everything that Monday.com offers to find the right plan for your team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that our business is comprised of 100% remote teams operating from different countries and places would make you think that communication between people and departments is difficult but thanks to Monday.com, that is definitely not the case

What do you like best about the product?

I haven't found much to dislike so far with monday.

It allows our team to maintain updated bidding, and project boards to identify current work log and potential oppurtunities.
