Intuitive and organized way to manage a high volume of feature requests

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to easily access different boards, and quickly see progress statuses on various projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the notification system can sometimes be overwhelming and disorganized (like email). I'd like a better way to remind myself to view certain tasks/boards that is less manual (based on priority).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us organize all of our projects and feature requests for our Analytics department. They've been a value add.

Monday.com Streamlined Business Operations

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been an incredible tool for my organization in order to streamline operations between departments. Prior to utilizing Monday.com, large-scale processes that required collaboration from multiple departments were fragmented, and work would slip through the cracks or would require one department to do extra work in order to ensure project completion. Now, progress on projects is more transparent, and automations ensure that different stakeholders or departments are incorporated into a process with less manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only real dislike about Monday.com is the dramatic increase in cost with little notice. My organization is a non profit in higher education, and the price for Monday.com has more than doubled since 2021. It feels like we've been baited into migrating into the system, and then Monday.com will increase the prices under the assumption that we will not want to migrate to another platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving problems we had before in transparency of information for projects/tasks, and thus accountability for those involved. Now, Monday.com boards can be a "one-stop-shop" for updates on a request, a project, a task, etc. and processes can smoothly transition from one stakeholder to the next.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best are the options, cross-platforms, and opportunitites to reach out for feedback. The ability to implement different views and the ease around finding things has been nice. Customer service was also nice - always able to get in touch with people when I need to. Plus I use it everyday! Exporting has been nice as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the search functions at times. I'd like for it to be easier to get to/use advance search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They solve me needing a place that I can track in addition to writing things down. It benefits me in ways that I am able to see dates and times of things.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is quite easy to use and set up whether you need it to organize your life and acommplish task or a to do list or if you run a business. If you don't know how to do something there are tons of tutorials, a community forum and chat support is quick and effective.

I like the automation options and the ability to color code

I personally use the platform on a daily basis
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limited options at time for autmation and you ave to do a bunch of work arounds.

I wish there are an automated and complete invoicing system.

It would be nice if you moved a bunch of items from one board to the next that everything transferred without having to mirror and connect. Often name tags and colors change or data is missing

Organzing and tracking thousands of client contacts across many areas of the company

What do you like best about the product?
I use this product when working with outside clients, and it truly helps expedite the approval process for the different assets we are working on. It is great a keeping my clients on track with things that need to get done and it is easy to use so I have not had any issues with anyone not understanding the platform or needing training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not integrated this solution with other platforms or implemented it internally at our company due to cost. We have a large approval team, and the cost is not feasible for a small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps solve the issues of working with different clients on non-related projects. To upload the files, track versions, notes, and communication is so helpful and reduces email clutter.

What do you like best about the product?
I think two of the best things about Monday.com are the ease of use and its flexibility. You can customize your project or portfolio how you want so that you can drive your project to completion successfully and co9nfidently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think with how customizable the board is you may get intimidated to get started, but it is super easy to use and customize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customization! I have used other types of tools like Trello, Jira, Azure and this is by far the easiest to use. It doesnt require a lot of previous knowledge and you can customize like crazy.

What do you like best about the product?
Their automations have eliminated a huge amount of manual hours spent categorising or sorting projects. The colourful UI has also been well recieved by the team. Also the vast amount of customisable board types has been very useful to cater to all business departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations on a standard account - maxing out the number of actions, i.e. automations. There's a fairly significant price increase to use Pro so many features such as making private boards aren't accessiblee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organisation of project timelines and progreses. Automation and customisable columns allows data to be easily sorted and read.

What do you like best about the product?
Unlike Asana or Trello, Monday allows me to create boards focused on what's relevant for my team, which is easy to deal with when you have more than one project running. Setting deadlines for tasks, assigning tasks, and breaking them down into subtasks is a game-changer for a busy marketing team like ours.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't care for with monday.com is relatively minor. Their daily email update is nice, but they could provide more context than just listing assignments due.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it has solved the age-old problem of losing track of projects and tasks. The old issue of not knowing where an array of projects and tasks stands has been very well overcome by the UI and deadline setting functionality. It's pulled us from working in silos into a centralized platform where everybody can get a view of what's happening and collaborate seamlessly while being accountable for what is committed.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a sophisticated and tidy PMP tool visually. It offers a simple, personalized, and intuitive way to arrange our dashboards. Our tiny sales and logistics team's workload is real-time visualized. Our internal communication has improved as a result of file sharing while editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
For Monday.com to properly integrate into our unique processes, a few tweaks and preliminary maintenance are needed. It took some time and trial and error to get the dashboards and automations configured the way we needed them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The lack of collaboration between our logistics and sales teams has been resolved thanks to Monday.com. We may also view the current state of each project with clarity and in real time. Through effective order process and delivery time integration, we have increased the precision of our delivery scheduling by utilizing the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the things i appreciate most about monday.com is its user friendliness.lets face it,learning a new system can be a chore, but monday.com makes it surprisingly easy to pick up.The interface is intuitive and clear,.
Furthermore, monday.com is constantly evolving , adding features that address user needs like "Doc", which has been a game changer.instead of jumping back and forth between multiple platforms, i can now draft documents or take notes directly within monday.com.Its fantastic addition that streamlines my workflow and keeps everything centralized.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI experience is good but i have come across a couple of quirks that can be frustrating.one issue when i am working on a project with saved filter applied, occasionally i will add a new row that doesnt initially meet the filter criteria.Unfortunately, the platform automatically filters out this new row, making it disapper from my view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM is vital for our business, and we were seeking a solution that could handle the complexities of tracking all customer details and their lifecycle journeys.monday.com's has been a revelation!
Now everything- files, updates, task details resides in one central hub.This makes information easily accessible for us involved in a project, regardless of their role.
When our designer finishes a project, they can simply upload the files directly onto the corresponding monday.com board.I can then review them and seamlessly share them with the sales executive within the same platform.No more hunting for files or relying on outdated emails.
