Excellent work flow management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is the best program I've worked with for team collaboration and project management. Status indicators, sharing boards, and automations are such a boost to productivity. I use it daily in my workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automations are tricky to implement, but once you get the hang of them they are excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple brand socials is so much easier to maintain and keep track of with Monday.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has proven to be an excellent tool for HR. While it was a bit overwhelming at first, with some training and time to learn the system, it quickly became a valuable asset. It streamlines workflows and boosts efficiency. The ability to create multiple boards and collaborate with others makes tracking tasks, planning, and day-to-day operations much more effective.

I do not have anything bad to say about Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me stay organized and keep my team in the loop. It allows me to clearly outline my goals, track tasks, and monitor pending items, making it easier to stay on top of priorities and share progress with others.

The updates are an amazing way to forget about using your calendar while having constant reminders of the things that you need to look into.

What do you dislike about the product?
Privacy and confidentially has limited me in using Monday.com. For example, on the HR department we use boards to post all of our candidates for hiring managers, but due to the confidentiality of salaries and benefits, we are forced to duplicate our boards. If we could have more ways to keep the information confidential without having to go enterprise it would add tremendous value to the team.
Another example is product cost and pricing calculations. We are forced to duplicate our boards to ensure the confidentiality of our numbers.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delegation. The work management from monday.com allows me to clearly see what is the pipeline for each department, project, or area of the business we are focused in.

I am the scheduling specialist at Vaya Group. I use it every day & seriously could not live without it! My day is perfectly planned out with My Work. Seamless implementation and integration are great with our company! So grateful for this platform!

the one thing i dislike is there is no way you can automate the dependency its a manual process which sometimes gets lengthy

Monday board is an aid in keeping my project costing on track and the information stored on Monday board can be managed easily.
