Monday.com can help to manage more efficiently. Consolidate and streamline

What do you like best about the product?
Lightweight and customizable user interface that lets us monitor ongoing projects and access data from earlier ones. It is the perfect solution for managing the lifecycle of intangible assets like software licenses and intellectual property, as well as monitoring the status of financial audits. Excellent customer service has also been provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com occasionally hosts webinars, but it would be helpful to have integrated lessons to walk users through the initial setup and more complex use of specific capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our formerly error-prone data, such as contract tracking, software licensing, intangible assets, etc., can now be centrally managed into personalized dashboards thanks to Monday.com. We can now see every asset's and contract's current state in real time, with clarity and accuracy.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great way to organize events and details about the events that you have planned. It allows for collaboration and discussion in a way that all parties involved can see it. It makes it easy to search for items based on the event or the date. You can share files and data easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my case, I had never used anything like it and it was a bit confusing to use at first. There is a lot it can do so it is a lot to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding emails from various sources about my work was time consuming. Monday.com allows our discussions as well as project planning to all be in one organized place.

Intuitive and Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps me stay on target and organized for my daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly tasks. It's easy to implent and easy to manuever by color-coding, deadline dates, and different category types. I have not had to use customer support even once so far and that says a lot coming from this non-savvy software user. I have found such an ease in integrating the use of Monday.com into my everyday work day and it keeps my fellow colleagues on task as well when they use the app version while on their site visits with our mutual customers. I use this program daily and might even begin to use it for my personal business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides of Monday.com is the buy-in from other people who would benefit greatly by the use of this program. Since the software is not the cause of this issue, this is mostly a personal sore point. But, if you're used to using other formats, sometimes it's difficult to take the leap, despite Monday.com being extremely use friendly. I don't know if this is a Monday.com issue or an "operator error" issue but I find that when I'm scrolling down through my boards, I sometimes accidentally relocate the board. I had them in alpha order and I did something that took a board and dragged it to a different location. I wish I could lock the boards in place so they wouldn't be able to be reshuffled. As I stated, this might be my a ME problem, I'm still learning the scrolling features and just know I have to be careful. I share this with another coworker and I feel bad that I've moved people/boards from their alphabetical spots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves organization and task management workflows. I am keeping on task and on my targeted deadlines. The output of information is assisting colleagues to report back to our clients in a timely fashion with ease.

Monday.com is an organizational nerd's dream

What do you like best about the product?
It is visually appealing and easy for others to scan documents and gain helpful info.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't allow you to have multiple tables in one board, so the table can become unweildy. But you can make views of the info on other tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have a centralized space about project info--it solves scattered documents and does automations to keep the data clean. It is helping our organization prioritize according to impacts / urgency, which is new for the teams but has been simpler to roll out.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the bells and whistles Monday offers in terms of labels, changing colors, organization, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday can be very glitchy when it comes to dragging and dropping things around on the boards. Drop-down menus tend to get cut off very frequently, which is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows me to schedule weeks and months of work and keep it organized and on track timewise.

What do you like best about the product?
The Power BI integration enables us to produce dynamic reports and present data from our project dashboards. Capable of supporting a large number of users without slowing down browsing. Integrated preview allows to check attachments without disrupting our workflow. The Llama Farm Widget makes tracking team development more enjoyable and motivating.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scalability and cost control have been hampered by fixed plans without a discount option. This feature may be detrimental to businesses that don't fit into the provided bundles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have managed digital transformation projects with Monday.com's assistance, coordinating the rollout of ERP systems for global clientele. Our work team's synchronization has increased, and we've reduced delays and mistakes because reminders and status updates are automated.

What do you like best about the product?
What stands out to me most about Monday.com is its intuitive interface and customizable workflows. The platform's user-friendly design makes it easy to navigate and organize tasks, while the ability to tailor workflows to fit our specific project needs ensures that we can effectively manage projects of any size or complexity.

Connectivity with Outlook and notification.

Best for managing a team of interns!

What do you like best about the product?
As a team leader, I used to face a lot of difficulties while managing the interns and tracking the tasks and deadlines assigned to them. In the field of law with complex cases comes the difficulty of assigning them as projects to the interns and tracking their deadlines.
However, thanks to this amazing platform. It allows me to track my team and their work. The dashboard is quite user-friendly and you can even customise it according to your work requirements. Earlier I had to go back and forth with the spreadsheets I had made to keep a track of the data I had shared with the team but now it's very simple to access it, as Monday.com allows integration with various other platforms. This allows auto syncing of my data and reduces my workload of maintaining it manually. Moreover, all the custom tools and features are easy to implement. With the frequency of using this platform, my teams management performance has seen quite an enhancement. They have a comprehensive Customer Support, so there are no issues with query resolution as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I disliked any feature. Though, the pricing could be a bit cost effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a huge team of interns working under my leadership. It's a huge responsibility to track their work and progress diligently and keep a record of it. Monday.com solves the issue for me by allowing me to manage all of it efficiently!

A helpful tool for projects and everyday work

What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday every day to organise and manage my work. You can use this tool to plan tasks and track their progress. You can also assign tasks to team members who can then work on them.

A particular advantage is the ability to create templates over time, so you don't have to start from scratch every time, saving you time.

Excel spreadsheets can be easily integrated and boards can be created.

Setting up automations may take some time at first, but it makes work much easier later on and increases efficiency.

Customer support is fast and helpful.

In addition to task management, I also use Monday to create holiday schedules or attendance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even if boards can be created from Excel spreadsheets, integrating them into existing boards is not easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday Tool in the team for the entire project planning and implementation. As well as for internal communication and other processes.
