What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to understand/use and has a vast depth of usage opportunities. Can manage large teams and provide significant insights to progress. The automations are incredible to customize and create meaning workflows and notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some restrictions on CRM and formula's to support deeper data review
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Aggregating a significant amount of tasks into simple visuals and usage
- Simple QA integrated into workflows
- Time tracking for activities to better plan future work in a remote company

Game changer in terms of task management

What do you like best about the product?
What makes my work easier is the integration of boards from different areas of the company and the possibility of monitoring tasks from start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have had all my needs met. Perhaps the formatting of task updates could be improved (tables, text formatting, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows in the company are not fully designed, so there were bottlenecks in certain daily activities. Monday brought the benefit of automations related to tasks that depend on multiple teams.

What I like most about Monday Work Management is its user-friendly interface and the ability to customize workflows to fit our team’s specific needs.

One thing I would like to see improved in Monday Work Management is access to more graphs and visualization tools.

What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely helpful to be able to have all of our jobs organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more automations out of the box, and not have to fidget with how to make things work - like the templates could be more user friendly and have explainers but other than that, its fantastic! The implementation was very easy to do and is managed by our own marketing team. Any time we've had an issue, customer support has been on top of things. We use Monday every day.Its integrated very easily into our daily work life.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved so many challenges with: visibility of our projects, timeline accuracy, job ticketing, etc. It's benefitting us because now we have processes and procedures for requests, line of site to all projects and who is responsible.

Amazing product

What do you like best about the product?
very easy to use, and modify the way you want. And I like the most is the customized template that send me the reminder

I have to pay extra to have mass email feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe Monday likes to offer a simply way for all kinds users and purposes, I just need to spend some time to study to learn it and modify in my way.

Monday.com easy to use and intuitive platform

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Monday.com for three years. I like that the platform is easy to use and customizable. For example, when you want to add something to a board, you can easily add columns with the new information; there's no need to change the main board structure.

- The feature where you can duplicate boards is handy for us. We handle information from different industry sectors and sometimes we need to keep that information separate but still record it with the same structure as the original board.
What do you dislike about the product?
The board limits. I know the limit increases with a higher tear plan, but still very frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Keeping track of important information. We work by project by project basis and and tracking the information of each project is extremely important to us.
- Data entry. We keep track of a lot of data Monday is a great way to storage and it's also very easy to find.

Monday.com is a game changer for business

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows us to keep many parts of our business organized, streamlined, collaborte, and have KPI dashboards off of the data inside our boards. It also integrates well with other tools with Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't work like a spreadsheet so you can't have formulas vertically only horizontally which sometimes limits what you can do, specially on the column summaries, I wish we could do formulas there instead of basic arithmetic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to keep all of our company processs organized and it allows to build systems and SOPs off which our business can run, it keeps track of everything and produces great dashboards rather easily.

What do you like best about the product?
We appreciate the platform's customization options, which allow individual departments to operate independently while still collaborating effectively. The platform is easy to use, and we rely on it for all workflows. In many ways, we underutilized Monday.co, so it is comforting to know we have a platform we can grow into.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have the system work for us by suggesting workflows and identifying inefficiencies. Essentially, it should learn more about our agency as we use it and help us identify gaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing is encouraging us to develop processes in order to have a system that works with us.
