What do you like best about the product?
I like the bells and whistles Monday offers in terms of labels, changing colors, organization, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday can be very glitchy when it comes to dragging and dropping things around on the boards. Drop-down menus tend to get cut off very frequently, which is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows me to schedule weeks and months of work and keep it organized and on track timewise.

Its quite hard to track certain dates by filter, they only have 'past dates' so sometimes the data is not fully customizable

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has transformed our company operations by creating an automated, streamlined workflow for project management. We created a customized project management process that now power our company by seamlessly linking data and integrating with our suite of cloud-based products. Training our staff on Monday was easy, and all employees now use the platform daily. With top notch customer service and the ability to quickly adapt and implement new ideas, Monday leaves little to be desired for businesses of all sizes and at all stages of growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have a native client facing portal feature and lacks some integrations that Airtable does offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has eliminated routine tasks that our staff must complete daily, including contracting, project management, and more. For each project, there used to be three separate PDFs that had to manually populated. Now, with the help of Jotform and Make for automations, all of the entry is completed automatically.

The uses of Monday.com have expanded throuhgout our business, including finance, operations, marketing and sales, and more.

What do you like best about the product?
The Power BI integration enables us to produce dynamic reports and present data from our project dashboards. Capable of supporting a large number of users without slowing down browsing. Integrated preview allows to check attachments without disrupting our workflow. The Llama Farm Widget makes tracking team development more enjoyable and motivating.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scalability and cost control have been hampered by fixed plans without a discount option. This feature may be detrimental to businesses that don't fit into the provided bundles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have managed digital transformation projects with Monday.com's assistance, coordinating the rollout of ERP systems for global clientele. Our work team's synchronization has increased, and we've reduced delays and mistakes because reminders and status updates are automated.

What do you like best about the product?
What stands out to me most about Monday.com is its intuitive interface and customizable workflows. The platform's user-friendly design makes it easy to navigate and organize tasks, while the ability to tailor workflows to fit our specific project needs ensures that we can effectively manage projects of any size or complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connectivity with Outlook and notification.

Overall, Monday.com is solving the challenges of inefficiency, disorganization, and communication bottlenecks that often plague project management. I love that there is a designated space for everything.

Sometimes it can look a bit "busy" and your eyes don't know where to focus until you are comfortable with the format

What do you like best about the product?
It is easily cutomizable so it allows users to use it in multiple areas. We have set up boards for different aspects of our business which results in better communicaton and greater efficiency. End users can check the boards for answers and not reach out directly to co-workers, which allows them to complete more requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Boards are cappped at 10,000 entries and the monthly price per person has jumped significantly since we started using monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has solved multiple problems. It allows for management to track work progress and allows for the end user to see the stauts of their requests. This has reduced the number of calls allowing for greater productivitiy.
