Clarity and Alignment for Projects with Customizable Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Is the clarity it brings to projects and team collaboration. It centralizes tasks, timelines, and communication in one place, making it much easier to track progress and ensure everyone stays aligned. The visual boards and customizable workflows also help adapt the platform to different types of projects, which improves both efficiency and transparency.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect that could be improved in Monday Work Management is the learning curve for new users. Because the platform is highly customizable and feature-rich, it can take some time for teams to fully understand how to structure boards and workflows efficiently. However, once the system is properly set up, it becomes a very powerful tool for managing projects and collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management helps solve the problem of scattered communication and task tracking across multiple tools. By centralizing projects, deadlines, and team responsibilities in one platform, it makes it much easier to monitor progress and keep everyone aligned. This benefits me by improving organization, reducing the risk of missed tasks, and giving better visibility into project timelines and priorities.
“My Work” View Gives a Nice Bird's Eye View of My Tasks Across All Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to load up the 'my work' section and seeing all tasks that I have assigned to me regardless of what project that they are in. I can also choose the columns and order that works best for me in that overall view.
What do you dislike about the product?
When building automations, the date setting options for items are not intuitive. e.g. wanting to setup regular occurring task where the due date is 4 days from the creation date. There is no option for +4 days. If you pick a date, it's a fixed date. If you try to setup a recurring task for every other Friday, there is nothing in the UI to choose the start date, so upon creating it, it's not clear if it will start the next Friday or 2 Fridays from the date you make it. I've found some workarounds by making 'groups' that when tasks are moved to it, it will set a date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to see the overall landscape of tasks that need to be done and allowing me to prioritize or seek assistance/delegate tasks that would struggle based on which ones that require my attention.

There were a lot of integrations with other tools but there could be more

I also appreciate the speed of notifications and the fact that the team takes it seriously and gets things done, which contributes to the overall effectiveness of monday Work Management. The efficacy in improving task completion is notable, as it helps ensure that no stones are left unturned. Additionally, transitioning from Asana to monday Work Management was very smooth and easy, which added to a positive experience.

I find the mobile app underwhelming because it has limited features. If it can be improved, that'd be great.

The initial setup was quite easy thanks to the templates and guided onboarding, which helped me create my first boards and start managing tasks quickly.

Using monday Work Management helped to organize my tasks, to not miss deadlines and also schedule activities in an easy way. Moreover, it's pretty easy to understand how it works.

Monday work management improved my ability of finishing tasks since I have all of them on the app organized
The Most Helpful Tool for Ticket Management
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is that you can filter and view all tasks, as well as the connection with Slack, as I use them both for work
What do you dislike about the product?
If I am added to a ticket as a viewer, I don't receive notifications when a reply is made or any modification on the ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management for operational activities and it's benefiting because the view and the notifications are better than when we used to do it via email threads.
Effortless Selectable Tables That Keep My To-Do Lists Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create tables with selectable options at the touch of a button. It’s made my task items and to-do lists so much more manageable and easier to keep organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little tricky to assign tasks to team members or modify table columns within the same board.
