Perfect for Structuring Daily Business Tasks

To structure the daily business, do it with automations end get things done

Colorful, Intuitive, and Fun—Minor Downtime Occasionally

I like that its colourful and very intuitive to use. You get used to it very easy and it makes fun to work with.

nothing really. Maybe just that its sometimes down for a few minutes

Great for Project Management and team collaberation
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is excellent for managing projects, as well as the various stages or tasks involved. It proves especially useful when handling several projects simultaneously, and it also makes it easier to involve others in your projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I am unable to access my account on my mobile device because it does not meet the security requirements needed to be included on Microsoft's distribution portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am running multiple projects at one time with different people and teams involved. This is a vital tool for me to be able to remember where I have got to on different projects and to ensure the relevant people are involved. from a manager perspective ti is helpful for oversight on other projects and the status of them.
Centralized Portfolio Management, Though a Bit Pricey

we can see our entire portfolio of work in one place, share updates with stakeholders - it's our single source of truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
it's a little expensive so you may want to consider Pro.

we now have a centralized portfolio and a single source of truth for our stakeholders to track progress on tasks etc

User-Friendly Interface, But Dashboard Roll-Ups Need Improvement

friendly user interface (easy to use), good access types (I.e. viewer access for those outside of immediate project team).
What do you dislike about the product?
Roll up of boards & items / sub items can look clunky (no way to condense updates on dashboards / reports)
export to PDF isn't as flexible as it could be, no way to summarize / use as a high level tool to share with senior stakeholders.
Still trying to figure out how to move all reporting onto Monday.com so it's high level and intuiative enough for senior stakeholders.

The accessibility to certain services also the colour schemes don’t work being colourblind

I've noticed better planning, clearer communication, and greater efficiency in my work.

This tool allows me to keep all my work in a single location, making it easier to stay organised and collaborate more effectively with my team.
Super Easy to Use and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and i can organise my work all in one place.

Somestimes if i've made a specific notes, this can be deleted by someone else.
