Reliable daily tool for managing projects and team workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way how it makes clear and flexible day to day project work. As a project manager, i'm constantly juggling timelines, people and dependencies, in all mondays me see everything in one place without feeling overwhelmed. More importantly the visual boards and timelines make it very easy to understand project status at a glance, even during the busy weeks. I also appreciate the automations i.e cutting the manual updates, reminders and follow ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is mainly related to complexity and cost as team grows. New users in my team often struggle with the board setup, automation and permissions which means there is a learning curve before teams fully become productive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of scattered communication, unclear ownership and poor visibility across projects. For me, it centralizes tasks, timelines and responsibilities so everyone knows what to do and by when. This reduce the follow ups and prevents me from slipping through the cracks and helps me make faster and better decisions.
Easy to Use, But Occasional Lag Issues
What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management to track working hours, and it really helps me have a clear view of how much time I've been spending on different projects and inform my superiors. I find it very easy to use, which is a big plus for me. Setting it up was straightforward since you just have to sign in with a Google account, though my company handled it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that sometimes it lags a bit and you have to refresh it. Also sometimes it duplicates the hour you input when it lags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management gives me a clear view of how much time I've been spending on different projects and helps inform my superiors.

What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management for project management. It helps me keep on track with who is doing what task and if it's completed or not. I like how easy it is to use and how it helps with organization by laying tasks out with a status bar and star rating to see what is most pressing. Moving from using an Excel spreadsheet to monday Work Management was better in every way. The initial setup was very easy since I could import my Excel spreadsheet. I also think it's great and would rate it a 10 for recommending it to a friend or colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to move items from one board to another easily, like one task. Really just if there is a task with all the updates, maybe I want to move it from one board to another easily.

I find the recurrence of tasks problematic in monday Work Management. It requires using automations which are complicated and take too long to set up.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of seeing all the bookings and the different sections in monday Work Management. I also find it great that each column can be different, allowing for customization that suits my needs. The platform offers way more features and organization sections compared to what I used before, which really enhances my team's workflow. Plus, setting it up was easy as well.

It can be a bit laggy, especially when loading lots of jobs.

I also appreciate the ability to create customized dashboards for different stakeholders. For example, management can focus on high-level KPIs, while operational teams track detailed tasks. That level of clarity really helps drive accountability and faster decision-making.

That said, I think this is more of a process challenge than a platform issue. With clear internal guidelines and thoughtful setup, this can be managed effectively.

I find monday Work Management very easy to use and intuitive. It's straightforward to create boards and groups of boards. I find the platform visually appealing. All the necessary features for a project management board are already built in, which I appreciate. I can quickly duplicate boards and tasks, making the platform quick and easy to use. It's easy for everyone on my team, with varying levels of experience, to get started and manage their boards, which keeps everyone up to date on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been using it for about 4 weeks and so far we are satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for visibility into what everyone's doing and when assets are ready to launch, making it easy for my team to manage a boards independently and stay updated on projects with a quick look. We also have all relevant boards connected to a master marketing team calendar which we review together in weekly team meetings.

Monday helps my whole team stay on track and keeps everything organized. It’s easy for all of us to be in it at the same time, collaborate smoothly, and stay on top of our projects without losing track of what needs to get done.

Sometimes it takes a bit longer to load than I’d like.

What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management for stock control and project management, and I appreciate how it has transformed our workflow. Prior to monday Work Management, we struggled with chaos from using spreadsheets and chat conversations to manage customer orders. Now, the interactive boards help us tie everything together with a strong paper trail, enabling efficient and quick communication across the business. I really like its flexibility; it doesn't force a specific approach on us, acting as a blank sheet where we can create and continuously update systems as needed. The notifications and automation features are valuable tools that I use frequently. The setup was also easy, thanks to my colleague who got us up and running quickly. monday Work Management has grown with us from when we were a small 5-person team to now, with 13 staff. I love this software so much that I would rate it a 10 on a recommendation scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truthfully, not much. It would be great to be able to set reminders for tasks that have been created more flexibly. Right now, you can set a reminder for a week or similar but you can't give a specific day or time for follow up. At least, not as far as I'm aware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management transformed our jumbled spreadsheets and chat logs into structured boards, boosting interdepartmental communication and efficiency while maintaining a strong papertrail.
Easy to Use and Keeps Our Department Organised
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it's very easy to use and helpful, especially working in a big company; it helps my department have everything organised.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I've been using monday.com for 3 years now and I haven't come across any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminates the need to reach out constantly to my colleagues questioning statuses for current work duties. If i need anything, I can just check omoday and see for myself.
