The best task management and planning tool that I've tried
What do you like best about the product?
Super intuitive interface with lots of customization and automation options that don't require an IT guru to implement. We were up and running in a day, and had our main boards optimized within a couple after that. I love that it's easy for me to manage personal tasks that only I care about, but also team efforts with great collaboration. I've been using it every work day for the last year and a half now, and I can't imagine not using it now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only think that I miss compared to when I used Jira in a former life, is the ability to add workflow to items on boards, to make certain fields visible/available/required only during certain statuses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing and tracking routine tasks (like marketing calendars, promotion planning), New Product Development Workflow and Idea Database, Personal task management, Project Management, Meeting Minutes and Collaborative Brainstorming, Asset Tracking, Etc.

It's a great way to organize tasks, resources, references, etc. I love that you can use it as a team and tag people in notes as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a little more customization with the groups and would be great if it was easier to move items or subitems to other areas on the board.

Accountability - all info is there for employees, and all tasks/due dates. It also helps organize info and resources. Helps organize tasks and prioritizing.

What do you like best about the product?
The modularity of Monday is what makes it a valuable asset to any team. We use it for several different primary functions, and are always able to find a way to make it solve the problems we're facing. Monday provides you the building blocks to build your own solutions. We use it for both internal tasks as well as some customer facing ones, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a learning curve to figure out the best way to use Monday features to solve your problem. We've been using Monday for almost 6 years now and still regularly reach out to Monday support to ask questions on the best way to approach solutions (Monday support has always been excellent).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use Monday for two things: lead management, and task management.
The ability to email boards directly has been incredibly valuable for lead management. We currently have all 7 of our store's leads flowing into Monday where we tag and categorize them all. We also routinely export them into external software for analysis.

Workflow automations have saved significant time crafting emails for creative approvals and edits.

Inability to attach board creative to automated email

Monday.com Work Management sorts all project deadlines and automates approval process and creative fulfillment, especially with connect boards and mirror columns.
Highly intuitive and customizable, empowering teams to plan, track, and collaborate seamlessly.
What do you like best about the product?
Work Management has significantly improved our teams communication through its feature rich platform. Integrating into everyday use has been easy with its intuitive user interface and customer support availability.
What do you dislike about the product?
One challenge with Work Management are the limited Charts and Dashboard options. Being a data analyst, I wish this feature would expand on the current available options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work Management is solving missed communications and created transparency of projects. The departments have broken down their "silos" providing clear expectations and increased collaboration.
A realy great and versitile project management
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the flexibility it offers—in how I set it up, manage my day-to-day work, integrate with other tools, and automate processes. There’s rarely anything project-related that I can’t accomplish in Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a powerful tool with a wide range of features, and it takes time to fully understand and make the most of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping things structured, organised, automated (where needed) and it also keeps me moving projects ahead faster than without it.

I love that the interface is clean and customizable. It's easy to track tasks and keep track of meetings, progress, etc.

It was confusing initially, and it has many options that seemed overwhelming.

It is keeping my projects organized and allowing me to store my data all in one place.
