What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easy to use, visually pleasing, and increases productivty and workflow. It is the best project management software I have used (I prefer Monday.com over Slack and Redbooth) I started with my company a year and a half ago and the transition to Monday.com was seamless and we have only been able to improve our uses with the expansive array of options and functionalities offered by Monday.com
What do you dislike about the product?
Boards can be difficult to find and lay out for new invited users - this is likely an internal use issue, not a Monday.com issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is a one stop shop for business management from project worflow to event management. Monday.com allows our growing creative agency to manage data, projects, events, and clients with ease.

So many capabilities and efficiencies!

What do you like best about the product?
Our marketing team uses Monday to manage daily projects and tasks. We work in sprints, and the different boards and groups on Monday make it easy to stay organized between our current and backlog work. Monday includes tons of capabilities and features that have helped us increase efficiency. From automations to connected boards to advanced filters and views, we're able to look at projects and tasks and their progress in a variety of ways. Additionally, we've been able to set up dashboards and reports, allowing us to quantify unplanned projects and where time is being spent. Monday makes it easy to connect and collaborate while cutting back on email communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, it was a little overwhelming and challenging to learn and implement all the capabilities and features in a way that worked best for us. With the help of a consultant we were able to accelerate to our desired business result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping us stay organized and track all the different types of projects and tasks we work on so we can understand where time is being spent and improvements can be made. It's helped us streamline processes and collaboration across different departments of the team and automated a lot of work we were originally doing manually.

Monday creates fun in chaos

What do you like best about the product?
I love all the different section that are possible to make. It's all so structured and as a freelancer with ADHD that's a MUST! I love how it keeps everything in order for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
Until now for the last 3 months I've been using Monday, I haven't bumped into something I disliked!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a very chaotic person and Monday really helps me with keeping track about the important things I need to follow up.

Best practice management platform

What do you like best about the product?
There is absolutly nothing you can not do on Monday and it's also very user friendly. We use this platform daily for our hybrid mental health clinic. With most of our staff being remote it has been a great platform for our team to keep track of all tasks. We were able to centralize and optimize most of our workflows with their HIPAA compliant feature.
They have 24 hr customer support which hs been extreamly helpfull in solving all of our questions. Overall great platform for small to big scale business.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a medical stand point not being able to use Monday as an electronic medical record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having our workflows organized and easy to keep track of productivity.

A game changer, when it works

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is user-friendly, colorful, and customizable. My team's use of the platform has jumped from a team of 5 to 25 in only a few months, largely due to how each of them could see their work fit into the system, regardless of their work style and the type of projects they collaborate on. Monday has a number of integrations that allow for work with external platforms, and it feels like every time I log on, I'm only scratching the surface of what it is capable of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com seems to suffer a number of outages of various services, and has more than once slowed my workflow while waiting for information that I couldn't otherwise access to become available once again. I would easily give the system a 10/10 if it could achieve more reliable server stability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com's dashboard feature in particular lets us visualize the large number of projects our office has underway at once and in a digestable way. We also make frequent use of the template feature for YoY projects that tend to follow similar frameworks with each iteration.

Customizable work management solution

What do you like best about the product?
Monday offers a lot of customization, starting from how you'd like projects structured on boards. Automations, especially custom ones, can make the boards extremely useful and make Monday more than just a to-do list. I find it easy to use and learn, though others on my team have mixed opinions on its ease of use. I am able to build systems in Monday that allow the rest of my team to easily use it every day for our project tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there are many custom options, I occassionally run into certain use cases that seem not possible yet in Monday. Apps can help bridge these missing areas, though the additional security risk and pricing for those often make them not worth it. Not a huge deal, just hoping for future releases from Monday that add some extra options in the existing framework.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly, creating one space that has all of our projects, in an organized way. Other departments can submit project or service requests to us via form, and we are able to assign projects to team members automatically, view the status of all projects, share updates and request reviews, all within Monday. We also track both ongoing work (ie. inventory management, website updates, advertising) and one-time projects in boards. Our meeting notes are kept in Monday docs as well. All of this helps us stay organized and on track of our projects, and allows us to help other departments more easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Customizable Workflows: Monday.com allows higher education institutions to create workflows tailored to their specific needs. This flexibility is beneficial for managing diverse projects such as research initiatives, course planning, student activities, and administrative tasks.

Visual Project Tracking: Visual project tracking tools, including Kanban boards, Gantt charts, and calendar views, make it easy to monitor project progress and deadlines. This visual approach helps quickly identify bottlenecks and ensures timely task completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost: While Monday.com offers a range of features, the cost can be a limiting factor for some educational institutions, especially smaller ones or those with tight budgets. The pricing structure may require careful consideration to ensure it fits within the institution’s financial constraints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task Automation: Monday.com's automation features reduce the manual effort required for repetitive tasks. This is particularly useful in higher education settings for administrative functions like communications, scheduling, and resource allocation.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Monday is the ability to customize everything you want easy to implement your information. There are so many workspaces and boards that can be connected throughout to help streamline processes. The integrations with zapier are also great to have and lots of options.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I would have liked from Monday is having an ability to have a board specific to contacts and thier information. I can customize one but it isn't as streamlined like others that have specific boards for customers and contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have all the information in one place is great. I am able to work with the team and know exactly what each person is working on to make sure we are not overlapping on any project details.

What do you like best about the product?
I believe the best points are the different ways to view a panel, the automations are amazing, and the dashboard opens up a huge range of reporting possibilities. Besides, it is easy to implement for the team's daily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the way the dashboard can be exported, there could be a way to export it directly as a presentation, I've always needed to use Google Analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use Pipefy, and we had many limitations because the platform was extremely rigid, and customization depended on meetings with site managers, making simple tasks impractical. With the switch to Monday, we were able to customize all the necessary boards independently and received support when needed.
